The Sony Ericsson W810i is a great top of the range Walkman phone. It weighs 99g and is a straight design available in satin black with stylish orange highlights.
It has an excellent 2 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, a flash and autofocus. The autofocus automatically focuses the camera on a particular subject rather then using a fixed focus distance. The camera is easy to use and has easy access controls for the zoom, autofocus and the shutter. Controls for the contrast, image effects and size can also be accessed easily and you can switch to video recording mode simply by flicking the joystick up.
The display is a large TFT so can be viewed even in bright sunshine. It has 262k colours and a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. This is typical for this price range however some phones have a better resolution of 240 x 320 pixels such as the W850i.
The W810i has an excellent stereo MP3 player and an FM RDS radio. It comes with music management software (Disc2Phone) that allows you to transfer music files from a PC to your phone along with the information about the artist, album and the track. The Walkman music player button on the front of your phone instantly activates the music player and plays the last track you were listening to. The RDS feature on the FM radio brings information from the radio station directly to the phone's display.
With 20MB of internal memory and the option to expand this to 512MB with an external memory card, you can store up to 175 songs on your phone.
It has a 40-voice polyphonic sound enabling 40 notes to be played simultaneously so the polyphonic and MP3 ringtones sound good. In this price range however there are phones with a much better polyphonic sound such as the W900i that have a 72-voice sound.
Bluetooth, USB and infrared are the three connections available for this phone. Using the USB cable allows you to connect your phone to a PC, whilst Bluetooth and infrared are a wireless connection to another device with the same capabilities. The range for Bluetooth can be up to 10 metres apart.
The W810i has a full-function internet browser that connects with EDGE giving you up to three times faster communication rates then GPRS.
This phone operates on a quad-band frequency so is capable of working in Europe, America and Japan. The battery life is also really good as it has a standby of 350 hours.
Overall this phone is great value for money with top features such as the Walkman music player and camera. With excellent memory you can use these great features to their full extent. We would definitely recommend this phone.

I have this phone and I think it is great. Although its a bit out dated now, I still like it and its hard wearing but the memory stick clasp broke. I would recommend this phone. I am swlling mine because I am getting the Iphone. So anyone can buy mine for �65. : D 07979260737

I am using my Sony Ericsson W 810i since Sept 08.It cost me about Rs 14000 then at Bangalore.It is very user friendly(Nokia user will take sometime to get used to it.) I rate it very high--in sound,music,photography and what not.Price of this handset has gone down to Rs 8600 or so,but that does not take away its merit.The stereophonic headphone for FM/Music player lets you have a delightful listening experience. Anybody who wishes to buy a Cell phone should go in for this.It is way ahead of others.Take my word for it.IT IS SIMPLY FANTABULOUS !!!

I have had this phone for over 2 years now and still love it. The ease of use is impeccable and music quality is fantastic when used with the original headphones. The camera and torch are brilliant and the game JC does Texas is addictive. The only qualm I have is sometimes when i am trying to call somebody it just dies, however this started about a year ago, and is rare, but can still irk me. Also the phone is very quiet, even at its loudest when speaking to another person. This maybe just mine as friends with this phone do not have this problem. I must admit I love it and the shortcuts with the menu help me use the phone quickly and easily!

I have had my phone over 3 years & in that time my W810i had been dropped, kicked, frozen & still works faultlessly. And the only complaint I have with it is, it not having STEREO Bluetooth (I wouldnt have baught the phone if I knew at the time. Even now I can not believe they didnt include this function or even offer an explanation why it could/could not be included with a software update. Very bad Sony Ericsson, you let your consumers down big time on that. However it did teach me the lesson - To read all the specifications before buying a phone. And deciding what I wanted to do with one before looking.

Have owned my w810i for two years now. The phone is superb. It is solidly built and hasn't broken yet. Camera is very good for 2.0 megapixels and the quality playback from the walkman is also exceptionally good.

Very good phone. Has an excellent music player, camera, video recorder etc. The menu is quick and easy to use. Also has lots and lots of space for all my music. It is also very durable, not flimsy at all. Mine has been through the washing machine twice and is still as good as ever. Overall outstanding.

this is a wikid mobile! Dude evryone shud buy it!! 1.camera->sooooooo good especially wen u zoom in its SO clear and you can see all da details, and it has flash so takes pretty good pictures even in the dark. 2.video->dis aint all dat but videos arnt exactly the best in mobiles. its okay, quite clear but the camera is sssssooooo good dat it compensates 3.music->da whole walkman system is easy to use, simple to undastnd, gives wikid sound quality even when reely loud. also looooove da earphones cos its soft and dosnt hurt da ears-and sound quality still sooo good. iv had my mobile for like a year and it hardly has any scratchs at all its easy to text and has a good menu layout, not all over the place like the nokia 6300 which still confuses me bout where things are. has 512mmry stik so can store lots of stuf in but da pictures startd to delay wen i look thru dem it may be a lil chunky but its not heavy its pretty light, more dan i expectd its rare to find a mobile dats not only easy to use but has a wikid camera and music quality buy it cos it totaly rocks

i bought the phone in March and after using it for 3 weeks it started showing a white screen and going blank and switching off. Even the guys who sold me the phone do not understand what kind of a problem this is. Its really dissapointing. it looked like a good phone to me but am totally disgusted,as i cant have a 10 minute conversation without teh phone switching off. someone help

ive had this phone since november 07 and am only just looking for a replacement as i'd like a higher mp camera but everything about this bad boy is perfect its been dropped thrown stood on bounced dropped in the bath everything and it still works to perfection only just recently has the silver started to come off the keypad tho the 5 way navigation has been bare for a while but that is more down to myself being a 'finger slider' than the phone i.e i never move my hands off the keys when i type etc the file sharing couldn't be simpler from phone to pc it is literally plug in usb go to my computer i select either phone (G) phone card (H)and there i am i can nosy and copy from my documents in seconds plus the added benefit of it charging as i do this bluetooth is easy to find infra-red works brilliantly no need to do it about 5 times for it to work i love love love my phone i'm having second thoughts about replacing it as i type!! all the menus are simple to use you can set your own ring and message tones from mp3 files tho message is only 12 seconds long (on average)camera and video both have an inbuilt light which works well as the flash and of course the zoom function this phone is super amazing the camera itself is very good ive had 8 pics blown up in boots to mini poster size just from this phone and not one has been too low res to work properly fecking awesome p.s boots mini posters are only 2.99 and are 15x10 inches lol sorry but i think this is a huge bargain :D:D had to share

Brilliant phone, extremely reliable. I've had my W810i for nearly two years and never once has it let me down. I think it has fabulous sound and camera. I'm very pleased with mine and would reccommend it to anyone. My phone only has a few minor scratches, but that's rather typical as I am a teenager. I sincerely think it would be suitable for anyone to use! FIVE STAR!

Even in this day and age, this is a very decent phone for the fundamentals. Sturdy-the only phone I have owned which hasn't broken. Good screen-Bright and doensn't capture dust underneath it. Texting can be done in seconds and its' speaker means you don't have to strain what the other person is saying. For a cheap, durable phone which won't let you down, but this phone, even if its 2009.

I got this phone when it first came out. I've had it since then, and still have it now. Its just as good as it was the first day I got it :) I have over 100 songs on it (with space left) I have lots of photos and things on it. Its easy to use, and send messages. Battery life lasts up to about 2-3 days, i love the quadrapop game you get with it! I've also bought other games which are good.the picture quality is great. Disadvantages: It can be hard to hear people on the phone when its turned up to max (if in croud or busy street). If u have loud speaker on its ok. The button where u take a photo can wear away abit, but ive had this for like 2 years so its good. The button still works, its just sensitive. I got it with orange and i have a great deal :) I can also go onto facebook, bebo and myspace! lol I recomend this to anyone. Im a teenager and its done an outstanding job, and its still going. Ive had no problems wat so ever with it. It hasnt randomly turned off. It has randomly restarted. Its a brill phone!

