dis phone is the best ive ever had by a million miles.ive got it in gold and it looks emmence. ive got it on vodafone and the problem is that my internet connection on it doesnt work.and the screen annoys me cos it shows all the fingerprints but bar all of that its gr8

Had problem after problem with the phone. I like it's functions and it is generations ahead of any Nokia i've owned however four months after it arrived all the top keys stopped working. Sent it back to vodafone who repaired it but when it game back with 'updated' software the battery last about 30 hours without making any calls. Now another two months on and the phone has began to freeze. Just about to send it back to Vodafone again. Great phone but you don't need this trouble.

Had this phone for over 12 months now, though it is my 2nd as the 1st kept freezing & switching off. Easy to use, great size, does everything you want a phone to do. Dont miss fm radio or flash on camera, always preferred se to nokia. All in all, a good all round phone.

Ace phone, fits easily in your pocket, only problem is slight chance you may lose it, because it's so thin. The buttons really aren't a problem, unless you have fingers like gorillas' and the flash missing off the camera is fine as long as you use it in the light. The MP3 is really good as can store loads of stuff on it and the battery life is like, ages... No problems with freezing. Either this or the K800i but I'm sure that overall this is better for me, being a music kind of person.

dont buy this phone its the worst, 4 of us have this phone and they've all broke just turn off then wont turn back on, sony expect you to send the phones to them to have it fixed, for a price obviously gimmic if you ask me.

I have had this phone for 18 months and it has been great. The buttons do take a bit of getting used to, but that is not a problem at all. The 1gb memory card is plenty for me. I love the size of the phone. I am now due for a new handset and cant find a phone as good which is so small. Its also very durable, as I have dropped mine many a time and it is still in one piece! Downside is that the track recognition does not work on mine.

i had it , but i hated it , the speaker was to small . the sound was terrible and hurt my ears. the bottons were to small . but i did like the designe but hated thee camera so i got the W890i the new version , sterio speakers ! great sound, 3.2mp camera . 3.5G WALKMAN 3.0 !!!!!!! and its amazing ! looks nice !!!!!!!!!! So i would bye the w890i not 880i

Ok. Its a good phone....end of! What kind of phone do you want? If you are dissapointed with it...then you clearly dont wont a normal phone! It does what it shud...it holds music.....camera..... good screen resolution. AND AT A GOOD PRICE! AT �85...i cudnt go wrong!

I have a k800i and im planning on swapping it for a w880i simply because the w880i suites my personality more although the camera is not as gd i dnt realy mind because im not too in to taking pictures but the music player is very good unlike the k800i and also because the k800i is fat and does not look too nice bulging out of my pocket

To thin for its own good, difficult to hold to text on and the tiny keys don't make it any better. The camera is what you would expect for 2mp, not up to camera phone standards but ok. Walkman player is top stuff. But for the basic use of being a phone it struggles, the sigals is dropped often and when you get a signal it is 1 or 2 bars leaving you unsure it you will finish a call before the line drops. Seems to have a very short battery life for a SE even locked to GSM mode, could be because it is struggling to get/keep a signal?

My w850i cracked and had to give up the ghost after a year of total satisfaction. Had to find a phone to live up to its spec. Eventually after much searching and online reading, I opted for the w880i. Bought this in silver - looks good. When I opened it and tried it out I was far from disappointed. This is a FAB phone. Looks good, feels good and sounds good. Would absolutely recommend....

Without doubt the best phone I have ever had. I was a Nokia man before this, with one Samsung which proved to be a big mistake. Firstly, although the keys are small you soon get used to them. I've got big hands but even I don't have a problem using them and I txt all the time. The feature that are missing allow the phone to be the size it is and I don't miss the radio or flash at all. The camera, although only 2 MP, is excellent and as long as you have a steady hand the pictures come out fine. The music playes is great quality and I would highly recommend the plug-in speakers that you can buy. Amazing quality for such tiny speakers - used them the whole time while on holiday and people were amazed at the sound coming from these tiny speakers. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Outstanding...

