i bought this phone 2001 and thought is was very good..but then in 2004 I fancied one of the what I thought better more attractive phone.. have actually tried about 4 others and NONE OF THEM IS AS GOOD AS THE z600...I have therefore resovled to buy a charger and battery for the old Z600 and then I will be extremely hapy again..with ease of use and flexibility of the Z600..amazing phone...

I've had this phone for about three weeks now. Some of the ringtones are a little cheesy or annoying, but the themes and pictures you can download (for FREE!) are quite good. The phone I have freezes alot, even though it's pretty new. I reckon they could make the phone a tad slimmer because it either falls out of my pocket or it just doesn't fit. The camera I do like, because the picture is clear and not blurry like Motorola phones.

This phone rocks! In constant use since bought (2003?) and no prob at all. If only every electronic device was made with similar quality. I keep on using it as my main phone and insist on doing so till a crucial function of it goes bad, just from curiosity to see when it actually breaks. 6 stars out of five.

I've had this phone for 3 years and it's the best phone I've had so far. Battery is great and is the ideal phone for people who don't want gimmicks. As for freezing, it has frozen maybe 3 times since I've purchased it. Overall I still think it's a great phone.

Z600 is actually one of the best phones I ever had. I've dropped it more 50 times already and it's still alive. It's been 3 years since I had the model. Problem is, I've bought the model in Madrid, Spain and now I'm having a hard time finding style-up covers in country where I currently stay. All in all, it's a great phone though It's hard to find accessories in a another country where it's actually well rare.

This fone is outstanding, i've been using it for the past 2 years and it's given me nothing but the best a phone can give a man. I still havn't upgraded after the year because honestly, I've become accustomed to the phone and theirs nothing more I could ask for. The exchangable covers make the phone look brand new and highly attractive. Bluetooth is also a handy asset and sending SMS is a flash with the well set out keypad.

I had one of these back in 2003 and loved it.. I eventually upgraded later that year and have since had 2 Nokia's,a Samsung D500 and an LG.. None of them even close to the SE Z600!! Last week I bought a Z600 from eBay for £25, it came today and I haven't stopped messing with it! So pleased to have one of these back in my handbag!! I won't be parting with it for a VERY long time!

I have been using T68i when I purchased Z600 for my wife. It is user friendly, good in reception, smooth keyboard, easy set up with bluetooth and infrared, decent battery life.. Screen is sharp and bright but still not good enough to veiw outdoor. Camera is for show only because it can't take good picture even in best conditions. 2MB tolat memery is too little for a camera phone but it is O.K. becuse camera is useless anyway. It started to slowdwon while searching contact but it is better after reflashing the firmware. It is a very good phone if it works without problem and if cmera is irrelavant.

This phone has the good and bad flaws. First of all, people were making fun of me, telling this is a 'girl' phone. It is not! As mentioned earlier, the phone has crashes. These mostly happen when changing themes. You then have to reset the whole phone (by taking out the battery) and start all over again. And sometimes the phones crashes while going into menu's, but it manages to recuperate from those crashes. The games on the phone suck so deep. I cant believe anyone would want to play them. Anyone who does, doesnt own a game console at home. Ive played better Java games on my previous Nokia 3650, these suck pretty bad. And you cant even delete them all! That is another dissapointment of this phone. The memory gets full very easy - if youre a customizing freak - and i like to customize my phone internally a lot. As mentioned, you cant even delete some of the standard games, as well as standard delivered images in the phone. Very annoying. Last point of annoyment; the camera. This camera is a waste of gadget time. The quality is bad, the features of it are a waste of time, and the worst thing is, the software that comes with it to take the pictures of the camera, into youre PC, doesnt even work! Thanks Sony. Now the good points. While everyone complains about the design, i find this phone to be very chique. Compared to Samsung phones, Sony does create new and daring designs. The screen is crystal clear, and the reception is good. I really like this phone (i REALLY do) i can recommend it to anyone who wants to phone in style, but not to someone who's after phone features or gadgeting. If youre after that, you should try a Symbian OS phone.

This is a great phone. I have changed from P900 to Z600. Small, compact, good battery life and works both with PC and Apple MAC. Works on almost any bluetooth hands free. I think I will stick with it for some time. It reminds me of my old Nokia 6310i - great phone with all the things that you may need.

Cant understand the bad reviews, ive had several phones from all the manufacturers and this ones easily the best, easy to use, good camera - maybe not enough memory but thats it. and battery life - it takes about 30mins to charge fully and i only ever charge it once every 3-4 days, cant understand these people who say the battery lifes bad, they must have not charged it fully like the instructions say when it was new. i love this phone and wont consider replacing it until the replacement z1010 is out

Ok phone, brilliant screen, ringtones, looks quite flashy too but this doesn't make up for it's bad points of which it has a few: 1. Poor battery life, 2 days max of sending a few txts and about 4 or 5 mins speaking to a mate and it's in need of a charge. 2. Takes god knows how many clicks to actually send a bloody txt to someone in the phonebook. 3. Camera/Picture quality awful. Not what i was expectin from such a big manufacturer! At the end of the day i was really annoyed about how this phone perfomed. I waited weeks until my network finally stocked it and when it came i found out that it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Don't get me wrong, it's a good phone but the charging every other 2 days drove me up the wall and that was the main reason for sending it back. My mate has a SE T610 and that is a lot better but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth about Sony Ericcson. Roll on a decent Nokia to match the 65k colour screen.

I have just upgraded from the S-E T68i. I have to give the new z600 top marks on nearly every account. It is excellent. Call quality is good and phone is much simpler to use. I would even say it is simpler to use than the Nokia phones. No aerial is really appealing and the screen is bright. It is well thought out in all aspects. The camera is not the freatestbut at this stage in time, I view cameras on phones as a bit gimicky In summary an excellent phone
