Have had 500 for couple of years in my office summerhouse and it has been totally reliable, so much so that I will be buying the updated model 650 for our house. Much more reliable than these non corded quads that do what it wants. 500 product 5 out of 5, hope 650 will be as good

The first 500 we had the Address book did not work so had to return it and the secound phone the battery icon is constantly flashing as if to say battery low, this is false as i have tried 3 new batteries, so i dont think this product is worth the money we payed for it,
