Terrible. Takes minutes, many minutes to connect. Each time I rang them it took about 30-40 minutes and often they did not settle the problem. All these calls are costing £3-£4 each.

I moved to Tiscali after removing my NTL Broadband and TV service in protest as their customer service was the worst on the planet. I really do hope now NTL are owned by Virgin they've improved. But about Tiscali. What you want with internet is a service that's easy to set up, is quite fast and just works. Full stop. That's what I have. Blistering speed (for me anyway), and it never breaks. Keep thinking about moving, but even if I combine my phone and broadband I'd only save about £5 a month, and it's not worth the risk. It works so don't fix it. Recommended.