Iv had this fone for a year and half now its never broke on me and iv dropped it everywere possible. ITS AMAZING! got everything you could ever need on a phone honestly! and it has one of the brightest lights on the back of it i have ever seen, that come in really handy amazing phonee really! shame they diont sell them anymore though :(

just perfect. dropped it several times it still worked, dropped it in toilet even and it still worked after i blowdryed it and dried it. really amazing layout and functionality, and durability. The only issue i have is the calendar bec. you cannot repeat events, and 1 or 2 less than minor issues. other than that it is a workhorse

I purchased the W810i six months ago from o2 online (refurb handset). Its was only �50 (sim free) and this was a good deal. The phone is not particuarly stylish, its white and silver and appears a little bulky (i think this is because the screen is so thick). However it is a well laid out phone. Keys are well spaced and the short cut keys are easy to use. Camera, mp3 and volume control are easily accessed from the side of the phone. Camera is quite slow but is ok for a phone. Music player is easy to use and speakers on the phone are good. However there is no separate port for headphones and the sony ericsson ones are poor. The phone seems to be very sturdy, i've dropped it many of times and it seems to survive without a scratch. The screen seems especially tough. Navigating through the menus is easy enough however the phone is a bit slow sometimes. Occasionally it seems to turn itself off. Overall a good reliable phone which does the basics well, its not an ugly phone but doesn't win any awards for style.

i had this phone for a couple of years, it will seriously rock your socks! I love this phone, i never regret buying it. I payed �20 for this phone, and yes it is probably the best phone i have ever expierciend. i recomend this phone. The only problem is .. if you drop it, it can turn off, other than that .. WOW! :D

This is by far the best phone that i have ever owned! ive had three phones after i lost this one including the W580i and i still think this one is the best. I don't think Sony could improve at all on this model as it's the perfect phone not to complicted to use just the right size and extreamly long lasting i wish i still had this fone and i will phone dealerships still sold it i would definatly buy it again.

Purchased this phone without knowing in detail about it. Super phone. Love the finish, speaker output, music composer and even has Guitar application in it!! Confortable to hold and menu functions are good to navigate around... SO far could not find a a fault..

I had this phone since august 2007 and after a year, it gets boring. I would not recomend this to anyone looking for a new phone. I heard about the Iphone and have decieded to get that. Now i feel musch better in everyday life. This is obviosly one of the best phones around the iphone. W810i is rubbish.

Had this phone for about a year and a half. Hasn't caused much trouble other than sometimes when I try to make a call the phone switches itself off and I get a white screen... it then turns back on. Also, the camera lens does not stay clean at all - my picture quality is absolutely terrible these days! However, overall it's been a very reliable phone and is very easy to use. Currently on the prowl for a new phone...

Believe it or not this is still my favourite phone in 2008, approaching 2009! I've has a white version in this which brought from o2 not expecting much but its just great and how much it can do for a 2006 phone! The battery after 2 years is still fantastic!!! You'd expect the battery to weaken after years of ure but I listen to msic on this almost everyday and the battery goes on and on and on, it's great! I had the w800i for a year before this phone and that was fantastic but this was much better with the D-Pad and the looks. It is probabilly the most reliable and best designed phones to this day but now hearing that the newer models (e.g. W910i, K850i) are having a few technical problems I am definately going to stick to my W810i for at least another year until one that is better comes out.

Iv had this phone for over 2 years now and I still love it. It has never broken down on me once, I still have the original battery, having a quick look over it now i have one very tiny scratch on the back which im not going to complain about. This actually is the greatest phone ever made...period!! I am actually a little bit gutted about upgrading to the C905 next week. I will be keeping hold of this though as my '2nd' phone so to speak, 2 years on and this phone is still an absolute joy to use.

I have this phone in white. It's a very nice look, good speakers, good camera, good memory, everything. The only thing I don't like about this phone is that it's quite chunky and I hate chunky phones. Also I have only had this phone for... almost a year now and mine just keeps freezing and shutting itself down. So I'm getting a new phone for Christmas.

Got this phone when it first came out and after 2 years it's stood the test of time, only problem is a small smudge on the camera lens which I haven't been able to remove. Even in this age of the iPhone & Blackberry, the W810i still has some of the bess features in a phone. Agreed, many of the new walkman models are better, but the essential ingredients are still there, and more improtantly, they still work as good as they did when it was brand new. Compared to many other walkman models, and numerous other phones *coughNokiacough*, the W810i doesn't detereoate over time, I've dropped it on many occasions, sometimes quite far, landing on concrete floor, it's held up excellently. Though it can no longer be found in retail outlets, if you see this phone on sale privately or on ebay etc. I HIGHLY recommend getting it. The W810i is a serious walkman phone, far removed from the rubbish fashion accessories usually seen.

Ive just come from nearly every expensive contract phone you can think of and i always end up back W810i. It is a good phone... 2 years ago. It has a bad screen resolution and is chunky and heavy. It is ok in black because it doesn't show the scratches. It is good for work. but other wise it is embarrising for a fellow like me!

A year down the line of owning this phone i have gotta say its brilliant! Im upgrading to the LG Viewty and feel quite sad im gonna be leaving this phone out. Ive not had one problem since ive had it. Price is a bit expensive though being that i bought it brand new a year ago for �60

I have had this phone for 2 years and its a great phone!! And it doesn't break easily it has survived some things with me and its been dropped about a million times cos i'm clumsy and its still going. It has everything you need and the camera is great. And the speaker quality is great very loud, I am getting a new phone but that's only cos i want i change i defiantly will keep this fone as a 2nd fone. Do buy this phone its so great Xx

I LOVE MY BRICK!!! THIS PHONE IS BRILLIANT! I have dropped my w810i down the loo and it has also fallen from great heights and you wouldn't ever know! Its sturdy and does everything you could possibly want!! The camera is brill and the amount of songs that it can play is fab!! only thing that could be wrong with it is that it sometimes freezes (this was before it went down the pan! and also 3 of my friends w810i's freeze) but hey u cant have everything!! Make another fone this good and i'll change it when contract ends :P BRILLIANT PHONE DEFINATLY WORTH BUYING!!

I absolutely loved this phone! When I first got it. :| It was cool and new - perfectly durable. Until I used it properly. I go to the stables for my horse - this phone suited my needs perfectly. It was my favourite present, but after 10 months of use, it began to turn off repeatedly if I placed it on a surface, or if it banged in my pocket. I don't recommened this phone for those who are hard at work - it is very sensitive. If you need it as a show off text alot phone I would recommend it. It was okay, just not strong.

This phone is the best phone I have had yet the walkman is great the camera could be improved but it is a walkman not camera phone when I got it I could not stop playing with it I would recommend this phone for any one who is looking for a great not to expensive walkman phone sony ericsson rocks!!!

I have owned this phone for about a year, and although I did not find any faults, apart from the display suffered badly with tiny scratches. I now cannot use the phone as 3 buttons do not work, 7,8,9 so I cannot input my pin number on start up. I will not be replacing it with another Sony Ericsson

I've had this phone for over a year now and can honestly say that it is the best phone ever. My girlfriend, family and friends have had just about every top phone released in the last 2 years and all but one of them has had some sort of fault or defect (the exception is my girlfriends current phone Samsung Tocco) while my w810i has just carried on being superb. I did buy the s.e 580i when that first came out but after 2 weeks I missed not using my 810i so much that I gave my 580i to my brother, 2 weeks later and 3 keys were cracked. So once again just to clarify the w810i is THE BEST PHONE EVER!!!

i had this phone for 7 months before i decided to change it, not because it was bad, but because im a compulsive phone buyer. this is a pretty good phone....but has a few faults. firstly, the message memory is very very small...i don't know if thats the case with all SEs or just this one...but this problem was extremely annoying. secondly, the camera was very good in the beginning, surprisingly for a walkman phone, but after i dropped the phone 4 times...it got really bad and started showing pixels. also, the camera doesn't have flash. Thirdly, the music in the supplied walkman headphones was awesome!!!!!! best sound in the world, even beats ipod by miles...specially since it blocks all outside sound. BUT the loudspeaker was terrible. worst ever. there is extreme noise in it and its very low. this problem can kid of be solved by buying speakers which are sold separately. the bad loudspeaker was one reason for my irritation because i essentially need a good loudspeaker in my phone. on the upside,the phone has a camera light which has been extremely useful for me....another thing is that compared to other SEs, the messaging is very easy and comfortable. overall an excellent phone, with a few minor irritations....i bought a nokia 7310 when i changed this phone, which, although its looks, loudspeaker,message memory and camera beat W810i by miles,can never compete on headphone sound. SE walkman sound in headphones is the best.... and as far as budget phones go, this one is definitely one of the best.

