Have just finished contract with T Mobile after 2 years. Couldn't wait to move. misold me the contract. Told no charge for voicemail but charged every time. Complained and told tough despite having written evidence! Phone never worked properly from start. Tech guys didn't know what was wrong with it and it took a year to get email! missing texts, phone calls not received and coverage not great.-not as good as others. Having trouble getting my PAC code now to LEAVE. Phoned twice, waited 20 minutes each time!!!! NEVER NEVER will I ever go to T Mobile again. Be warned. I went back tempted by a good price deal-not worth it, even though I had similar issues before. I had forgotten how bad they are.

To Dave... deposit for overseas calls do not make sense! I used to be on a sim only with orange and never had such a problem... It is ridiculous to offer international call booster and then ask for a deposit. Furthermore, the credit rating are insane in this country. I've got none as I never borrowed money or owned a credit card. Therefore, I am less credit worthy of the person who has a number of loans with the same salary! To sum up, T mobile customer service is far from good. It was just like speaking to robots.

I came across this and was having a read of how upset people are with t-mobile. I used to work for t-mobile in the contact centre and feel I need to share some home troths with you regarding some issues high lighted here. 1. Why are people saying they always pay there bill on time and think they are entitled to more because of this?? its a contract that’s kind of the idea you pay your bill within the 14day time period...........all you people out there do you ring your mortgage company and say "ive paid my bill every year give me a discount!! The answer no why? Because your meant to pay it on time!! 2. Deposits for over seas usage. please understand the people that are saying this have a low credit rating and basically are protected from running up a high bill you don’t get a credit card and say what limit you want do you? You are set one according to your credit status that’s how companies work. 3. LOYALTY and upgrades people amaze me that they think they are entitled to the world please be realistic pay £10per month for a £400 phone? What is the point of a company keeping a customer if they are costing the business money? its there to make a profit.....I know if it was your business and it was costing you £300 to have a customer but you were generating £100 revenue you would look at that and do something about it. 4. Customer service I agree with people that some they have had a bad customer service and that is not right and should be sorted out that’s quite simple. 5. End of contracts......what is a contract?? its the MINIMUM amount of time you need to be with a company and no it does not just go off when it ends if you get a Pac code and don’t use it and then you don’t tell us you want to leave is that the companies fault?? Most services have contracts take BT home phone for example 18m contract how would you feel after 18 they just cut it off and you wanted to make a call? You would ring up and tell them how bad of a service they have just giving. I know this is a rant but people need to think they are not always right and look at thing a bit more closely before posting there views you I agree its something that may have upset you but is it because you never read the terms and conditions or you "assumed" this is how a business runs............interesting

Avoid like the plague. I'm on a two year business contract, and it can't end soon enough for my liking. So far, 14 months in, I've had four phones die on me, I've been left without a phone while on business in Korea, I've been continually snubbed and ignored by T-mobile, I've tried to get a refund for the effectively a month I haven't been able to use a phone but had this completely turned down, I've even been bizarrely threatened by a T-mobile employee. I've got no coverage at home, despite their website saying I should have the highest level of coverage. They'll pick up a faulty phone the next day okay, but they'll give you a collection window of "between 8am and 6pm" - great, thanks. Just a horrible company to deal with.

I hate T mobile. Having been in the US for a holiday bought 2 prepaid sim cards and it cost $41.90 for 2 useless sims that hardly ever worked, did not provide the service. At one time all charges that were mistaken charges were reinstated after a lengthy call from skype on laptop. Probably had a total of no more than 12 short local calls for this money plus 20 texts. Customer service -talk to brain dead unhelpful idiots. The most intense memory of my trip to the united states was T Mobile and how I would spread the word on my return to ... NEVER use them. Last time we used Sprint and did not have any issues. In fact I gave my sim to a friend who was visiting the next month and there was adequate credit for them to use as well. If I lived in the country I would escalate my complaint but as a visitor all I can do is warn other people. There are many providers to choose from. It would be a huge mistake to ever use T Mobile.

I paid but when I went abroad I discovered that my phone was not working. THe customer service told me that I would have to pay another deposit of 150 POund in order to have network abroad. This is crazy, I pay 10 Pound a month, so by paying 250 Pound deposit I could just pay the whole contract upfront! The contract is absolutely useless and I had to pay a lot of money ringing the customer service with no result.

