Now on my 3rd handset for the w910i and still having the same problems!Freezing, switching itself off, slow start up, random vibrating!Only got my 1st handset in June 08 and its only Jan 09 now!Demon fone!

I'm on my second W910i in 4 weeks. The first one kept freezing or shutting down all together. I find the keypad too flat. It makes texting more difficult. The walkman facility is excellent tho.

I've had my W910i for about a year now and like many others will be glad when my contract is up so I can change it. Why? Read on... Often when I pull the phone out of my pocket the screen has gone blank and the red light on the back is on. No button presses (including the power button) will reset it. I have to take the battery out and refit to get it to reset. I have also, experienced variable signal strength (and sometimes none) in places where other friends on same network have maximum signal on their phone. Also the phone sometimes gets stuck open. When this happens I have to remove the back cover and battery and wind in the two tiny screws as they periodically come loose. For me these issues really let the phone down. I am very disappointed with what would otherwise be a VERY good phone. I was always under the impression S.E. made very good quality phones.

This phone is the worst I've ever owned. The O/S seems to have lots of problems. The phone locks up during calls, even when it's doing nothing it locks up. Then you have to take the battery out wait abouit 30 seconds and start again. Not good if you are in the middle of a call. The camera is disappointing being gainy and poor picture quality..

Great phone when its on, witch isnt often, Its great when it isnt freezing, turning off, refusing to do what its been told. It a GREAT phone, buy it if you can put up with these small faults. P.S Must buy in White+Gold, looks much better :)

This phone is a nightmare. It is constantly crashing and the red button comes on at the back of it and is constantly turning off. My signal is always lower than other peoples and also my texts wont come through properly.

Rubbish phone...It will randomly switch off, vibrate and red light comes on on the back of the handset. It has also frozen a few times, have claimed on insurance 3 times, had 3 different handsets, all have same problem

All of these faulty unit should be sent back to SE for a replacement. They have a duty to provide a working prouct to the specifications stated in the handboo. This is not a network provider(Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile etc) issue. Contact SE direct and demand a replacemnt. To confirm your warranty status then remove the battery and on the IMEI label there will be something tha looks like the following; 08w29 this means the handset was made in 2008 and in week 29. Work out what week we are in and find out how long ago the unit was made. Warranty for these unit is 12 months,

I have had myn 6 months ago now and at the start it was good and i couldnt see anything wrong with it until my cousin came round she had the lg prada i think and my w910i was really quite compared to hers, hers was blasting and mine wasn't also it is very slow sometimes it freezes and doesn't let yu press anything for about 30 seconds and thn it finally lets you go back on it,in my apinion its okk but i wouldn't get this phone i would either get a nokia,the new sony ericssons or LG's :)

I bought this phone not long ago and it is not good! i would rather buy the nokia 7373 much better phone. this phone has its ups and downs dont drop it or its gone! that happend to mine and its bye-bye W910i hello 7373! Nokia 7373 is a much better phone!

Can't wait to get rid of this phone. Loved it when I got it and I had been anticipating its release for months. After a few months the dreaded freeze/shutdown problem started happening. I have contacted SE tech support who have told me to upgrade the firmware which should fix the fault, but every time I try and do that it shuts itself down!!! The shake control is a nice feature, but reasonably pointless and I've never really found any reason to use it. Otherwise, it has some nice features a lot of pointless ones, but the shutdown bug is just too annoying to make this anything like a good phone. EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAS THIS PHONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM!! Steer well clear. I will not be getting another SE phone any time soon, which is a shame because I wouldn't have considered anything but an SE before I had this sorry excuse for a phone.

i thought this was a great phone when i got it but after about a month it started freezing, usually after a call. have had it for a about six months now and two screws have fallen out of it that hold the front cover on. the mic has packed up for some reason which i have been told is because i use a blue tooth head set alot as i am a driver but it is really inconvinient when my head set goes flat and i cant use my phone cos no pone can hear what i am saying. i would not reccomend this phone to anyone and am going to use my u600 instead. just gutted its on contract and i didn't get insurance so am stuck with it for a while now. makes a great paper weight though.

My first one started to freeze all the time, so I took it back and got a replacement. The replacement then started to freeze and shut down as well. I the had the third phone, this again is now breaking, freezing and shutting down. I am very disapointed with the phone, and from reading the other reviews this problem seems to run through the majority of the W910i mobiles out there.