Awesome phone... M completing 2 years with this phone now... Itz got everything packed in it neatly. The camera is just right to take awesome stills. My frnd even says i shld send them to Nat Geo! :P The Walkman is awesome! Especially the Megabass option, takes the audio to new heights. Video might be an issue cause the screen is a bit small. but i dont really watch videos on it. I got a computer to do that. Better still. Really easy to flash! I got a new camera driver, better acoustics for the fone. (now that it is out of warranty i chose to do that!! u dont try if u dunno how to... ) Now that new fones are out, i keep thinkin of buying a new one. But i simply don't feel like giving this away. I mean i cant find a single reason for doing that! Awesome fone! If u have heard any Sony Ericsson Build issue rumors, trust me, they are all lies... This is a superb fone! 5/5!!

I have 4 friends who have this phone (Including my girlfriend) and they've had nothing but trouble with it. Specifically they all seem to eventually switch off when making calls or texts. All of them were happy with it to start with but the phone does not seem to be reliable in the long term.

This phone is soo good, I even went to the trouble of getting it fixed after the phone insurance didn't think that dropping it onto a table would cause the screen to crack. Orange set me up with a new contract after I threaten to leave and they sent me a K530i, free of charge, which was ok until I realised that it had NONE of the features I took for granted on the W810i. Shortcuts, light / flash, a decent speaker (both earpeice and walkman) easy navigation, easy to use of txt's and even the bluetooth was faster. I've even rejected a W910i offered to me by Orange (partly because the reviews on here say it's rubbish and partly because the salesman was too pushy) over keeping this little gem. I've put a 2gb memory card in there for videos and LOADS of music. 5 stars well earned!

I love this phone. I've had it for two years (which is the longest any phone has ever lasted me...knock on wood) and it is still on excellent shape. I just discovered recently that I had pretty much unlimited internet access, email access, mapquest, facebook, myspace, movie listings, phone listings.... it just does everything. You don't even get tired of the same screen, buy a new theme for only $5 and it's like a whole new phone. Picture quality can be a bit testy in the shaded areas, but sunny areas it is excellent picture quality.

Outstanding Mobile Phone... Excellent product by Sony Ericsson. Just came from k700i. w810i sound quality is superb with MegaBASS. Best phone since the nokia 7600 (square one) i had a w800i and i upgraded to the w810i by force when my 800 died on me and i've never lookd back. Best phone i ever had. When it broke i didnt buy a new model, i just re-bought the 810 because its so good. **The only fault with this phone is when your talking to somebody its so bloody quiet! i have to either have my earphones in or have it on loudspeaker!** Besides that, i would reccomend this phone to anyone and everyone as the best phone ever made for when it came out. Sony haven't made a better one to date. the slide phones dont have a light and the camera doesnt zoom, and the cyber shot k800 freezes and it too complicated. IF YOU WANT A VALUE FOR MONEY SONY, GET THE W810i !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no way anyone can make a phone as good as this one!! its looks are ace and the music player is as good as an i-pod!! if not better! There is only 1 probolem with this phone and it is that no one sells it anymore!! I have came from an k750i, another amazing phone from Sony Ericsson. And i thought that no other phone would be as good as it.. untill i got a w810i!! i was just stunned!! 10/10!!! nice one Sony!

I had a lot of problems with this phone at first. Flashing screen. I sent it back and they told me they had fixed it but it kept doing it, I couldnt be bothered sending it back so i just stuck with it. And it doesnt acctually happen anymore.. so ive no idea what was wring with it!! But overall this is the best phone ive ever had. It has a brilliant camera and lots of storage space. It also takes a brutal beating.. Bean thrown again walls. Down the stairs and.. its still working amazingly :) Buy iy

This is an awesome phone. In the main review it states that it's upgradable to only 1gb which is not true .. I have a 4gb card and it's working like a charm. I download everything from simple music up to whole length movies! I used to think u can't manipulate any video however u can fast forward,pause etc. through the walkman button then pressing videos and playing it through there.. the camera features on it also are simply outstanding for a phone cam.!

I just got the W810i yesterday for my birthday, and already I absolutely love it. The camera is outstanding, and gives out clear, sharp images. 2 megapixel - 10 times better than my last phone's camera - literally! The music player is excellent too, and i love how it organises your songs automatically into sub folders based on Artist then album. Makes it easy to find the songs we want to hear ^^ The radio is outstanding; i just plugged in the earphones and straight away i was connected to a clear radio reception with all the channels i wanted. ^^ The size and weight of the phone is great too; it has a comfortable and personal feel to it. The phone accelerates charging speed, which is great too. Connecting it to my PC was easy, i just had to plug in the pc connector and - to my joy - the PC recognised the phones' memory - and its memory card - as hard drives. So i could just browse its folders on my pc and drag and drop music and picture files into it, no software needed. Fantastic phone, 5 stars!

It is a fat phone... so there is one fault for this 'fautless' phone. It lacks in looks, and holding 20 CDs is nothing. How can it be a better phone than others for playing music? It simply processes songs... no different from anything else. It has a small screen with a low DPI. There. Faults.

This is a very good phone on average and would be recommended. It has very good features as the camera and the speaker which are both very good quality. The sound is also good during phone calls. The phone is also very strong and has a good battery life. However there a few drawbacks where w810i could do better: the walkman is not so great than we could expect it to be. It cuts the beginning of each song for a half second (which is very annoying!)and when listening with headphones, it feels like listening to radio with a very bad antenna. Regarding the camera, it is good but you have to know that there is no real flash but only a light that you have to activate manually and stays on all the time when taking pictures. By the way, the night mode is completely useless. Other inconvenients are that you only have one recurrent alarm and if you decide to set your personal sms alert, your ringtone is limited in time (only a few seconds). For the external part, the phone is big and quite heavy (which makes it solid as well). The screen is too small. In conclusion, I think that this phone is reliable and probably the best of it's range. However, some features are missing and the walkman features can be improved.

i have just come from a nokia 6300 that was an excellent phone until it broke, but this phone is an alright phone, its very easy to use, but very compact. but have got used to txting on the phone, since i send about 3 thousand a month, its gets its uses out of it lol but great phone, got qa good flash :D

Ive had this phone nearlly 2 years now & ever since Ive owned if it had a slight knock it would loose power like the battery was being removed, also its recently started freezing and taking ages to load. But on the good side I have generally enjoyed owning this phone & id say its the best Ive had up to date as in regards to overall entertainment, Its now time for an upgrade though & Im currently in the process of upgrading to a nokia N95 8GB so hopefully I wont be dissapointed but seriously If you get the oportunity to buy one of these phones in working condition you will be getting a bargain (I paid �70 for mine second hand when I bought it nearlly 2 years ago so I wouldn't pay any more than �45/55 now for one)

my mum bought this fone and it really is good. the only problem with it is tht when your veiwing your pictures it takes agggggeees to load..music qualityis good aswell as the sound quality. its well worth gettin the headfones with the squidgy bits on the end aswell, there brilliant...

I've owned the w810i for a year and a half, and it has never let me down. I have previously owned the w800i, the 810i's predecessor, with much the same result. The w810i is built like a brick, that is to say, i've bounced it down many a pavement with no adverse effects. I've even dropped it in a puddle once with no longlasting damage. It's an all round good phone with all of the features expected from a moderately priced modern mobile. There is no joystick to break, as I have experienced in the past with other phones, and the texting facility can keep up with me. So far, I have been incredibly impressed with Sony Ericsson's performance, and will continue to purchase Sony Ericsson mobiles until this is no longer true.

This phone is awesome! I love it so much, I have had a fair few phones but this is by far the best. Once when I was cycling home it fell out my pocket and it got ran over by a lorry...I had the screen replaced which was cracked and everything is working perfectly, just a few dents and scratches but these give it even more character than it had before! Love it

It's lovely phone, the camera is ok. But the flash let's the side down. However, the music player is brilliant, easy to navigate. And it can easily handle my 4GB card. The camera button had stopped working on it, so that has hurt it also. But the battery life is very good, even without going into flight mode. Very nice phone. Recommended.