This is my first walkman SE phone, and I really like it. The music features is excellent (with headset). Easy to use menu and to navigate. Minus: -keypad hurts my fingers and sometimes slips between my thumbnail. -the camera is bad, but it's not a big problem, it's walkman phone not a camera -don't try to play too loud tones using phones speaker. Mine broke when using loud siren tone for alarm (I don't get up as many people does, so it plays 9 times continuously) Good to see that SE improve all the weaknesses in the W890i series. I recommend you guys to buy the W890i, it's a truly winner.

Ive had this phone a little over a week now and i love it. The past 3 phones ive had have been Sony Ericsson and i cannot find a fault with them. And in response to the people (guys) saying the keypad is too small, well u can ee that fom just a pictureso hy didu still buy it? its not like it was a suprise was it? Anyway, my opinion is its very good and very reliable. But everything is personal opinion, if u like it you like it, if u dont u dont but u wont know till u have tried it so use the dummys in phone shops first so u wont regret your buy. Good luck :)

It is a rubbish phone, so many more people have said it's bad rather than good...so dont buy it. Because mine is now totally ruined because it wont turn on now...so im out of a phone. So seriously guys dont buy it!!!

The worst phone I have ever had! Have had 4 replacement handsets. Problems including turning itself off, other person cant hear me on the other side, delayed reaction on key pad, memory card stopped working and have lost all pictures of loved ones and all of my music, screen crashes and loss of light. The worst thing is that orange mobile wont give me a diferent model, I have even offered to down grade but to no avail. Wouldnt recommend this phone to my worst enemy!

Had this phone for a year though now and I have had to have 5 replacements- and I have been very patient. Heats up so much that have to put it on speaker phone after a few minutes. Currently taking so long to register me pressing buttons that people have put down the phone waiting for me to pick up. Of the previous 4 of these phones that I have been sent, all have crashed, some have turned themselves off (although apparently the solution to this is locking the keypad whenever you aren't using it- this didn't work for me but has for others). I love Ericssons but this has really put me off them. Not a recommended purchase- shame because it looks great and usability fab. On the up side, great battery, no problems with texting with the small keys (but I have little fingers!)

I recived this phone as an up grade 6 months ago. In that time i have had a number of issies with it. Firstly , yes the buttons are small and fiddly, but thats somthing you can get used to. the camera is'nt to good, but then if you want a phone with a good camera, get a camera phone lol. The major problem that i have run into, is that it constantly tuns its self off! Its gotten to the point of me having to keep getting it out of my pocket to check that its still turned on so i dont miss any calls! Friends and colleges of mine that have the same phone have experienced the same problems. If you want a sony ericsson walkman phone, get the w880i's predisesser, the w810i, its smaler (yet has bigger buttons), its easyer to use and get used to, it has a better camera (with a flash),the speakers are far better (louder and produce a better quality of sound) and i personaly think that it looks better too. Soon as i find the cupbord that i slung mine into after id been sent the w880i, il be going back to useing that! so if any 1 wants to buy my w880i.................... lol ;)

I love this phone got, my motorola broke and it was replaced with this in Feb, I am now due for an upgrade but think I'll wait until I find something I like more then this on the market. Mine is gold which I believe was a colour only for vodafone. The buttons are quite small so this might be tricky for some people. The best phone I have had in yrs, reliable with a good battery life and tough as well. I don't use all the extras on it just text, ringing and photos/videos and for these things it's perfect and sure its other features are good too. GET ONE!!!