I took out a 24 month contract thinking it would save me money; and added my son with SIM only. We went to the US on holiday, and he found his phone (unlike mine) was not blocked, although we were on the same account; so over 2 days for a little time on facebook he accrued £350 charges. with great difficulty I negotiated their standard 20% reduction; but the next month was charged another whopping sum. I was able to cancel my son's contract because he was SIM only. After months of fruitless phonecalls, letters and emails, and the intervention of the council's consumer rights officer, finally got a legalistic response from head office. it seems I have no option but to remain for the duration of my contract. A friend has similar experience;her phone was lost, and they continued to charge her £20 per month for a phone she doesnt have and can't afford; they then sent a letter from the bailiffs to enforce payment.

But so far, tmobile have managed to make my pho e number that I use for my business unavailable for a week, give me a 1 month refund and then cut me off because I failed to pad my bill for the month THEY said they would not charge me for! they told me that I would have great exception, so can they explain why sometimes it takes hours for me to receive or send txts and sometimes just loose signal for hours? My iPhone 3GS has been officially unlocked by O2 and was not jailbroken, and if I try a payg sim from another network (O2), it works fine! Or all my anger at O2 for not giving a damn about me as a customer, I'm afraid, the most important thing to me is having a service that works so as soon as my contract is up, I'm off to O2 again unless tmobile can up their game. What a complete idiot i feel like today...(THIS IS LONG BUT IF YOUR CONSIDERING T-MOBILE READ IT!!!!!!) Had been using 02 through carphone warehouse for 3-4 years on 12month upgrades, good service always and no complaints with customer service via carphone warehouse either. Decided to switch to T-Mobile because a friend now runs a franchise t-mobile phone shop. And i wanted the new Samsung Galaxy S2 and upgrade on O2 wasnt due for a few months. Three things i have learnt from this experience in the past three months, firstly THE INTERNET CONNECTION OF T-MOBILE IS UNUSABLE. I have been using the 02 Sim in the GS2 and it loads Youtube Videos in 5-10SECONDS with barely any noticely bufferring during playback of video in 9 out 10 times. In comparison I CANNOT EVEN GET SEARCH RESULTS ON YOUTUBE with T-MOBILE SIM even with FULL BARS OF RECEPTION AND 3G CONNECTION ICON ON PHONE WTF??? (i use utube as my main example because of its widespread use but it applies to all aspects of my internet usage...fbk...email...google searches...playing poker via internet...app downloads don't even bother!) Secondly and probably more importantly (if you haven't got addicted to mobile internet usage yet) THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING...IF YOU ARE GOING ABROAD PLEASE BE VERY VERY CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR CALL TO HAVE ROAMING PHONE CONNECTION...i rang before i left for the US to say i was going there...fine no problems except i need to put a deposit of ?150 credit on my account...ok not a problem as long as i get it back....on arrival in New York and for the remaining two weeks of my holiday i was the lucky reciepient of absolutely no connection at all on my phone....on return i have recieved a letter in my absence stating that i OWE THEM ?200 POUNDS AND AS I HAVENT PAID IT THEY HAVE SENT A NOTICE TO A CREDIT RATING AGENCY... THIS WAS A MISTAKE MADE BY THEIR EMPLOYEE!!!!! I DIDN'T OWE THEM ANYTHING I DIDN'T GET SERVICE I WAS PROMISED AND NOW MY CREDIT RATING HAS BEEN EFFECTED!!!! ANGER does not express my emotion at that point, rang customer service...no explanation or apology although suprisingly i suddenly didn't owe them £200 HOW STRANGE!?!, i said i wish to make a complaint, unsurprisinly no phone number for that department but they will log a complaint and someone will get back to me...2months later no contact HOW STRANGE!?! Thirdly and most depressing of all never ever trust a friend when it has anything to do with money. He didn't mention one thing about poor mobile internet service, i wish i had checked the web because from the HUNDREDS of REVIEWS NOT JUST ON THIS SITE HE MUST KNOW HOW BAD IT IS. AVOID T-MOBILE AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS!