I have reccently got this phone for Christmas and it is everything you would want in a good phone its reliable and looks very cool. I would'nt take any notice from the negative comments, as i have had this phone for a month now and i hav'nt experienced any problems with this phoneat all.Its deffinetly a phone for the music people of this world and has surprised me with its excellent memory. I would recommend it. Deffinetly worthy of 5 stars!

As the review says - the phone promises so much but fails simply because it is not reliable and constantly freezes and resets. I have had 4 of these phones since September 07 and can't wait for my contract to run down so I can head back to Samsung. I can't begin to describe how much of a let down this phone is and cannot suggest that anyone goes for it. Avoid unless you are prepared for the hassle.

when i first bought this phone, i loved it. however, not even a year of having it- it started to switch itself off and restart aswell. i have had to master reset several times. even though it is a stylish looking phone it does not live up to its first impression. i would recommend not to buy this phone as you would just get disappointed when it starts playing up. my phone no longer switches on bu freezes on the sony ericsson start up screen. it is a big disappointment

Well the w910i is for me definately nt a waste of money,ive had for abt a month now and i havnt had any problems with it,and its picture qualits is quite good actualy it is even better than the 3.2 megapixel samsung soulb,so i'd highly recommend it for you thats if your wallard can withstand the loss

The speakers - normal and handsfree - are woefully inadequate - cannot hear without straining in normal conditions of use - eg using phone in a room with background noise. using phone had free is impossible - too quiet to be of any use

its a nice phone but is rubbish as it shuts down and restarts im glad im not the only one having the problem i wouldn't recomment this phone to anyone. before this phone i had w580i and that was not much better it used to restart itself as well. my friend has had both the same phones as me and her's did the exact same i am very dissapointed with this phone as song ericson is supposedly the best make in phones. i rate this phone 2 stars but only for its appearance and picture shuffle not for the actual phone itself as it its a load of rubbish. lol.

I got the w910i with my birthday mouny and i liked it alot and didnt forget it when i went to school or anything and now i have to leave it at home because all it does is switch on and off all the time and it frezzis all the time and i cant get texts or calls and i cant send them or call anyone i have had it changed for the same 1 and it just did the same so last week a got it sent to be fixed but it didnt take that long 4 me to get it back so i dont no if they sent it away or not and when i got it back i was still in the shop and it still didnt work so i said to them it still didnt work so they said it was the battary so we went home and got it on charge and it still didnt work so we went back to the shop and they said there isnt much we can do she said all we can do is send it alway agen and i said no it will still do the same thing so i would say dont bye the w910i because i have lots of proplems with it and i am still trying to get it sorted out and i just want my money back!! DONT BYE IT JUST GET A DIFFRENT PHONE DONT WAST YOUR MONEY

my w910i is the worstest phone i have ever had in my entire life!!! my w910i wont recieve or send calls or texts and when i look on my photo album it frezzes and switches off and the same with texts and calls. i strongly advise the public never to buy the w910 because i asked for a refund and they said you can only get your money back after 21 days of purchase so im still waiting for a better phone. p.s i cant even take it to work because i work in a place where you cant have your phones on and chances are it just switches back on and so i have to leave it at home and i cant do anything if my son and daughter needs me so im panicing at work wondering if mam is ok because shes in hospital.

It's rubbish! seriously i had it 4 about a month before it started shutting itslef down. at 1st i could cope with it cause it wasnt too frequent but not it does it ALL the time and is really annoying! At times it wont let me send texts or recieve texts!!!!Gunna try and get a different phone on my contract!

My last two phones have been Sony Ericsson and were great, so I decided to stick with them and get this one. Started off great.. but now after 7 months keeps freezing, randomly turning itself off and tonight has decided it doesn't want me to send or recieve any text messages, or even read my inbox, outbox etc. Not overly impressed anymore. Not sure if it's worth getting it repaired to be honest as may just end up with the same problem!

First impressions, I loved my phone, i have the new pink and greyy flowery version, and i love the way it looks. But its rubbish, it constantly freezes and shuts down. The c button and the main button in the middle of the circle don't work. Its impossible to use it. I am getting soo fed up of it

I Reccomend That If Your Gonna Get A Sony Ericsson Phone Don't Get This One. It Freezes,And The Only Network Its On Is Orange. The Signal Is Rubbish And It Never Has Signal. I Paid �110 For This Phone. Not Impressed. Takin It Back. Its Turned Itself Off ABout 7 Times. Took It Back Once Thy Said That It Was Cause I Had To Much On My Memory Card.BALL.... , The Meory Card Came With The Phone.

i had this phone for christmas and eversince i have had trouble with it...it keeps turning of by itself..the video call dosnt seem to be working and whenever someone tries to call me the phone it will say that my phone is turned of when its not its really annoying.

