My wife and I are in dispute with BT mobile at present. She has had her bt mobile for over a year. The October bill was very high and when Linda called to check on it the operative looked at her bill and said "it's because you have been using the internet a lot" she replied that she doesn't go online and in fact she has a really old phone which cannot browse. He went away for a while and came back with a supervisor who told Linda that it was an error and the money would be refunded, which it was. Since then bt have sent texts demanding payment of amounts which operatives can find no record of when called, been incredibly rude and obstructive on the phone, terminated the service, sent another bill demanding the money already refunded as that was a mistake. Then after Linda cancelled her D.D. sent a threatening letter regarding a bailiff. Since then I have been dealing with BT mobile on Lindas behalf and have found them almost impossible to deal with. Two opera tives including one from the 'Offline Team' have had the audacity to insist that the bill is correct even though they have admitted that charges have been made in error. The bill showed charges for calls which should have been free and nothing I said could persuade these people to admit that the bill total was incorrect even after they admitted that the charges were made in error! There is much more to this but I have not managed to check all the bills yet.

Very good network with reasonble rates. I use BT 400 for 12 months and i got an amazing Samsung G600, for an extra price of only £80 pounds whereas other networks with the same type of offer offered a sony erricson K800i for an extra price of £120. And also i have been with BT for a while now and this offer seemed to be one of their best.

I've been with BT for a few years now, but sadly their choice of handsets isn't great and I'm doing the shallow thing and leaving. I've always found they're call centers to be helpful and friendly. Their deals are not the cheapest around, but the reception and service has generally been superb. If they'd had the phone I wanted, I wouldn't be leaving.

Free bt to bt unlimited mobile network calls are great too, as you can call vodafone free as its there network. So really good value as we do not pay for any vodafone calls

I think it is brilliant, i had a problems when i dropped my phone in the bath!! They dealt with so much politeness and kindness that i decided to stay with them i love them! GO BT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant reception, brilliant price, i cant find many faults, it has been excellent for all my business. SO CHEAP!! RECOMMENDED IDEAL FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

I have had a Mobi phone since the old Motorola brick type. Then it was called O2- BT Stayed with O2 on the BT sellout but the service from O2 was disgusting. BT failed to leave the good code of business when the sold out; Have now been with BT Mobile since the went back into the market & find,as before, they know what they are doing. If they dont then they find out- fast. Any problem I have encountered has been corrected with politeness & speed. I will stay with BT Mobile until they decide to sell it on again- Then will have to look about. I have recomended several clients & they are pleased with the service they receive. BT may not be the cheapest BUT when you need a good service gimicks are are no use. ( No I DO NOT WORK FOR BT) db
