This a flimsy, lightweight, poorly balanced telephone with limited speed dial memories (32). No doubt this is good enough for household use but for busines it is pathetic. These days with the cheap availablity of memory chips this should have been more like 300 speed dial memories with a scrolling screen to select the number required by the name of the person. There should be a downloadable database of names and numbers. It is Germanically cryptic and obscure in its buttons. Even how to access last numbers dialled is odd to say the least. It does work but it is not intuitive. In fact virtually nothing is intuitive about the telephone. On other hand sets I have been able to work out how to programme them on this you must have the book of words. The call diversion as described in the book does not work with our exchange so it's handbook in this respect is of no help. It is not even easy to hold the telephone hand set between one's ear and shoulder - it's got a relatively low friction finish so it slips away. It looks, feels and is no doubt the cheapest option our company could find - it certainly feels like it! Look at many other telephones before buying this one and only buy it if you are truly convinced it is what you really want.