I have has this phone since january and i hate it it is aweful. it has been in repair 4 times and it has been exchanged and repaired again. It turns it self off and freezes you can listen to music and do other things cause its far to slow.

Before i had w81oi - BEST FONE although it goes slow, ive had it for atleast 4 years and its still working perfectley and the camera quality on it is AMAZING!, i wanned an upgrade so i brought w91oi - its new and so far its shut down by itself 2 times while i was listening to music, the camera quality on it is in one word - rubbish ! - and i loveee taking picures i dont recommend you buying it !! .. stupid fone

I am on my 5th replacement of this phone so think saying it is a problem with a 'small' batch is a major cop out. I have 2 friends also with this phone having the same probem mentioned by nearly every reviewer. It is so frustrating. This model phone is not fit for it's purpose and if you have no look getting a differnet model I have been told to go to my local Trading Standards office. I am not a happy customer at all and would recommend others not buy this phone. Whatever feature you find desirable is most likely available elsewhere.

I really do like this phone. It's a perfect size - not too big that it's heavy etc but not too small that it's easy to break. The walkman side of it is great, meaning I don't have to buy a new ipod as well. The sound quality is average. However, after 4 replacement handsets from Orange I still have the crashing problem. An absolute nightmare as it randomly crashes during texting, playing games, or even if it's just sat on the table. I am currently looking for a new mobile - this one is too frustrating!

At First I Thought this phone was going to be good so the you don't need to carry a phone and a ipod around at the same time it is all built in but i have now got it and after about an hour of listing to the music it shuts it self down are it will go very slow then close down. But it wont come back on straight away you have to leave it for about 5 minutes then turn it back on and it will work normally but will do the same again after an hour of listening.

rubbish. I've always had nokias and samsungs and to be honest im heading back to them in a hurry. the phone turns itself off on average 3/4 times a week, messaging is intermitent. Ive spent two whole nights on phone to network trying to sort it out. The camera has a nice filter but is next to useless in every environment. Sound on video is rubbish. It has a clumsy layout and the buttons are too flat to text. someone at sony should really be fired for having let this get onto the market.

I would recommend not buying this phone, along with it freezing, and saying its got an inactive sim, its just plain boring. I wish i never got this handset at the start! there was so much hype when this phone was shortly coming out, im upgrading in a weeks time to hopfully a Samsung Omnia, Time for a touch screen! If your having problems with the W910i restarting, try rubbing sand paper or an actual rubber on the battery ports, this is what i got told by sony erricsson.

This is a terrible phone - i have now had 4 in the past 6 months - all it ever does is freeze, withold information and switch off... DO NOT BUY!! looks fantastic, and is great when owrking, but the negatives are too negative and outweigh the positives!! However, i have only just found out that when your provider gives a replacement phone, they are reconditioned and NOT NEW - so this time, they are issuing me a BRAND new one, so fingewrs crossed it might work for good this time - however, i still would not purchase - its the only ericsson ive had thats let me down tho, generally awesome phones!! This on however, PILE OF DONKEY DUNG!! would rate -5 if i could!!

i bought the sony ericsson w910i because i love sony ericsson phones and find them to be the best im dissappointed as my phone keeps frezing and switching itself off and a red light comes on the back i only have the phone 3 weeks but cant figure out why its doing this does anyone know???

i got this fone jus before xmas n i find it rubbish the memory id good and everythin but it keeps freezin deletin my items on my fone and changin my pictures witch i find very annoyin i h8 this fone so much i am takin it back 2 the shop 2 see if i can swap it my advice is not to buy it stick with a better fone

I'm not impressed. I've used Motorola previously and thought Sony might be an upgrade in itseld but alas not. Also, does anyone know how to make the thing bleep or something when you've missed a call/text. I can't seem to find an alert function anywhere for this purpose. The camera is a bit rubbish too!