Good phone, use camera outdoor is best, no flash because its only for outdoor, and sony ericsson company dont manufacture phone that is 100% perfect because its a BUSINESS.....in fact they cannot sell their other phone that has a different feature,,,,think of that guyz and sexy sweet ladies..... i think its a good phone. ive had it quite a while now and people who complain about button size haven't had it long enough. i have huge hands but i learnt how to use the small keys properly. the music is great on it and the camera is pretty good. although the only problem ive had and people who have got my phone have had this problem: it switching itself off if you put it down, im not sure if the battery is loose in these or what but it is annoying and seems to be a common fault. also it takes a while to switch on, but apart from that its great! :)

i love this phone it's so good ! But it is quite slow ,it takes a while to load the home page . Sometimes everything on my memory card just disappears ! i clicked the memory card in and out again and it was fine. It has done this 3 times now though in one week. Also once my screen went fuzzy and froze for about 10 seconds. Apart from that, this phone is amazing! It has got everything on it , the camera is very good . Keypad is fine too ! I love the size its very thin ! :) over all brilliant phone i highly recommend it .

Listen to the negative reviews. I have had this phone for nearly a year and it drives you crazy. The buttons really are far too small so it is not only difficult to dial, but hard to answer without cutting some people off by mistake, and forget about texting. It is such a shame because everything else is good and the weight/size is unbeatable. 1 star is wrong, but the dscription of "poor" ois correct because the button issue is a major design flaw.

This phone is absolutely wicked! I've had it ever since it came out in April 2007. I'm nearly at the end of my contract but i'll be honest i don't wanna change. I'm gonna upgrade to the next model up. Then see how far that goes. Only minus point is that the wap goes on even if its in ur pocket and of course you get billed for it.

rachael, mark? wot r u thinking. for a start this fone is gr8 - for me anyway. Even if its mucked up a few times, turning to nokia? what could possibly force anyone to buy a nokia. I've had one seen basically all of the ones made by them and not only do they look tacky and cheap but the whole menu is unconveinately laid out and there isn't really anything special about nokias. Sony ericson or samsung - maybe motorola.... - all the way! whoooohoooo!

the bad: no radio , rubbish sound ,camera button is so thin i have to press it with my nail cant switch to the front camera unless in a video call, on some of the models the internet button is between the backup butten and selection butten so if you pay to connect to the internet alot of the times it will jump onto the internet when you dont want it too. the good : it has free track ID. battery life lasts about 5 days. thin and light.

Like many, I've had problems with this phone continually switching itself off. All networks and SE know about this but they continue to sell it. My wife has the same phone in silver and has exactly the same problems. I tried to complain to t-mobile but all they offered was a repair, not good enough as I've heard that repairs are very rarely successful. My wife however is with O2 and upon complaining to them, they recognised the issues with this model and offered her a Samsung G600. If you're with O2, make sure you have a little moan to them about this and you might get lucky. Sony Eriksson and t-mobile have lost a customer.

Well I heard a alot against w880i but still decided to buy as I liked it slike style plus you could get it cheaply now (�90 {unlocked}). Everything else is good but I am just disappointed that it hasnt got FM radio but there is an alternative I can download the application. The other thing is ringtone is a bit low, my oldie T10 has a louder tone that its.. But overall its good. I like it and I alsoo recommend it. Unless you have got very chubby fingers the buttons wont be trouble for u I am 100% ok with the usage of buttons:)

Iv only had this for a few days but so far im very happy with it. The screen quality, the music, the menu, the looks, the feel, the track id, and the battery life is all great but the only bad things that wud put me off it are that it has no autofocus which i do miss, no flash which i dont find as major but still, the volume button is a little fiddly along with the numbers but you can make do with it and its not a major problem. Im giving it 4 stars becuase i think it is a very good phone but it lacks a good enough camera, and the buttons could cause slight problems for a 5.

Having only ever had Nokias, I became so annoyed with the short battery life I decided it was time for a change. I chose this phone after playing with the available Walkman phones, I chose this on looks, price, functionality and usability. Moving from Nokias was scary, but I'm glad I did. OK, there's no provisio to connect to a wireless network, but the amazing battery life makes up for it. I'm a heavy user and it lasts 3 - 5 days at a time!