Bought this phone recently off a mate and I have to say it's quality even by todays standard! I have already tried several newer models like the w580i and w910i and although their styles are a little slimmer and modern, the w810i is great, more durable and is on par in terms of music quality. Even being two years older the camera is way way better. What's with all these dodgy phones at the moment with instability and crappy cameras? It's like SE have gone backwards! Instead of the faffing about all they have to do is create a slimmer version of this phone, update/improve a few things (like 3g) and it would kick ass!

Well ..I When i bought this phone it was very good and i could not stop messing with it but the back keeps falling off and the screen sometimes freezes unexpectedly. Also the music makes a crakling noise .. I would say its up to you if you wanted to buy it but personally there are better phones for sale now and better value for money

I have two niggles with this phone... Firstly, I am unhappy with the Alarm Tone in the Sony Ericsson as it is too quiet. In comparison with Nokia phones I've had until this one, one cannot increase the volume. ARRGGGH!!! I have used my previous Nokia mobiles as alarm clocks, but I cannot use my Sony Ericsson in this way. Secondly, since my last phone was a Nokia 6630, the font used for the software is just too large. I prefer the smaller and finer fonts used in my previous phone. It is for these two reasons that I cannot give this phone 6 stars - only 5.

An all round wicked phone easy to use yet a complex system fit for all! Not much else can beat this phone its great quality and its always lowering in orice i reccomend waiting a couple of weeks before purchase to see any drop in price. [Editor's comment: The W810i has already dropped in price massively, and the problem now is that supplies have nearly run out. If you are thinking of buying this phone, I would advise you not to wait.]

had this phone for nearly a year, dropped it a few times and it didnt have a scratch until yesterday when it fell out of my pocket and scratched some of the front:( its really easy to use and looks great, its a little old now and out of fashion for the walkman phones, but I would advise anyone who likes music and wants a good simple phone for a cheap price, the W810i must be your choice!

Has to be the best phone ive ever had i usually change my phone each year but kept this one for 2 years i do building work all day dropped it many a time but does not affect it its robust!, the cameras good for what it is, walkman features great (if you get time to use it!),the light is so handy, texting is well easy, if your thinking of getting one do it its worth it.

I got this phone a couple weeks ago and there isn't a thing about it I can fault and as far as I'm concerned its the best phone out right now. As for people saying the camera light flashes on and off - I have also noticed this but it only happens when the battery is low to save power and it comes on the second you take a photo so it isn't a problem even in a pitch black room. And as for the crackly sound - I have come accross this once - It only happens if its a sound say from a video and there's is a wide array of noises all going on at the same time and all needs be done is to turn the volume down by a bar or so and it is very nearly the same volume and the distortion disappears. Getting that crackly sound is a bit of a challenge really and I'm always playing music with alot of bass through the speakers with mates and we have no problems whatsoever as the sound quality on these phones is SUPERB and can go to a decent volume 'with no distortion' at all. Also the pi cture zoom on this phone is amazing and totally beats the brakes off d600's and all them. Say if you had to run and catch a train and you saw an interesting headline on a newspaper you desperately wanted to read you could simply take a quick shot of the page and read it later on the train by zooming in and in perfect quality. Zoom so good you could zoom right in on an individual letter and have it fill the screen with only slight blur. The gist of it is this phone RULES and the great programs like video dj and a kick ass MP3 player the fun never ends. You WILL NOT be disappointed - Get it! (People ought to stop giving phones poor ratings on the count of them getting a faulty handset or dropping them because they're thick)

I bought this phone one month ago and this changed my whole light with his good looks, mega bass,torch light and music. I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and it runs as smoothly as it did when I'd bought it....However, the cam button is not functioning well now (have to press it very hard to click)...But other than that never had any problem with this phone....All in all it's THE BEST!!!

Having got this phone for Christmas, I was initially impressed by the design and features. However, by December 27th the camera had stopped working altogether (it went straight back to main menu and would not even open the cam option). It has been slow since I first got it, unable to keep up with the speed of my texting, or flitting through the menu/phone book. Every few days it cuts out and I've had regular problems with being unable to receive calls. Ultimately its been a huge disappointment: it's currently on it's 3rd visit to the 02 technicians (having broken AGAIN) and I'm looking to buy a new phone soon.

I love this phone. It's the best phone i have ever had. I am at school and if i went around everybody and asked what phone they had, this would be the most popular phone. I see it everywhere! Mine is in the white colour. I just think it looks nicer. They're are only two faults with this phone; One. The squeaky keys. They are really annoying. Two. The funny buzzing noise on the music player when you try to play a song sometimes. I still give it 5 stars out of 5 (:

Brilliant for its price. Features a very competent camera, brilliant speaker system (with Sony's excellent MegaBass), brilliant music player and lots of useful stuff. Easy to use, add themes, pictures music and other files. I've had the phone since October 07 and the only problems I've had are deteriorating reliability and non-functionality of the Walkman player (fixed with factory reset) and the free card being too strangled for my taste (coming from using 1gig Mp3 players, 2 gig cards are cheap at under �20.00 if you know where to buy (hint hint Amazon)).

if you want to be able to listen to music on your phone then DONT buy this phone because the media player always either stops playing randomly or it plays a REALLY annoying buzz, the worst thing is when it does this the phone will not play any msic until you turn off the phone and turn it back on again which gets really frustrating but the camera is ok and texting is easy apart from the predictive text has only got a few words but apart from that it is a quality phone. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A GOOD PHONE GET THIS, BUT IF YOU WANT TO BUY A MUSIC PHONE AVOID THIS AT ALL COST!!!!

This is by far the best phone I have ever owned in my entire life. I think it should really be at the top competing with phones such as the Nokia N95. It has a fantastic camera, to me its more like a 3.2 megapixel, the speakers are banging. But my favourite part of the phone has to be the "mega bass" option in the walkman player. Once activated and used through earphones you will absolutely love it. THIS PHONE EVEN COMES WITH A FREE 512MB MEMORY CARD!! Trust me you will never ever regret purchasing this phone. I congratulate Sony Ericsson on making such an outstanding phone. It will just blow the Samsung D900 to bits.

I recently got an LG Chocolate which I love but found it so hard, so I decided to experiment this phone which I had recieved free because of buying a tele. Its so amazing. I had it for ten seconds and I already understand how to use it, it's so simpy and lovely. I could record thousands of videos and still have loads of memory left. One bad thing about it is that you don't have the choice of how long until it goes to standby, so mine goes after like ten seconds. I would recommend it to any teenagers, if you're looking for a phone that will keep you going for a long time without having to get another one, I would say this is the one to choose. Yet another fantastic phone Sony Ericsson have produced. :)

Man, I hate this phone! When it came out, it was the phone I was dying for and it seemed everybody at my school had it, so I got it and within recieving it - it was good [I had just moved from a Nokia] but then it had bad signal and whenever I locked the keys they became unlocked and started sending messages to random people, using all my credit up. The Walkman was EXACTLY the same memory than the old phones and seemed the only thing worked on was the outside and not the inside. I soon moved onto an LG Chocolate though which I got off Carphone Warehouse, LG -- You cannot fault! Its a shame that Sony Ericsson didn't hit the the nail on the head this time.

i like the phone a lot. it has a lot of memory, good camera and lots of memory for music but the only bad thing is the fact that everyone has one nowadays and it is getting out of fasion. it can break very easily when you drop it and it is getting incredibly old. its very thick but not too big. it was good once upon a time but not anymore.

The features on this phone were great, however after a year the phone just started switching itself off randomly, during calls, in your bag etc, even when kept still. People I know have experienced the same.Now the top half of the keypad does not work- again this just happened overnight and there is no reason for it. Buttons 1-3, the select and the navigational dial don't work- rendering the phone useless as I'm unable to access the send/answer call functions, let alone dial numbers with digits 1-3.This now means I'm stuck with a contract I have to pay and can't use the phone. Grrr

I've had this phone since April 2007, i have to say its the best phone i've ever owned!! It still looks fresh, despite being droped several times! The battery is A1 sometimes can last up to 4 days,even now. the camera is great for a 2mp, the sound quality from standard earphones is amazing.

