Thorpe Park
Thorpe Park has plenty of thrilling rides for all those adrenaline junkies out there. With names like Nemesis Inferno, Detonator, Tidal Wave and Vortex, amongst others, these rides are not for the faint hearted. If the extreme rides are not quite your thing, then the Thrilling & Fun rides might be more to your taste. There are waterways and railways, cars and carriages that are more fun than frightening. There are also about a dozen rides classed as Young Thrills for the junior members of the family. Thorpe Park has a wide variety of places to eat offering everything from full meals to snacks.
Thorpe Park is located in Chertsey, 20 miles from central London. It is accessible from either junction 11 or junction 13 of the M25, but not junction 12, following signs via the A320. Buses are available from Woking, Staines and Chertsey.