I've now had this phone for 9 months. It was such a great phone for the first few months. Then the red light thing was becoming very recular. Very annoying. I've had to take this phone back to the o2 shop 3 times now and everytime I get back, they find nothing wrong with it. I have to take this phone back again for 4th time now. 2nd time in the last 2 weeks. Also, I don't know if it's just my phone but, it doesn't always turn on and lately it hasnt been turning on or even charging, which is helpful as I use my phone alot. If you're looking for a new phone, my in my opinion dont get this. It's not the best phone, there's alot more better phones.

This phone has got to be the worst phone I have ever come across in the last 10 years that I am using mobile phones. this piece of junk may look good but avoid the phone at all cost !!!!!!! do not buy this or ask for it or take it even if you are given money ,,, the only way I would own this is if some one would put a gun to my head ,,, Im dien to get rid of mine ,, and all of that for one simple reason : it turns off when ever it feels like !!!!!! sony has a bug and did not sort it out !!!!!!! if you want to get a phone that shut by itself in the middle of a chat , or while taking a picture or while listening to music then this is the phone for you ,, other wise , never buy this !!!!!

Dont buy this phone! Should be good, nice feel, good look, large keypad, easy to use. From the word go it kept freezing and restarting. Stuck with it coz no insurance, and wasnt a huge problem, but gradually got worse. Today it got stuck in the open position, and when i took the battery out to put my sim in a different phone, a screw fell out. Now slides again, but shows the shoddy quality of the phone. Sorely annoyed and planning on buying a new one asap. Whats the point in all the fancy stuff if the basic phone doesnt work? Was cut off three times today during a converstaion because the phone decided to restart. DONT BUY!!!!

A response to Katie on 31/12 below - I had exactly the same problem. If you are on contract get it sorted with customer service immediately as the package you have probably only includes Text messages and you'll have to pay for any MMS. I rang them (and after a number of phone calls and being put through to different departments!) they sent me a text with some coding which resolved the problem. I've not had mine for six months and the call and 'c' buttons have frozen. Nice looking phone but I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend. I'm back with my old w550i which has been going strong for a number of years. And I have to say I'm with Orange, and they probably have the worst customer care department I have ever had the misfortune of having to use.

Pretty nice phone but has two stupid limitation with no reason. First you can't make a group larger then 15 contacts in your phone's contacts. Second you can't store codes larger then 15 characters in your code memo application. By the way it hasn't "keypad lock with code" feature but in this regard is not the only one. Almost all phones in these day miss this basic and absolutely necessary feature. Shame on SE.

i recently got this phone for christmas and it has turned it self of twise already but its nothing really i love the movemt thing and the sound quality is briliant the wide screen is really good for watchin vidoes on ( i have got the lipstick pink one) and the design is very very nice i cant see anything wrong with this phone i love it,

I have only had this phone for about 3 weeks and i love it the walkman is great and you use it by pressing that button on the back also, the video's are good cos u can video for as long as you want, the last phone i had was a nokia 6100 and that was Ok but this is much better!

I got this phone for my birhtday in white and gold it is my first sony ericson phone, first music phone. and so far the phone is pretty amazing really the one problem with this phone is there should be a flash on the camera but apart from that pretty good :)

I know this phone has been available for a long time but I just had to add my comments - I've had mine since April on an 18 month contract with Vodafone - and everyone I've spoken to has told me the screen freezes and it turns itself off. This has happened to me a handful of times, and the battery feels hot like its overheating, only way to reset it is to take the battery out completely and restart the phone. V inconvenient. It had potential to be a decent phone, lots of features, ok-camera (but no flash); decent battery life for average usage (mine's on all day but off at night but don't use it as a Walkman although it has good quality sound & easy enough to operate - having been a Sony Ericsson user since the K750i came out, in between have tried Nokia 6300 but was disappointed with both battery life and internal memory - think Nokia have lost their way a bit!; can't wait til the end of my contract gona try Samsung next! Also, never used the shake control or the TrackID which I just think are gimmicks and completely unnecessary. That's it, I've put my two penneth in!!