BRILLIANT phone. had it for about a year and few months and its brilliant. still in the same great condition from when i bough it. even tho im changin my phone now i will still always have it for its great camera and walkman. the speakers are perfect and plays quite loud. im young and like to play the music loud when im out and about and it provides that for me. i find this phone excellent and i would definitely buy this phone again if my new phone doesnt live up to its expectaitions lol. i recomend this phone to any one its brill. =D

I bought this phone as soon as it came out.... 2 weeks later I had to get a new one cause 6 buttons had cracked..... 2 weeks after that they had cracked again, but I did not have the time to send it into sony as the first time they just replaced it in the store.....when I finally went in the speaker had shifted too.... I am on my 3rdone and this one finally has not had the buttons crack nor the speaker shift. I should hope it doesn't happen again seeing as it is the 3rd phone. OTHER THEN THAT I really like the phone the fitness extra things are pretty cool--like the step counter:)

I bought this phone a couple of years ago just before Christmas and even now I love it and I can't fault it. I've recently been looking for a new phone because I felt this was out-dated, but upon reading people's reviews of the newer Sony Ericsson models, I'm perfectly satisfied with my mobile and I love it. My friend has the w910i and she keeps complaining that it switches off, the only fault I have with this phone (though it might just be mine) is that it has a tendency to 'crash' but other than that it is perfect

Ive got this phone, at first i thouht it was amazing and such a awsome phone, but after some time, for some strange reason it's reception starts to get worse, and now my reception is horrible. No matter where i stand or what i do, the reception is pathetic and you can hardly talk to people due to the fact that you can hardly hear then, and understand what they say. So other than that, it's a awsome phone lol...and if the reception was atleast good, it would get my 10/10 rating....

Just one thing that i'd mention that u don't think anyone else has said... is that this phone.. is virtually indestructable. If you're prone to dropping phones... or leaving them in the wash... or knocking them off ledges, into baths, sinks puddles.. whatever... this phone will do you the business without going for one of those rubber clad nokia monstrositys. I've had it a year and a half and its never faulted once. I throw it to a friend who drops it.. the screen might go blank... but in 2 seconds it sorts it self and comes back. It doesn't even loose the text you were i nthe middle of writing. This phone has fallen 3 stories off concrete with nothing worse than the back case popping off, which simply clips back in. Its been thrown out of a car at 40 odd miles an hour and i've picked it off the pavement and it'll still be playing the song i had on. Essentially its so compact that its functional... and indestructable. Its a stunning blend. Buy it... by 5... make a newtons cradle from em and just swap them when they finally erode away.

I have had this phone for 18 months and it's time to upgrade - But I cannot see anything today that offers everything this phone does - the w960i looks fab and if it had a navigation key I'd go for it. But touch screen? I dont think it's for me, one handed use when out walking is what I want to do. The keys are so well laid out you can operate everything the phone has to offer single handedly. Photos are brill, video is good, voice recorded is great. The 810i is amazingly great, it plays music brilliantly - so many useful features, and I've used them all. It's been dropped and has never once given me a problem. Like everyone says the k750 and joysticks generally do not lastm whereas the little silver nav disc on this phone works faultlessly. I've had many phones, this is by far the best - ever. Well done Sony Ericsson, when you bring out a w970i with nav keys I may go for one. Combines organiser, phone, camera, voice memo recorder, mp3 player in ONE amazing device. I have a 2GB card and am gonna try a 4Gb to see if it works. My Ipod broke and I shall never need a new one now!

The sound, the image, the video, the connectivity are super duper yeah.. just buy it and you'll never regret.. 3G is later, EDGE is now.. don't bother to find 3G mobile phones with such rich features such w810i, coz there isn't any with just perfect price and prefect camera.. with super bright flash, auto focus.. and huge memory stick included.. K series is no compare with this Walkman phone.. highly recommended for you who knows what is the best gadget is..

brilliant phone, music quality is excellent, better than my sisters ipod, but 1 problem i'm having is when i try to take a picture, it goes onto auto focus mode getting ready to take the pic, then when i press the button down harder to take a snapshot, it goes back to the normal view mode on the camera. it only once every blue moon will take the picture properly. Brilliant phone. I have it. But a few weeks back, the camera stopped working. It goes onto the camera screen, but after about half a second it goes back to where i was before. I haven't got it checked out yet, but does anyone know a solution?

The w810i has been one of the most reliable phones I've used. That in itself is enough to recommend it. Combine that with a camera (with light), e-mail, clear colour display, real tone sound, easy to manipulate selector (better than the old joystick), good battery life, etc and it makes an excellent phone. However, it is not without fault. The half-moon buttons to access the music player and the shortcuts menu are easy to press when you're trying to press something else. For Macs you need OS X 10.4.3 or above to sync with the phone (I'm on 10.3.9). Overall a very good phone but could be improved.

Had phone for year now and can't fault it. Perfect for my every day business purposes and like the voice controls when paired with my Jabra headset. Have dropped on several occassions and still totally unmarked and in full working order. Pretty solid compared to my last phone. Would recommend as can now be picked up quite cheaply now. Only thing is slightly bulky compared to lot of current models, but still a quality phone......

i fink this fone is brill but i cannot be brought on payg (pay as u go) and im not 18 yet, i wont a payg w810i thats the only drawback for me if u can find a t-mobile payg w810i can u email me: motor_cross_crazy@hotmail.co.uk fanks. apart from this, the fone is the best one i can find. i fink personally it is better than the i-phone, but thats for u 2 decide... Ive had this phone over a year and I love it. Its simple to work, connection is great, never drops calls, music apps rock!!!! Love the sony walkman built into it and the speaker is pretty good for a phone. I dont use the fm radio much (unless I was trapped somewhere away from a car radio...) but I do use the 2.0 megapixel camera(nice sideways design for easy pic taking)...Its a very good quality picture. Slim design...nice candy bar so no fumbling while Im driving when i have to use it...(only in emergencies of course...snicker..) and i love the way it syncs with my computer so easily via bluetooth or the supplied cord. It also charges really fast. Theres other cool stuff to like a flashlight..etc. I am very happy with this purchase (after having five phones I never really liked)..but this one is definately my favorite. Its cheaper now at this writing also. I say Get It. You will be glad you did!!

I love this phone it is brilliant the only fault is that it freezes every so often, but after talking to many friends i soon discovered that this was not the case with their phones i think i just had bad luck with my phone. If you like to play music this phone is definatly for you as the memory is brilliant it is really nice in white so if you are thinking of getting a w810i definatly get the white one. Overall a brilliant phone for its cheap price!

a very good and useful phone - the camera quality is very good for a phone and the mp3 functions are amazing HOWEVER, i dnt know if this is common but my phone has a tendacany to freaze and the screen goes complety white before shutting down. ALSO the handsfree/headphone cable(HPM-70) has a tendacy to break VERY easily (i am on my 3rd set and these are already packing in) - if they do break, buy them off ebay for a fiver, much cheeper and easierr than the 20quid the repair center quoted me.

This phone is top class. i looked at every other phone out there and it beat it hands down. looked at nokia 6300, it beat its battery life, games, themes. It beat samsung phones, everything. i am very pleased with my phone has everything anyone could need. 2mp camera, great sound quality, battery life that last 2 days even with lots of usage with me games, mp3, going on the internet and it still lasts a good day or two,bluetooth, no 3g but heh the internet excellent too, screen quality, good design, looks betta wehen you hold it then in the shops,free 512mb memory card,fm radio best ive ever heard, i could go on and on. Any critic of this phone is of their nutters believe me ive spent at least 1 year looking for phones to buy, k850, k800, nokia 6300, nokia n 81, samsung u600, samsung e900, w910i, k550i and many more were all beaten by w810i.

I'm looking to upgrade from this phone but nothing else comes close to it's sheer practicality. I make calls, text, listen to tunes, take the odd picture and look up the football results. This phone is perfect for each of them, particularly impressed by the walkman feature and expandable memory. Battery life is good, it feels rock solid (even after dropping it a few times), the keys are a good size. Why can't new phones replicate these simple things well?!? I don't care about video calling, 3G, games, Sat Nav and all the other technological 'must haves', I just want a phone that is simple, quick and reliable, what can I go that improves on the W810i?

This is a great phone, and definitely worth the �40 I paid for it. It has a fantastic MP3 player, a good camera, and works well in its primary function as a phone. However, I thought this was a UK site, as it has a ".co.uk" suffix, but judging by the atrocious spelling and grammar I though I had arrived at a third world site. Do they teach English in schools these days?