I thought to write my comments on T-Mobile due to non professionalism of a company of that size. In June 2011, I run a rather high bill of £300 due to a sudden death abroad. I called T-Mobile to ask for advice and to let them know that I would not be able to afford to pay the bill as it was due to come out of the bank by direct debit. The advisor, which I didn’t keep his name, advised me to stop the direct debit and to pay monthly an amount I could afford. He mentioned that every time I was calling to pay I had to pay £3 extra. I was pleased with the answer and accepted the terms. When my bill was due I received a threatening call at my work place about my outstanding balance. I phoned T-Mobile and they didn’t seem to have any problems! I did pay another amount towards by bill but I didn’t pay the £3 mentioned above! From that day I’ve started getting threatening calls at work, I was really harassed. I phoned T-Mobile to complain and it seemed that the calls eased down till a couple of days before my payments were due. This situation went on for a couple of months. 26th of August I called to pay my instalment and I was asked when I’ll be able to pay the bill in full, I’ve told them that due to the funeral abroad I’ll pay the full amount end of September. 30th of August I received a text with all my allowances and the day due to be paid, which was 12/09/2011! 1st of September I received another text on my mobile saying that “As requested we’ve set up your SOLO FIXED payment arrangement price plan”. They had arranged a payment of £49 and I had to start paying from October the 11th till March 2012, also the text says that I won’t be able to set a direct debit for it. A company of that size reminds me a bit of a loan shark? I know I defaulted paying my bill although I’ve been with that company long before it was called T-Mobile, when I got my first contract it was called 1-2-1 and I never went over my allowances or defaulted any payments so I’m willing to pay, no problems there. They have reduced my allowances due to my ‘bad behaviour’ again I can accept that. My problem is that I have made a few calls on purpose, they’ve lasted about a minute each but the minutes left on my new allowances do not change when I send a text to ‘BAL’ or ‘AL’. Why is that? Every day I’ll send a text to see my new balance and nothing changes, the last text I send to 150 for my allowance was on the 26th of September and I had 117 minutes. Today the 29th of September 2011 I got my allowance for 150 minutes! I’m just wondering if it is another trick from T-Mobile to charge its customers. Obviously I’m not using T-Mobile to make phone calls any more, I’m using a different network and as it is obvious that I’ll stop using it when my contract is over, already six members of my family stopped using T-Mobile. I’m sorry for the long email but I felt threatened and harassed by T-Mobile. Many thanks, George

Disgusting. I was told as a customer for more than three years I could have a free upgrade handset and discount on my contract. Brilliant, I though! Oh, how wrong I was. The handset arrived two days later as promised, but it was the wrong handset. I had been promised the newest blackberyy Curve and had been sent the old one, that is a lot cheaper. I didn't mind this very much, as my £20 a month 24 month long contract would be going down to £17.50 a month for only 18 months, with an upgrade at 16 months. Problem is, this 'reward thank you deal' is more expensive than if I came as a new customer. I could get it for £15.31. So I phone up, and can't get through to a human - this is at 8.30am. I call from my land line and finally get through, only to be put on hold for 15 mins. Then I get transferred to another department, again, put on hold. Finally I get to a human and he is calm but patronising and said he would call back within the hour (before 9.30am). It gets to 10am. I call back and say just cancel it all, I am so annoyed at your company. So the stupid girl on the phone says ok, well you won't have to pay anything as it's within 7 days, apart from about £6 to post the phone back. I said no. You are going to pay. And then I will leave your network for good and tell others how awful you are to them after snaring them. She is now going to pay the £6 from my next bill. Make sure you get the name a number of whoever you are speaking to, they convieniently don't record who you speak to on your file and can send you a text with their name and code. I wouldn't reccomend them to an enemy, let alone a friend. Atrocious.

Make sure the hanset provided is new and in a sealed box. Make sure you see the phone work in store & has I did last time speak with the staff over any issues. I took my last contract and the store staff even said the call centres are terrible and any problems go see them. I have done this & the staff are brilliant. I have paid more than landline for a weeks service compared to other providers standard price for an entire month yet now been told after two days 6 hours is enough internet usage for the price. T mobile does not educate its salesmen (there was only chaps 'having a laugh' in the shop) into the technical details they are selling. I would have paid more to ensure I had the download access I required. Instead when I go in they pass the buck as to why they did not transfer the details I saw were written down - some poor sod in a call centre had to deal with why I had nothing deal t with. T mobile employs front line staff who are skilled at fobbing you off and covering their mistakes, sadly not skilled staff who work at getting you a good deal. Gift of the gab is not everything when you are at the 'gab' end. Then you are stuck with the call centre victims/staff who are trying to repair the damage the shop staff have inflicted.