Just got this phone recently. Overall view of the phone is good, but the incovience is that when you talked to people on the phone they're either unable to hear you and no matter how high you adjusted the volume. The problem still exisit. I guess there is something wrong with the microphone inside the phone, but wouldn't recomend this phone at all. It was a big dissapointment!

I love Sony Ericsson. This phone would get 4 stars if it weren't for the factory defect which affects a significant amount of these phones. The tend to switch off by themselves. Sony Ericsson are well aware of this problem and still choose to sell it to the unsuspecting public. It is apparently due to inadequate power flow from the battery to the phone. So any bump which may interfere with this flow in the slightest way causes the phone to switch off. You have been warned!

this phone WAS grate, loved the way the phone was set out loved the memory storage on it loved the phone................ until aw week later it broke, 02 was brill sent me a replacement straight away then that broke so i got another one.................. and that broke so im now waiting to see if phone number 4 is fixable as it froze when makeing calls or sending texts, like the previous ones, this time however the whole phone turned off an refused to come back on, shame because when working this was a grate mobile, if you have large fingers it wont be good for you.

This fone is amazin! the only thing it's missing is a flash. my advice is to get a bigger memory card such as 2gb and then you can have up to 400 songs and loads of videos and pictures too. Luv this fone! its luks gorgeous and works great!

Hello, hopefully someone gets to read this. There is a lot of on the internet covering the fact that this phone turns itself off up to three times a day. Whilst some people suggest going back to the phone shop for most of us this isn��t really a reasonable option �V especially if you have bought the phone off eBay or something. As a result I have found a way to rectify this problem without having to go to anyone for help. Couple of tests first: Test 1 �V open the back part of the phone and put your thumb on the battery �V now wiggle your thumb �V does the battery feel like it is moving a little bit?? Test 2 �V place the phone on a perfectly flat surface �V now press down on the corners one at a time individually �V do you notice that one corner feels like it is not flush against the table, or causes another corner to raise when you press down? If this is the case you had the same problem as me �V your phone is bent! Basically whilst Sony exceeded in making an ultra thin phone �V they also managed to make a phone which bends if you sit on it or in my case forget its in your pocket when attempting a sit-up! All you have to do is gently push the phone back into shape. I emphasise gently!!! Do it a bit, then put it back on the flat surface and see if it still seems out of shape, then tweak it a bit more and do the same test; repeat until your happy. Final test should be to check if the battery stills feels loose with your thumb �V in theory it shouldn��t! Hope this is of some help to someone! Now stick those Sony Ericsson headphones back in and reach for the lasers!!! WOOP WOOP!

This phone is gorgeous. It feels great and handles lovely. All the features are there and it rocks with style...real quality. It makes me laugh when people slate this phone because the camera is ' rubbish' and 'it has no flash'...well you knew that when you bought it didn't you? please read the label before you buy...this is a W series phone, not K series,therefore you KNEW that the camera was sacrificed somewhat for the music player didn't you? dear me, please do your homework before you buy, then enjoy this phone for what it is....a fabulous stylish MUSIC phone with a handy 2MP camera built in.

Phone function is okay, sometimes a little difficult to hear. Also unless you hold it at just the right angle can have trouble with your voice being audible on the other person's line. Keys are poor, but you do get used to them. I have an iPod, and phone is no replacement, interface is awful compared to iPod. Likewise, the interface in general is poor, as buttons are not consistent in their use. The demo games that come with the phone are a total waste of time as they are totally limited, also cannot be deleted. Cannot read onscreen instructions for Java games as text is ludicrously small. Camera is simply awful unless in ideal light conditions. I have steady hands but am yet to take a single good picture. Track ID likewise has never named a single song. Tried it 3 times, but has not worked. Beware of extortionate network fees for this and any 3g/internet services. Overall, a very average telephone... BUT... It is in a simply awesome and quality enclosur e. If you wear suits and you do not want to stretch the pockets, buy this phone. Likewise, if you don't like a bulky phone in your jeans pocket, buy this phone. If you use the web, send texts, e-mails, get an iPhone, and be happy.