I dont really think that this phone is the best if you want an all rounder phone not by any imagination but if you want a phone which is classy, good looking, has lots of memory and has an extremely good music player then you should buy it. However if you want a phone which has a brill camera and amazing software layout and extremely easy to use then this isnt the phone for you. Personally i think this phone is outstanding just because the overall layout is nice its got great features with it which are really handy e.g the mega bass which gives the music you listen to on this phone that really great feeling. When i first listened to a song on this phone i could not fault it it was amazing. The phone i had before was a sony ericsson k700i which was a great phone when i first got it but i started to want a phone which had more memory and a phone which had a great music player and a grea memory space and when i changed to this i was not dissapointed. Anyway im gonna shut up. Over outstanding.

last year i had a nokia 6280 and i had it for about 5months and i hated it so much so i got the sony ericsson w810i and i thought it was reali good and i had tht last year in july but last week my fone started to go faulty and the time and date stoped working.I took it back to carphonewarehouse and they sed there was a fault gutted i am s glad i didnt stick with the boring old nokia there just plain basic and borin dont get nokia get sony erricson thought it was goin to be a 5 but from last week its changed

This phone is good, but there is one thing that nobobdy here mentioned, it's sound quality of normal phones calls. I had before a Nokia 3300 and its sound was much louder and clearer. And this is the prime function of a phone, to have good sound quality when calling. But on the whole, the phone is very good,

This phone is fantastic. I had it for 5months (july 07 to jan 08). Then it was stolen. Im trying to replace it now and i am having trouble trying to find anything better. K800i maybe? Anyway it had everything mp3, radio, camera, torch (camera light) all great. Its as expensive now as when i bought it. Best phone I've had without question.

Well I've had this phone now for 8 months which is pretty good going for me as I usually break my phone within a few months. It has been a really good phone, I'm not really interested in taking pictures so the camera never really bothered me but it has been a good sturdy phone. I have dropped it a few times and it has survived. Unlike mre fragile phones this one hasnt broken and has had one very small scratch on it since I had it. However after eight months it has now started playing up and probably due to over use 4 of the keys have stopped working, making texting almost impossible (not a good thing for me) and it sometimes rings people which is very frustrating. Overall I feel that this phone has done me well, though it could have lasted a few months longer for a higher rating. Overall a good sturdy phone, would recommend it for those who like music but are on a budget!!!

the phone is the BEST!!!! I haven't had any problemos for 7 days! It's slick, stylish, and it suits me brilliantly! I've only had one annoying moment... I have put some song on to my memory stick. Only some of those songs are on my MP3 in the phone and if I go into my media files I can find all of the songs that I have installed. Weird isn't it?!? Apart from that, I luv my phone (W810i) and if you're looking for a really cool phone... get this one! I'm going to give it.... 5 STARS!!!

I have just bought this phone from T-Mobile. It is absolutley rubbish!!!! THe back fell off and about a million scratches are now in place. The camera is sooo blurry and THe memory is rubbish!! Mine kept freezing and saying "No sim card inserted" when i turned it on. Its Rubish!! DONT BUY!!!

its like this.. the w810i doesnt last. Its a solid phone dont get me wrong, its a sexy beast. BUT certain things about the phone start to come to a bitter end. eventually you will experience Lag to some extent, your phone will slow down , going through contacts will take some time. buttons will stop working overnight for no reason at all. right now my call key/end key/internet brows key and more options key just stopped working overnight. funny thing is my friend told me this would happin as it happined with his. awesome phone! but good things dont last.

I have had this fone 4 bout 2wks nw and its brill... The feature i mainly use is the walkman. It is amazing. The sound quality is great and it can hold up to a 4gb memory card. Also comes free with a huge memory card. GREAT4alot of music. I previously had the samsungd500 and dere is no comparason. the camera is great... the only downside is that the comera is no where near as good at night. this is still a GREAT FONE AND I WOULD RECOMEND IT HIGHLY...

I got this phone for Christmas its excellent. The best phone i have ever had really recommend it. Only one problem is it will play a couple of songs and say play back failed so you haver to turn it off and on again for it to continue playing. Other than that its brillant transfereing music is easy camera is great what more can i say

I hate this phone!!!! I got it about a year ago and my god it just breaks every day!!! i'll be trying to ring or text someone and then sudddenly the screen goes white and the phone shuts itself off (this happens on a daily basis!) It started pretty much as soon as i got it and actually had to buy another one because it suddenly just freaked out one day, swithced itself off and wouldnt turn on again! My sound has suddenly just gone so i can hardly hear ANYONE on the phone and the games on it are pretty rubbish...the only good thing, it has a radio and you can load music it onto it...oh and internet alhough i never use it cause T mobile would charge me �7.50 every single time a logged on!! Oh yeah...i forgot to say that the picture and video quality is absolultly AWFUL!!! Video sound is so awful i have given up, i go to alot of gigs and every single photo or video i take i cannot see or hear a damned thing!!! hate the phone and cannot wait to get a different one!!

I "upgraded" to this W810i from a "nokia 6230i" (which did play music via bluetooth)as it is a walkman phone and the nokia wasn't, so I would have thought that it was better than the nokia as it is specially made for music, (which didn't play music via bluetooth)my mistake, looks like I will be "downgrading" to a nokia. Very disappointed.

I have had this fone for about 10 months and it has been the best ive had so far. Ive got the white version which i personally think looks best, coz the black one looks a bit plasticky. I'm now looking to change it as the sound in my one is cutting off at random. (i think i got some water in there) But otherwise, outstanding fone. I'd recommend it to younger buyers.

I love it! It has a nice clear screen, the music player is great, camera ain't bad either, and generally just a GREAT all-rounder. It looks abit like a mini brick, but looks aren't everything are they. And even though it could be more stylish, this phone certainly makes up for via its capabilities of being a very reliable phone. Battery life could be longer, but generally this phone is a BARGIN at the price the price that yu can get it nowadays.

this is my secon sony ericsson and i got it just cos i liked the speakers that came free with the package and the awards it has wone and stuff but ya il give it 4 stars cos of some reasons let me cout them out for u : 1. its a lil bit too plastic then i like cos that takes away all the solodness from the fone (damn why dint i realised this before i bought it)the battery over is pretty loose 2. the speaker fone and the inbuilt speaker volume isnt at all near to a SE standard k these r the 2 reasons i could find to not give it a full 5 stars but on the brighter side u have : 1. a really vibrant display 2. gr8 ear plugs 3. good signal reception 4. the D pad ( i just hated the joypad of my K300i) 5. good enough battery life so this is all i could figure out in my 3 months of having this fone so i can just finally say that this fone is a pretty mixed bag though i really think they could have kept the plastic as good as that of W800 but then u can overcome it by using crystal covers tht would mean protection as well as a bit of solidness added and ya not having the lens cover is also a pretty big problem neways there r better fones avilable these days so just go for them.....

i have had this phone for, i reckon a good 2 and a half years, and have not had ONE problem with it, this is a superb phone, and a great buy, if you want a very handy, practical, useful phone, i suggest you get this one ! absolutely amazing phone, and also some people may think ''ugh it only has 2 megapixel camera'' my photos are amazing, i love everyone of them, a great buy !!! ****** 6 stars =)

All feature at this phone is great (I use all of it)! the camera, music, radio, all of its feature. but not least that this phone brought all good feature on it (what I like is "photo light", most of all new mobile phone doesn't include that). with this phone you can do all you like from get a picture, document important view or moment using video capture (even in dark place (thats why i like "photo light")) and creating music while you bored and listen to music (like most "Mega Bass") and my be using bluetooth and infrared(this infrared still used in W810I, is very good not to leave this feature behind, cause many mobile phone and computer still using this feature) to transfer data.But the problem is the battery life time is drop from 8 hours to less then 8 hours after using more than 1 years. but is Ok for me cause the battery life time is same as other mobile phone like Nokia or others. Thank you Sony Ericsson for your best product. I hope you do more improve no t only the feature of mobile phone but also the battery life time.