This phone looks and feels very nice. The music player is brilliant. However, I've had the phone for about 2 weeks and its being sent back on Monday, I've just bought the Sony Ericsson W890i to replace it. Firstly, as has been pointed out all over the place, it has a habit of resetting itself. Fortunately I read one review that said when the phone freezes, DON'T remove the battery, wait for about 10 seconds and it will recover itself without losing memory. The other problem is the quality when speaking to someone, I could bearly hear the person I was speaking to for the buzzing. Oh, and why they put the camera on this phone I really don't know - the quality is truly awful. I took a number of photo's with it and deleted them immediately due to the poor quality. I certainly would not recommend this phone to anyone.

me and ma girlfreind got this and both of them was no good in frist two days of having them they was always freezing up and the battery life was very poor but the large screen is very good for films

At first look, this is a really stylish and sleek designed phone, but my experience has been much worse, starting the day I got it! It won't let me send a normal text message, only letting me send a MMS, email and voice message....if anyone else is having this problem please say!

I have recently got the new Sony Ericsson W910i and I have found that it is a brilliant phone. However sometimes, for no apparent reason the phone decides to change its theme. I find this increasingly annoying and spend half of my time changing the theme back to my original. I have tried different themes, but it still continues to change. On the whole however I think that it is the phone is tremendous, it is easy to use and the slick design is beautiful. I find that texting is easy and searching the web is a piece of cake. The camera is easy to use and is all I want from a walkman phone (I don't need a good camera when I buy the phone for its music capabilities). The motion sensory works well with the games and the shake control for the music,� well lets leave that for now. Finally I would recommend this phone to friends; family and people in the street because it does what it is supposed to do (minus the theme changing problems) its brilliant fro music and the quality of sound it tremendous. I give the phone a convincing 4 out of 5 star.

David.. You Could take it back 2 the shop you got it from and see if they can fix it. If they carnt then they shiould offer you a new phone :/

I bought this phone for myself Yesterday, so far i am very pleased with it. It has fantastic memory (well, if you buy a memory card it does) It is the BEST music phone i have ever had. The camera isn't awesome, theres no flash :( But one of the best parts is the big screen, its really cool! the thing that dissappoints me is that you sometimes can't read the letters on the keypad, because theres a weird flash light underneath it on the white one. But if you like your music, this is the phone for you!

my w910i the screen leaked very easily when it was pressed in my pocket and the sound deteriorated as calls extended beyond a centain time and now has started to shut itself off about 4 times in 24 hours for how long and how many calls i missed who knows. its the most troublesome phone i've had, the 2 previuus sony ericsson phones were very good. whats happened

I bought my daughter one for her birthday in april. She had so many problems with it , i just thought it was the way she looked after it but then my sister-in-law bought on in june and she had the same problem, i think this is not good, i heard they were bringing out a newer phone of this but i havent seen it in the shop , i bought my daughter a contact for 18 months , so she got to wait until octber 2009 to get a new phone, to be honest i dont think that is very good, do you!? Soo What Can I Do !? Coz im not very happy about this =[

i got my first handset around 8 months ago, within 2 weeks the phone started to reset its self a good 5-8 times a day, i put up with it for a while... i trued the updates etc. from the sony ericsson website, these however did nothing at all, so i eventually took the phone back to the shop i got it from, got it back a week later, phone was fine for a few days untill....... yes, it started doing it again! this time i went back to the shop within a week.. same old story, the phone came back then within a week it started up again so i took it back for the third time and was promised a new handset... it arrived back and guess what! same handset.. and guess what it still did when i got it back!!!! yes it still crashed ALL the time, i took it back and demanded a new handset, this time i did recive a new one, or atleast it was in a new shell but wether it was a new phone or not is only to be known by sony ericsson! i have never had such a bad phone, the sound quality from the phones speaker is terrible, the software is rubbish and its so slow to navigate round its functions, viewing photos etc.. My advice is, if you want a good reliable phone that doesnt crash every 5 mins DO NOT BUY THIS PILE OF RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!

Well as odd as this is going to sound I bought a w910i last year when they had just been released for a staggering �210. I was more than happy with the phone and was absolutely gutted when it was broke a month later due to a bike accident. =/ I really didn't have the money to buy another one and was in some ways happy. The phone had major issues with freezing and the memory card corrupting etc so I was happy to be shot of it but missed it at the same time. A friend of mine bought one about June time and I noticed no freezing or anything so that meant the firmware had been updated and the bugs were fixed so I thought about getting one but they were still �170 around this time but luckily the price dropped dramatically to around �100 just before this Christmas and I decided to get another one. I must say I'm really satisfied with it, I have it on Vodafone so I have Mobile TV which is just the biggest novelty ever! Messenger doesn't seem to work though, I always get "A general error has occured" when I try to sign in so I guess that isn't going to work. The processor on the phone is decent so MeBoy runs smoothly on it and I have the settings so it runs wide screen and it's like playing a gameboy lol. Pok�mon Crystal ftw! The walkman firmware is 3.0 which is just the best, looks very smooth and is very user-friendly so I love it although it's not like a new phone as I had it last year! Texting is good on it, not the fastest but the buttons are easy to use. The camera is a shocking 2.0 megapixel without autofocus although it is a walkman phone so you make your choice, music or camera, when buying. All in all I love the phone personally, I'd give it a 4.5/5 as the camera does let it down!