There are so many competitors networks, 100 times better than them. I can't even give notice ahead to cancel my contract when the time was up till a month before because they expect the customers to forget to cancel so they can have another contract.MOST PEOPLE STUCK LIKE THAT, NOT BECAUSE THEY WANT TO STICK WITH YOU!!! See how much they are rude to the customers. They don't even understand what basic customer service means, let alone of good customer service. Why Orange want to combine with T mobile? Orange company, please consider again as T mobile has bad name compared to your company & from my experience so ORANGE WILL LOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS IF CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY COMBINE WITH T MOBILE. This review only has poor so I chose this actually I want to choose poorest if avalable in the review.

T-Mobile should be called Thieving-Mobile. When you sign up you are not told about all the hidden charges they will add to your bill on a monthly basis. They charge extra for everything and you only find out when your bill arrives. You can't even sign up for 'free' boosters without being charged extra. T-mobile also pass on charges from other suppliers like Blackberry. If you are using a blackberry with free internet bundle, t mobile still charge you. They then set their sale staff onto you to bully you into buying their blackberry add on. There are many other networks out there, so avoid t-mobile.

They agreed my 6 month old phone is faulty and I have been told I have to put up with it for the rest of my 2 year contract but if I like I can have £5 off a month to make up for it and they say they have no power to replace the phone, give me a uk number, get a uk person to call me or even help me. These people do not speak clearly, do not understand our dialect and do not understand what good customer service is. What has happened to British values and service. But then they say you cant so i decided to cancel it on the same day so i ask the awful staff in the shop to do a very simple thing which they messed up and has now been a 3 month battle to get 16.00 pounds back to me. Firstly I have read many of the comments below and having worked for T-Mobile as a manager in the contact centre I know what people are talking about.  I am with O2 and have been since 2003 but I also have 4 contracts on T-Mobile. So i write this review as a point of view as not only as a customer but from a point of view from being a customer of another network too! I think T-Mobile are brilliant!!! Majority of customers that complain don't know or read their Terms & Conditions. Majority of people who complain are customers who do not pay their bills on time and usually get suspended as a result. 4.4.5 of the Terms & Conditions state that if you do not pay the bill by the date set out on it then you will have broken an important condition which is a fundamental part of the agreement between you and us and this will entitle us to suspend your sim card from the network. Pay your bills on time and you don't get suspended. You don't go into Tesco and get a whole trolly full of food and tell them at the cashier I'll pay you in 2 weeks or I'll pay half now and have with my next weeks shopping! Why do customers expect this from any other company... Pay your bills on time or you get to speak to the awful collections department. You seriously can't expect a service from them when you ain't paying your bills so tough! Another reason why customers complain is about faulty handsets, these issues are beyond T-Mobile's control. T-Mobile are a network provider and not the manufacturer of the phones customers have, therefore this means if your phone is faulty T-Mobile will send your phone off for repair and provide you with a temp phone if there are any available, (T-Mobile are not legally obliged to provide this service). T-Mobile are solely responsible for providing their customers with a SIM card, the network - mins texts etc and are not responsible for your phone.  Many people complain about the cancellation of their contracts. It is very clear in point 2 of the Terms & Conditions which clearly state that customers must provide a 30 days notice of cancellation. If they are within their commitment period then they will be charged an early termination fee which will be the line rental including any extra boosters or service charges from the cancellation date to the end of the commitment period. Customers can provide the cancelltion notice 30 days prior to their commitment end date and there will be no extra charges besides your line rental up until that date. For example, if your contract ends on 01/06/2011 then you can provide your 30 days notice on 01/05/2011 so that it gets cancelled on 01/06/2011. The Terms & Conditions also clearly state the customers can ONLY provide their cancellation notice by calling customer services. If a customer requests a PAC code then this can be provided at anytime as well. One fails to see the any complic ations about cancelling an account, it's very simple! Some people on here are complaining about the network and that they receive no signal or poor signal. It is a customers responsibility to use the network coverage checker to see what it is like at different post codes. Check you home and work post codes to ensure that you get a good signal, if it shows up as poor then go with someone else. What you also must consider is the type of building you are in. Thicker Walls etc can affect your network coverage too. As most people are aware, Orange and T-Mobile are merging, certain changes have already been implemented and many more will surely come too. Currently customers can opt into using the orange signal when there is no T-Mobile coverage. This will change for customers to use 3G services soon too. T-Mobile also have a deal with other service providers for T-Mobile customers to use to get a greater 3G coverage in the UK. Some people have wrote they've been with T-Mobile for 5 years and they don't get any signal, well why stay wi th T-Mobile fir such a long time if you don't get signal, dumbass!  Yes there are call centres in the Philippines and the reason for this is that it costs the company less. I personally trained alot of the staff in those contact centres and are really nice people. Hey, be patient with them, if it costs the company less the better deals they can offer their customers.  Many complaints from people on here are in my point of view, a load of crap. It's a good company which is improving drastically.