This is a cracking phone. It looks the business and is so light you forget it's in your pocket. The user interface is slick and impressive too. As for the music player - forget about iPods. In fact, if you're not bothered about surfing the net on your mobile, forget about iPhones too! There are no drawbacks to this phone (you get used to the small keys quickly: I play PES 2008 on this phone!) After 12 months, I just upgraded to the W890i based solely on the strength of the W880i.

I had a Samsung D500 previous to the 880i and was very happy with my old Samsung. I only changed phones as I was paying over the odds with Pay n go, so I reverted back to pay monthly and chose the 880i with Vodafone. My last Sony Ericsson was a K700i and it was ok apart from that damn toggle button which broke, twice ! So Ive been a bit weary of going back to Sony Eric for this reason. I read a few reviews for the 880i and they were rather mixed, although most were very good and I had heard this was a good phone (and had no toggle button!) so I went for it. I had asked for a black version but Vodafone had none (no black or boring silver), they only had Havana gold left. I was a bit weary about gold (being a bloke) but I thought, hey, why not? Good to be different and all that. But sadly, Vodafone had NONE left in gold !!! eek ! They must shunt out phones at an alarming rate. They didn�t fail me though, the good lad on cust services said he would have to upgrade me free to the next bundle in stock which was the 880i in Havana gold but complete with FREE Sony Ericsson speakers. Wow ! I was delighted. That�s �50 I saved. Well done Vodafone, that�s the way to look after folk. On first glance, the phone is far slimmer than I'd ever imagined. Its very thin for such a jammed packed blower. Im not one for reading manuals etc so I ripped it out the box and charged it up then got to play with it. Its dead easy to use. I think I've maybe looked at the manual once, only to see how the charger came out the side socket. Its that simple to use (and im no tech expert). The buttons take a little bit getting used to as they are much smaller than what I was used to. The screen is nice and colourful and chunky looking. Ive kept the protective wrapping on it and it makes no difference to the viewing. Phoning is simple, as you'd expect. Texting is very easy too. Ive not used all the functions yet such as internet and video phoning, but it looks dead easy. The Walkman facility is just awesome ! To be honest, I didn�t really get this phone for the music and as I drive each day I don�t walk and listen to music. But the way you can listen to music and the software they provide is brilliant (it also comes with a USB lead). Very, very easy to use. I put 3 albums on the phone on the first night and had great fun listening to them with the speakers they kindly gave me. This is where the phone will come in handy, when I'm away on holiday and I can set it up just like my Ipod Nano. Might have to sell that now ! No problems (yet), the battery is good, although not as good as the old Samsung D500). But I just recharged it today for the first time and have had it for 5 days now. Smart ring tones and alerts. The camera seems great. Its 2mp and takes a neat enough photo. The video is also just fine. It came with a 1GB stick, possibly have to upgrade this through time. But I cant believe that this phone has so many brilliant features on it and is ultra slim and light at a great price (free with Vodafone tariffs). If your into music then upgrade with �50 for the speakers, they are quality and have a real good quality sound about them (not your usual tinny cheap portable speakers you get). I'd give this phone 9/10 and have no regrets about buying it. And Gold is the way forward !!! Jingle jangle..�.

The phone is great, there's not a lot more than i can really say. It has more positive points than it does negative... however the reason why i haven't given it 5stars is because the camera isn't at its best. My older samsung was a lot better. Plus i would like to add that i was quite ashamed of the sound quality when the music player is on loudspeaker. Compared to my mum's nokia 6300 the image/sound quality is poor. Other than that, its not a bad phone.