Amazing phone, great recepton everywhere. Dropped it a million time and it still works perfectly fine. Has graet features especially the flashlight. Camera could be better but it does its job. Radio and mp3 are good but the earphones are really something special.

i got the phone last christmas and was releived to have got it as i had heard it was a good phone. I also had read this site which again had called it outstanding. The phone proved well at first and good for music but in may it started to play up and turned off at one touck or knock. We contacted orange and they sent me a new one free of charge. Roundabout August the replacement started to do the same so again we contacted orange. Orange sent us into the shop and after a small investigation they concluded that the battery was faulty. After purchasing a new battery it again started to do the same. i think they are all made faulty. A year on i have moved to a new phone which has been better than the W810i. But apart from that problem the phone was good and useful. So if you wish to purchase one make sure it aint faulty !

Well..... I had the W810i for six months... loved every minute of it. It was the easiest phone to text on and had the best screen. Sony's OS is simply amazing and very intuitive, not as boring as Nokia's. Love the black and orange! Good music quality through headphones too! Then my carrier came out with the K550i, so mine got to meet the pavement in order to get the newer better phone...Which conveniently turned out to be a huge mistake, the W810 is much much better!!!!

I upgraded to this phone from the Sony ericcson K750i and I have to say I am not disappointed! This phone is fantastic! Great capabilities, 2MP camera and a walkman all in one! Very easy to navigate, buttons changed from an awkward joystick to buttons which makes it far easier to navigate around. Very easy to transfer your Songs, videos or whatever onto it with the software! Comes with a 512MB memory stick which gives you room for about 250-300 songs. I would seriously recommend getting this if your looking for a new phone! 5 Stars - OUTSTANDING!

Well, i am nearing the end of a 18month contract with my good old w810i and the phone has never let me down! I'l be honest and say i have dropped it numerous times and everything still works, even now perfectly. It has very well designed menus and does everything u want. The camera even though is only (i say only) 2MP it still always takes good pictures, and that includes in the dark with the flash on. Small, great sound, nice looks, VERY reliable phone Get this for around �80 now on PAYG.

This is a great phone but for some reason Sony Ericsson in their wisdom must have thought the w800i was to loud! The headphones give a really good sound quality as would be expected but they are no where near as loud as the ones supplied with the w800i. The loud speaker also has suffered the same fate, volume has left the room and the quality is no better than it was with the w800i! All of the menus work as quickly as the w800i and i suppose you could say that it's basicly the same phone with a few tweaks, the internet works really well and you get the added advantage of 512mb memory with the phone! The camera is also very good for 2 mega pixel camera is really good for the size

This has to be one of the best all round phone ever be released. Has everything u need from a typical modern day phone. It served me well in the time i had it and i will always recommend it to anyone who wants to buy one. I was lil gutted to let it go but wudnt hestiate to ever buy it again. memory expandable to 1GB? ive had a 2GB card in mine for over 6 months now! excellent phone, Speaker went on my first one (i do work in a weld shop though)Walkman is ace as usual. Shame they can't make a better camera for the walkman phones, but still very reasonable. I swear by these sony ericsson phones. tried all the others but nothing compares to SE.

this is one of the BESTESTESTEST mobiles i've ever used!!! simply wonderful camera option, groovy colour theme(though i miss my k700..... no other mobile has that style and design and colour.... :( ) aven in bright sun display is good.... love the fact that the "W" logo at the bottom doesnt come off easily and simply smitten over my speakers!!!! but i give 4 stars as the design is not on par with my K700i!!! it had a cool look!other than that w810i ROCKZZZZZZZZ

I got this phone today and it's great, but I'm having trouble with both the bluetooth and infrared. I tried sendind songs to my phone and it wouldn't work, I finally gave up after 20 minutes of waiting for the phone to stop saying 'waiting for the other device to accept'. Of course, I didn't get a message asking me to accept or decline. This is a massive let down for me and I'm really disappointed now! I thought this was going to be the greatest phone ever but now it's just good, not great.

I think it is a brilliant walkman phone and i don't want to influence anyone ut what is disappointing isth W810i does not have 3G which is needed for video calling and high speed internet. I own the W880i and with comparing it with the W810i, W880i is better by far. If the W810i had 3G it would be the best phone ever.

When i was searching around for a new phone from my W850i i didn't know what to get. Then this phone came to my attention so thought why not i'm quite bored of sliders now. What a difference one phone can make, this is so far the best phone i have used in my phone history, camera quality is excellent for a 2 megal pixel phone. Nice small simple design, easy to use. Only small cause for concerns might just be me. Internet tad slow, at one stage i couldn't take photo's but it's ok now, also turning on and off gets a bit annoying because it takes quite long. But don't let those minor things put you off, fantastic phone.

This phone is excellent, it takes pictures with a two megapixel camera, it can capture videos, it can store music and you can text and use it for phone calls. If it wasn't for one problem, the speakers. After having this phone, the speaker on it kept cutting out and making a buzzing noise. As it was under warrenty, I took it back, only to find the second phone had the same problem. After taking the phone back the second time, I recieved my third and final phone. Except, it still had the problem. Tired of taking it back I kept the phone. The speakers cut out about once a week which is annoying but the rest of the phone is great. I wondered if anyone else had experienced this problem? I use this phone loads for music and I listen to it everyday. With the free 512mb memery card I already have nearly 80 tracks on it and still about 80mb left, and that is with my videos and pictures stored on it as well. It is a very smart phone in appearence and has a good quality scree n and camera. All for under �100.

I've just bought the w810i afer much research as an upgrade from an old Siemens A55 which was a good basic phone but the display was junk and I just had to have a camera with me at all times, so upgrade time it was. The only things I've found lacking really are the keyboard illumination being uneven, so letters off to the side are too dim, and the phone reception is marginally worse in a very weak signal areas compared with the Siemens, but it's clear as a bell normally once one blob is showing on the signal strength meter. A Nokia 1600 I bought recently for a relative doesn't work at all in the same areas. The camera is much better than one could expect from a cheapish phone (�70 from Orange). I got the white version as it comes with extras compared with the black when bought from Orange, USB cable and hands-free and it looks nice enough and it fits neatly in my shirt pocket, which the K800i doesn't very well.

I bought this phone after reading all the 5stars reviews here & I'm very disappointed! The Walkman is a waste of space, it has a constant hiss that is worse then a tape player, at low volume levels the hiss is louder then the music. The phone functions are great, the camera is good, but this is branded as a Walkman phone. In reality the MP3 functions are broken and unuseable. There are better camera phones if that's what you want.

I've had this phone ages now and i actually love it .. before this phone i would be constantly looking at new phones but since i bought since i don't want a new phone because this phone has everythig i want!i love everything about it .. it is a lil slow when looking at pictures moving from 1 to the next but apart from that i do love it .. and mine has also been in the toilet and survived after leaving it to dry out for a few days =D love it x

got this phone for free on my t-mobile contract. since i have had it it has done nothing but pleased me. first of all it is compact, fits easily and comfortably in the pocket. second, its a walkman. in one word... brilliant. it just works like an ipod and has a better structure to other walkman phones. i can just plug it into my computer and drag and drop music onto it. dont uses the software provided, waste of time and converts the music to smaller format therfore loses quality. make sure you go out and buy the 1gb card as the 512 card provided dosn't last very long. speakers on the back are fantastic as they provide you with great sound even when up at full volume. the camera is fantastic, autofocus is fab. it is so easy to plug my memory card into my computer and just being able to just print off photos. video is also amazing on this phone. the videos ive got from gigs are just outstanding. grat phone, if your thinking about getting it... go for it. you wont regret it!

I have had this phone for about a year. I sell mobile phones for Telstra, Australia. I was extremely reluctant to try Sony Ericsson-due to horror stories id heard from customers-of course before Sony was introduced. This is the ONLY phone that was NEVER returned for repair and has stayed in the top voted phones on this site for many months! In a nutshell, frustrating to get used to the functions for the first few days (after using Samsung and Nokia for years). Features are fantastic! Camera with auto focus has beaten quality of market leading 3.15meg cameras in other brands. The phone is never slow. I long await the arrival of the ugly but practical K850i with 5meg camera.. 2 Thumbs up Sony Ericsson!!

I just got this phone a couple of hours ago and i was really looking forward to using it...hmmm its not bad. i would probably give it 3 out of 5 which is satisfactory! there's nothing wow about this phone, has the normal stuff. But i gotta say the MP3 is really good! quite loud 2...but other than that its alryt. nothing unique about it, SE need to be more imaginative! hope this helps!