When i called to get it fixed I was told that my blackberry was too old, and needed to be brand new!!! it's a year old, this is nowhere on the website. I contacted T-mobile's customer service and received a service as described by other reviewers. - Not "understanding" what is being said, asking to speak to a manager and being put on hold for ages, being told conflicting info, the full t-mobile customer mis -services. i was then told by one unhelpful advisor that he would take another £5.00 from my account for the messenger service, this is not on the website. later spoke to another "advisor" and the additional £5.00 top up was not needed, good thing I didn't give him my card details wa sn't it. I am writing this review while I am waiting for the sim to be finally activated (after 4 days of communication) without having to buy a new phone or part with another £5.00. I have been with t-mobile for years, signal has all ways been great but now even better now you can use orange 2g signal, i never have zero coverage anywhere anymore. Plus the 3g network will be shared between t-mobile and orange early this year too, just gets better and better. The majority of the people on here are complaining about things that are explained in the contract. If these people could read, and were smart enough to check, then they wouldn't have to embarrass themselves. Also i have been laughing at the comments saying"my phones crap it dont work, never go with t-mobile". LMAO its a mobile network!!!! lol. Your beef is with the manufacturer of the phone you weirdoes. When my phone was faulty, i spoke to customer services, who were great, and gave me the option to going to a store, where i would be given a 'loan phone' while mine was being repaired so i could still use my contract. And for the people who say loyalty dont matter with this company, i bet you it does. i have my own business and would gladly get rid of any customer that is costing the network money. if they try and keep you, means you are making them money. Its a business for gods sake, not someone wanting to be your friend lol. Seriously though t-mobile are great. and if possible, they are even better now they are partners with orange. Gets better and better, cheapest deals, fab customer service (if you make the company money you will get through to english call centres unless its really busy) excellent choice of phones, and any problem is sorted by them straight away. Customer advisor told me that he has terminated the contract and the last day with T-mobile will be 5-12-10. He suggested not to take PAC code immediately as they (T mobile) have limited PAC codes. He also mentioned that I can call any time in next month and get the PAC code as it is straight forward. I agreed with him. Then, I called T mobile on 27-11-10 to request for PAC code. The customer advisor (after 10 minute on hold) told me that I will have to stay with T-mobile for another month and pay 1 month bill if I am requesting the PAC code today (on 27-11-10). I told her that it was her colleague who asked me not to take PAC code on 6-11-10 and he never mentioned that I will have to pay the bill and stay with T-mobile for another month. She completely refused to help me and said that although, it is cutomer advisor's mistake but she can not help me and I will have to pay another bill to T-mobile, even though I do not want to use their service. I had to spend lot of time until found link how to make them look normal. There is link if someone still looking for that: h t t p://accelerator.t-mobile.c o.u k And content lock even worse - I am 30 years old, I don’t look like a teenager for a long time. I went to store with check and all dongle package to prove that I am owner and asked to unlock content lock, but because I had no ID or credit card they said its impossible, but I am 30 and it is clear only by looking at me, that I am more than 18 year old :/ To unlock it you have to provide your bank account card numbers and it cost 2 pounds. Have a look. h t t p : / / support.t-mobile.c o.u k/help-and-support/index?page=home&cat=CONTENT_LOCK With content lock doesn’t work even some of YouTube or BBC pages. After 3moths I won’t top it up. My contract expired in June 2010 but without my acknoledgement T-Mobile have renewed my contract for another 18months!!I was furious!! the letter showed how "Incompetent" T-Mobile are here are the reasons: 1. Letter stated that my sim was blocked(No incoming/out going calls) since May due to unpayment!! and next paragraph read as "We tried to contact you on this T-Mobile number seve ral times to resolve this payment issue", Even though I was furious I could not stop laughing!! 2. When I contacted the Customer service and confronted them regarding why the bill? and how did they try to contact me?, he/she said the same "We tried on your mobile" so I asked them how could you contact me when you are the one who blocked the sim?! there was absolute silence for a period of time, then a sudden answer "We wrote to you and emailed you" (which i receieved none of these confirmations). The worse thing was after speaking to T-Mob CS couple of days after I recieve another letter from Debt collecting agency!! just to get out of all these mess I payed the final settlement and contacted T-Mobile saying "I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW OR TO USE YOUR SERVICE (which i havnt used since Oct 2009)" it seems i still cant get rid of T-Mobile. Aparently it takes 10days for the Debt collection service to transfer the money to T-Mobile and after that i have to call T-Mobile to give my 30 days notice for a service i wont be using plus PAY FOR THAT 30days aswell!! this I find is RIDICULOUS!! I have been with T-mobile since they were one2one, years basically. They have been very good each time I have renewed and managed this time to secure an excellent deal on a new contract and Sony Ericsson X10 by asking for my PAC code. Sadly this seems to be an industry standard... offer you an average deal until you threaten to leave. Its not ideal but if you know how to play the game you can get what you want. They were excellent when my son temporarily misplaced (his version) lost (my version) his phone and I rang to request that the account be suspended. Also good when offending article was found some days later and reinstated within minutes.