I've decided to take some time to write this since, like you, I was consulting this website when I was choosing my current phone SE W880i. After having had it for 6 months now there is only one thing I can say- IT IS THE BEST PHONE I�VE EVER HAD. It has stile, it is made of fantastic materials, it works without a single fault, and it fits into my jean pocket without making a bulge. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who's looking for something beautiful and functional. My only concern when I was baying it were the buttons- I'm a bloke with big hands. I got used to the buttons within a week. They are absolutely fine, even more so- because the buttons are sticking out and are very distinct when you touch them, you quickly will find yourself not even looking while typing. Buy it- you will not regret it.

This is a really good phone. I got mine in October 2007 on contract with T-Mobile. The only problem is mine has just started to randomly turn itself off. I don't know why. If anyone has the same problem let me know.

Can't wait to ger rid of it! It was fine for the first few weeks, but then it started switching itself off. As I had already had it for over 3 months Orange wouldn't change it, even though it was useless. A reset fixed it for a while but the problem is back and worse than ever. Don't get this phone. It has totally put me of Sony Ericsson in future. I will stick with Nokia from now on.

AFTER I ordered the phone as a christmas present i decided to read a few reviews on the phone. I was gutted to read so many reviews about the keys being too small and i knew i had no chance as my fingers are slightly chubby and i had difficulty using my other phones. On christmas day i was prepared for the worst and had practised my fake smile. However, after playing around with it for a few hours i found the keys VERY easy to use as they are raised! I have been glad to say my phone has not broken yet and complete with memory card has stored 98 or my songs. I will never go with another company after being with Song Erricson. They are excellent. The ONLY downside is there is no locks on messages etc but im not that bothered as it is an excellent phone! i recomend!

The phone itself is great, but you could of done a little better on the keyboard, and gave the phone a flashlight, and made it a little louder, because I couldn't really hear that well when talking to my friends. It would of been nice if you would of made the phone water proof,(since I accidentally forgot to take mine out of my pocket when I went to wash my clothes), but, such as life, but Other than all of that, the phone is a pretty good one.

Exceelent phone. I read all the negative reviews and i really cant understand them, that and the number of stupid people who review phones. How can you give a phone 1 star just becuase you dont like the buttons? This phone is great, very small and light, well laid out menus, good music player, good memory. Reception on vodafone has been excellent. Battery life is decent, good few days no problem. Also if you want to take pictures, BUY A CAMERA! Phone cameras are always rubbish anyway. If you want a radio BUY A RADIO! I changed mine from a Nokia 6300 and no regrets. Also about the buttons, unless you have a serious phsysical diability, they are just fine. About as easy to use as any other phone. In fact easier than the 6300 buttons, because they were flat and on the same level, the w880i ones are easy to find in the dark.

I've had this phone since May 07 and I really love it! Texting is really easy as you can highlight a whole word to change it rather than having to delete and start again and it holds a list of your most recently texted contacts. Navigation around the phone is very intuitive. I was dubious about the keys before buying it but I'm happy using them, although I've got small fingers and my fiance says it's too fiddly. My only criticism is that the changes you can make to the profiles are much more limited than a Nokia.

i have had this phone for a few weeks and i think it is rubbish do not get this phone ever, i think is is poor because i has a bad keyboard, rubbish battery life and it a no flash and zoom i would stick to the nokia 7373(nokia is the best phone ever)do not buy the w880i. and there is 2 cameras and only 1 works, the back camera works and thefront camera does not work because you can not switch views.

I have the sony ericsson w880i since dec, and now it just switches itself off, and the camera is QUITE poor, IT DOESNT HAVE A FLASH??????? Its practically brand new, except 4 the going off thing!!

had this phone a month now, not had any problems with it. it is really slim and fits into any pocket. the buttons are really small but easy to get used to. the mp3 player is awsome! the only downfall is that the camera is pretty rubbish with no flash, if your like me and like everything in a phone then this is not the one for you. and the signal is not very good. but if all you want is a music phone and not too bothered about the camera then this is perfect. the sound is quite loud too when it rings.