i HATE this phone. I'm always preachign agiasnt it. I got it last feburary, and i'm stuck on a contract with it until julyish. its been sent off for repair 4 times in less than a year and is currently held together with sellotape. my phones always freezing turning itself off, it woudlnt send or recieve texts. Sometimes it dosent ring when someone calls it. The cameras pure dodge, the walkmans so slow to load from the memory card. if i'm chargign it and using an of its features it gets ridiculosly hot. The only thing i like about it is mobile msn. DONT GET THIS PHONE, its such a waste of money, can't wait til i upgrade!

Good Phone, Worked Perfect For About a Month, Then My Down Button Started To Not Work For a Few Hours On a Few Occasions. This Stopped For About a Week And Now I Cant Press Any Of My Buttons At All =S I Havnt Dropped It Or Anything, The Problem Is Unexplained. It Does Not Work If I Turn The Phone On & Off Again. I Never Had This Problem With My Previous Sony Ericsson Phone, I Am Completely Disappointed With This One.

I got a black w910i in march nd all it did was turn itself off. Instead of taking it back to the o2 shop i went and bough another one but using the carphone wearhouse shop insetead.I got a white and gold one instead. At first it was working great, but once agen it wouldnt stop turning itself off. It turned itself off about 10times a day. So i got so anoyed with it i took it back to the carphone wearhouse. They took it away for repair for 2weeks and when they gave it me back they said it had been fixed and it shouldnt turn itself off agen.. They were wronge. Four days later it turned itself off. It was so anoying. The screen gose blank and a red light on the back comes on. It turned itself off most while i was listning to music or if i was sending or if i recived a text. I have now got so fed up with my w910i i have changed to a samsung.

I've had this phone for 2 months now and it's OK, it turned itself off at least twice I think but you kind of get used to it. The design is good, and so is the music player. I think that it's a bit too expensive for what it is, but I'm glad I bought it. Although I've had SE phones for quite a while, I think that I've probably had better. I'd like to give it 3 1/2 stars, but I stuck with 4.

I have had this model of phone for a year...only in that time I have had to have it replaced 5 times. Some of the numerous faults include the keypad breaking, microphone cutting out, battery overheating, and most frequently and annoyingly of all, the phone freezes and turns its self off. Each phone has done this along with the above faults, on one occaision I had to send it back for an update as it couldnt send text msgs. The fancy features on this phone are great, when it decides not to freeze. But up to 5 times a day, the little red camera light comes on, it freezes and turns off, making the most simple of operations impossible! 6 other friends have experienced the exact same problems..this phone is an epic fail!

I got this phone for christmas and its everything you would want in a phone however the cammera at night is not so good but apart from that its perfect i'd recomend to anybody and of course if things go wrong its not the phone indivually fault thats just technology for you

right, i have had this phone for about 9 months. its rubbish. it was alright the first couple of months like. but all of a sudden it vibrates then turns off and back on in a couple of seconds. then it comes up sayin.. inactive sim.. whats that all about! the camera is rubbish speakers are rubbish. overall i wish i got the i phone ! x

i had this phone for 3 days before it decided to turn off and freeze twice, Its a nice looking phone but i wouldnt reccomend it, the phone only seems to play up when on the music player !

I dont see the problem with this phone. It freezes once in a whle, probably because people are overloading it! I dont know how to use shake control, but everything else is fine. Nothing has altered for me yet, and ive had his for 3 months.

This would be a good phone if it worked, mine has been replaced 4 times and needs replaceing again, I've only had the phone 4 months. I'm reluctant to send back to son to repair since they tried to tell me a previous phone was water damaged then didn't send it back! I know it wasn't water damaged. I like the look of the phone and most of the functions gbut the camera is shoddy. It really needs a flash.
