The deal they offered me is good. 300 mins and 300 txts anytime any network for £25. But I find the signal quality hit and miss. Half the time I have missed calls even though my phone was on and had 2 or 3 bars of signal quality, yet it was showing "Emerg. calls only". Has anyone else had this problem with the SE K800 on Virgin? And one of the worst places is in my house, making the phone virtually unusable. I never used to have any such problems when I was with O2. Unless O2 improve their "virtual" network, wont be staying with them at the end of the contract.

Good enough network. The only faults i would have with Virgin is on the odd occasion i can't seem to get a signal and the price they charge to phone other mobile networks.

I've recently switched to Virgin, after being with O2 and previously BT Cellnet, since mobiles were introduced. (obviously a bit long in the tooth!) So far I simply cannot fault Virgin, superb switchover, brilliant deal (SIM card), good reception and support staff second to none. I have just had to arrange to return an unsuitable phone and they could not be more helpful. If there were six star ratings, at the moment that's what I would give them!

cannot fault this network customer service is absolutely the best. I was in central europe and my phone had not picked up any signal whatsoever, so went on the virgin mobile web site and found a number to call. borrowed a phone and called it, got throught immediately and electronically was told to press 0 if I was already abroad. who else but virgin would think of that? my call was answered straight away by a very helpful person who solved the problem in about 10 seconds and said i should have a signal in less than an hour. well as you've guessed it was less than an hour. never going back to the so called service orange

Good signal, much better than Vodafone in rural mid Wales. Great customer service - really helful, friendly, knowledgeable staff when you ring them up. Excellent on-line account management facilities on the website. Great prices especially for the SIM only deals and the deals bundled with cable TV/broadband. Can't fault them really.