have used t-mobile for years, no problem until now. they do not return calls, will not stick to a deal and mysteriously lose details of previous calls when they do not want to admit what they said. absolutely hopeless. will terminate tomorrow after 12 years.

I have had the G1 for over 18 months and upgraded to a g2. After 3 days of slow connectivity, calls dropping halfway through, no apps working etc i tried to return the phone only to be told it could only be returned in their silver bag which they would send. Its now 2 weeks and no silver bag. They now say that since more than 7 days elapsed i cannot return it for another 18 months!! I kept no proof of any of the 4 telephone calls and they will now stuff me £35 a month for a phone that is barely usuable. Stay away at all costs - BTW orange and T-mobile are now one in the same company and will be known as 'everything-everywhere' very soon

Just moved to T-mobile from Orange a couple of months back mainly for the phone at the time (HTC Desire). Got my phone on the day of release and ok, so it's only been a month but so far I am very impressed! No problems to report, spoke to customer services twice when ordering my phone and they were polite and helpful, signal is better than Orange where I am (Central Scotland), the deal I got still seems to be the cheapest around, and the My-Tmobile website is much clearer and better kept up-to-date than the online Orange account page! T-mobile users even now get the "£5 night in" to make up for no more Orange Wednesdays! One happy customer! :D

I have just moved away from T-Mobile. The signal was appalling (despite me living in a city). Texts sometimes took several hours to reach me and I frequently lost connection because of the poor signal- not exactly ideal in an emergency. I've gone back to 02 (perfect signal) and never again will I go back to T-Mobile.

I've had a few dealings with Customer Servics and each time they were absolutely lovely and helpful. however tmobile signal is generally RUBBISH! All my mates gets full signal on 02 etc, always have trouble 90% of the time... my advice, check out signal strength FIRST!

Had T mobile PAYG for several years no probs except expensive for mainly texting. Switched to contract phone and happy with deals especially as got payments halved for a year by not upgrading. Service and reception excellent for 5 years. Last year got a dongle - expensive at 35.00 pm but got free laptop. anyway the signal was poor in my area and after several attempts by tech help to improve matters they sent me a new dongle - no different, wrote to cust services and they accepted that there was problem and terminated the contract and refunded one months payment but it cost 21.00 to send laptop and dongles back. Now my phone won't work at,or near my home and is constantly searching for a signal. Got over a year to wait before can end this contract, so am paying 20.00 pm for little return. Cannot fault the tech support team but there is obviously a big prob that is beyond their scope. Shame as I was really happy with T Mobile up to this year. Hopefully things will ge t back to normal soon

Very good. Firstly, because their fair use allowance is 3Gb - far exceeding most others. And secondly, as you do not get shafted per Mb if you exceed their fair use policy. Coverage is only beaten by Vodafone indoors - but not by much. In Surrey, I can get an almost seamless service
