Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is home to world famous ships HMS Victory (Nelson's ship at the Battle of Trafalgar),
the Mary Rose (Henry's VIII's favourite warship which sank in 1545) and HMS Warrior 1860, the only surviving ship of
Queen Victoria's Black Battle Fleet. Other attractions include The Royal Naval Museum and Action Stations
featuring the science and technology used by the modern Royal Navy in interactive displays. Special events are held
throughout the year as advertised. The Historic Ships and maritime attractions are available for corporate hire.
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is located within Portsmouth Naval Base with entry through Victory Gate at the corner
of Queen Street and the Hard.