Made the switch to SE after 6 years of Nokia, am really impressed with this phone. Had it for 6 months now and never had any problems with crashing. camera is average, but i have a proper digital camera if i want to take decent photos. Walkman feature is good, but i tend to stick to my trusty ipod- lack of 3mm jack on the phone means carrying around an extra cable thing. features and systems on the phone work really well. And i can safely say that as a bloke with huge hands, i have absolutely no problems with the size of the buttons, and the only time i press the wrong buttons is when im drunk!

One of the best phones ever made. I have fat sausage fingers the keys where a issue for a few days but once you get used to it its awesome. People who just slag the keys off have not given the phone a chance. Wish i had kept mine instead of getting iphone.

I have had this phone for months now, and although I love it, it crashes all the time. It constantly freezes, won't turn on unless the battery is taken out and replaced several times etc. However, I do love this phone, the buttons are not fiddly in my opinion, the mp3 player is amazing, and a great design. Perfect apart from the freezing!

i cant believe this phone could it get any worse, i have had the phone just over a month now and after finally getting my new sim card the speaker just spluttered and stopped working then the phone started tuning itself off and now i have found out that when i'm speaking to others they can barely hear me deffo the worse phone i have ever owned!

Well when I first got the phone I was very pleased. It looked great, the memory was good and I liked the design. But then I realised how bad the keypad was, and im a girl with small fingers! Also, the phone will randomly freeze and turn it self off, and for a week I couldnt use the camera as everytime I tried to use it the phone froze and the screen turned black. As theres no flash I cant take pictures in the dark, so that is another downside.

My 880i has now gone back, its a terrible performing phone. I bought this one just for its looks and i am only a basic user (just make phone calls & a few texts). One of the main problems i had with the phone was the speaker was worse hardly could hear the other person (Got it repaired by Sony but with no luck). Secondly the phone switches off itself even if it had battery full may be due to some jerk on the head. Would not recommend anyone. Shame they do not have a -5 star rating.

this phone is amazing i got it for my birthday and it is fine they keys are not fiddley at all and i dont listen to the radio. its sleek and handy for a small pocket. it is the best phone i have ever had. get it from the o2 shop and it works fine, no freezing or battery running out quickly.

Great phone, not had a Sony Ericsson for years and chose this for the walkman. Wasn't dissapointed and it's not just a walkman, the phone offers all the features you need, in a functional and user friendly way. Would recommend it to anyone

This is quite possible the worst phone I have owned. I ahve had 2 as one was lost and replaced under the Insurance and I have experience the same problems with both. It constantly turns itself off. I believe due to bad connections from the battery to the phone, The software is also extremely slow, despite updating it on the SE site. I was so keen to gte rid of it that I had to buy my contract out with Orange as they would only replace like for like, and I have been with them 10 years! a real life example of style over substance.

I love the phone for its size,and its ease of use. But like so many other people, the phone turns itself off for no reason...mostly when I just put the mobile down on a hard surface. I think there's also a flaw in the phones software as it occasionally resets itself to factory settings (wallpaper, themes, etc). Yes, I have signal problems aswell, but I think that's the area I live in! I'm undecided on whether ro recommend this phone to anyone, despite its flaws...I DO still love it!

Hey, I got this phone for christmas this year and it is AMAZING! I have dropped it quite a few times and theres no cracks OR even a scratch (due to the stainless steel case):) Some say the buttons are too awkward but you get used to them (and if you dont like them why did you buy it?) All in all a great phone :D With amazing memory twice the size of some models!

this is a great phone! its slim, compact and light. Yes the keys are different buy hey why buy it if you know you have big fingers!!! The extra 1GB memory is great as you can store more music on it! This phone has its let down though 'cos the camera has no zoom and is pretty bad quality but what do u expect from a phone designed 4 music. :) you should BUY IT!!