This is a fantastic phone with really good features e.g mp3..camera..radio..bluetooh ( which you can send messages over- i have just found out) . I love the radio on it .. and it is becoming more popular around my school, as i see more people with them. The camera quality is awesome as well, ive even had the photos as computer backgrounds, and they were still a good quality. so yeah if you are considering getting this i wouldn't stop you .

i read all the stuff before purchasing the phone.i own a w810i,but later i found that it supports only mp3 format.the user manual says that the phone supports other formats as well but it does not!it doesnt support aac..

This is a fantastic phone i have had lots of phones in my time but this is the best by far! In the past three months i have had a lg chocolate, prada,samsung d900 and a nokia 7373. Trust me this is the better phone of them all. Very impressed keep finding new things with it all the time (had it 4 days). Can not seems to work out how to do the IM as yet. Also when setting a song to the message tone it only plays about 30 seconds of it which is not very good. Otherwise this phone is perfect!So get one!!!

I might be getting this phone in about 2 or 3 days and I'm excited. My friend HAD this phone and I always envied her. The reason I said had is because it got stolen. Just shows how great this phone is. Anyway, I used to play on her phone a lot and I found the camera, mp3, and radio great! Since her computer was broken she often asked me to transfer songs from my computer onto her phone and it was a breeze! It certainly will be an upgrade from my SE Z530i which is just a useless excuse for a phone. After that I had vowed never to buy another SE phone again, but I just cannot resist this one! I am only going to give it 4 stars, for the fact that since it was my friends phone, I rarely used it to call others or anything so I'm not so sure about how great it is with texting and calling, though my friend told me it was good.

i've had it for a month. It's got a great camera, which is why i wanted it (apart from being a phone). radio is a nice extra, found it useful. got loads of other features that i have not explored yet. still not sussed out the video, but i am not a geek. paid �79 from virgin, well worth it.

Wow!!!!!!!!! i am rocking again like in the 70's and 80's with my SE W810i. this s my kind of gadget that would {almost}perfectly satisfy my daily entertainment and communication needs when i m commuting. I can now listen with hisss, big bang and boom my old rock music music collections with this phone---ha ha ha ha--led zep, deep purple, csny, foghat etc.( when i m bored i can switch to fm radio for news and other music)......... I wish they would incorporate tv broadcast-this would make it simply almost the perfect gadget for me.Tnx for SE.

I have had my Sony W810i for well over a year now and is by far, the best mobile I have ever owned. I started off with an LG then a Nokia but the Sony wins the contest hands down in all aspects. It's well thought out, good graphics and easy to use. The Walkman mp3 player works and sounds great and holds about 500 songs. Do I sound like I love my W810 - I do. I'm eagerly waiting forthe appearance of the W960i which I think is scheduled for Dec. 07. Keith Bell Oxford

just in case there are still doubts about the utter coolness of the above mentioned device, then let me lay them to rest. when my phone got dunked in water accidentally for about 30 minutes, i gave up and started thinking of a new phone. my brother got it fixed on the low and surprised me. the microphone is a bit quiet and the light won't come on but every other function still burns rubber. say what you want about dropping phones but that dunking was the ultimate test for me. bluetooth, rds fm, ir, calender, stopwatch, timer, torch, camera, walkman, calc, noter, scheduler, alarms, album, game device, video cam, remote control, pix editor, video editor, music editor, sound recorder, browser, babe magnet, etc....oh and you can make calls on it as well. please can anyone show me a site where they give phones ten stars instead of this insulting five stars.

I love everything about it, awesome picture taking, music player rocks, headphones it comes with rocks, I put in a 4gb memory duo and loaded it up a bunch of songs and I still got over 3gb of free space left !! lol video recorder, radio, light, descent loudspeakers, infrared, bluetooth, very very very very good reception best ive had on any phone, super super long very long battery life way better than my old mp3 player. Basically i wanted and needed a descent camera, a new mp3 player, a radio, and a new phone. Well, instead of buying individually I go this and couldnt be happier. I see myself using this phone for many years.

Well. My phone has just arrived (having been ordered 6 days ago from the O2 website) and first impression: fantastic! It comes with everything you need, USB, charger, hands-free, earphones. this is an excellent cell phone. i'm not only a music freak, and SOUND QUALITY has always rested at the top of my list. that's what i get from this sleek Walkman phone. however, playing music is not the only thing this little fellow can do. with its 2 mpx camera, you shall not miss any great moment in your life. this phone falls under MUST HAVE category.

After i bought my phone, i would hang many times, more specifically on charging it.. I went to replace the phone and all phones of this model with the dealer had the problem. The phones work well with their SIM cards. I then tested my SIM and it works well in all other SE models like k750i, w660i, s500i and nokia phones, but not on w810i. I bought k750i and have been using it since 1 week without any problem!

Had this phone for just over a year...fabulous! There is just one problem... When I try to use the voice control it keeps sending the message "Record in a quiter environment" and it does not record the name.. Still working to sort this out. Otherwise this is a super phone. I have a friend who wanted to swap for a Samsung D900.. said NO WAY!!!!

Great phone with good features and the ability to send games that have been stored in the others folder to all your mates. not the best design (candy bar). good sound an lasting battery life but the downside is you need the earphone jack pluged in to listen to the radio but other than that i recommend this phone to music lovers everywhere.

well dont know where to start off with, but first im going to say hi to all the manchester united fans and the supporters that are supporting me and the manchester united squad, im probably going to be coming back from injury in the next month or so. The W810i is overall a outstanding phone, i used to have a W880 and believe it or not i hated it, so i just returned back to my W800i. The music player on this phone is excellent almost like a stereo player actually however when you plug it into speakers its much more louder giving you the right taste of music. The camera is outstanding in-all very high quality pictures can be taken with the W800i, also the video quality is very high and great clear videos can be taken. Overall this phone is excellent.

I Bought this phone yesterday, i know its not the newest on the market but for �80 from the link i thought it was a good buy. I was right, so far it appears to be very good. Well made with plenty of memory, & not too big. sony have got shot of the annoying joystck (thank god) So all in i'm well pleased. Only minus for me was that when texting it doesn't keep a count of how many letters you've used, unless i'm not looking properly?

I LOVE THIS PHONE......BUT...Has now been in for repair for over 5 weeks as it keeps losing the signal and going on to emergency calls only. No problem with the sim in a different phone...not receiving messages or voice mail, and taking several days for text to be received. Was told it would take 3 - 5 days to be fixed...but alas, 5 weeks later...still no phone...bad news...phone repair shop has had 5 other w810i 's with the same fault within a week!!!! I still love this phone and can't wait for it to be repaired....hopefully this year. :o(

Phone broke after six months. Dailaphone customer services website and call centre useless. Only took notice after direct call to the Press office. Repair agents returned phone still defective. Two months on it was finally replaced by Sony Ericsson with an unacceptable scuffed second-hand set - still had pix of previous owner's bunny in the memory, minus battery or any guarantee. Seems phone manufacturer, supppliers and agents are only interested in relieving you of the cash at point of sale and ignore you threafter.

I have owned this phone for eight months and it has worked correctly for all of three weeks. Most of the time it shows only "Emergency Calls only". I have taken it for service in both Egypt and Dubai and they have refused to fix it as they claim it has been damaged by water. Water sensor indicators within the unit had turned red. As this phone had never been anywhere near water, the only possible cause is humidity. Clearly these phones are not sealed sufficiently. FONO in Dubai have provided completely hopeless service as have Sony Ericsson. Be warned. It is an expensive mistake to buy this phone and I will not be making any fiurther Sony Ericsson or FONO purchases.

This phone is brilliant. I have had some problems with the signal but worked out that my phone locates certain networks better. Over all though it does everything you could want from a phone, and if you wanted any more youd have to buy a PDA.

im 13 .. my life is phones and this is the best one ever! i had a d500 then a K750i then a D600 which are fab phones but this one makes like 3310s its a class phone cheers sony ericson!!!

I have now had this phone for over a month, so i think it is time to reveiw it. To start with, the camrea, 2mp, is great, with autofocus, cybershot and a (rather bright) flash. I also like photo dj, an image editing feature, along with video dj. You can add music to clips (if you want songs record them, you can't use mp3s or you can use one of the pre set sounds). Yes, the camrea and video is great but the main feature of this phone must be the walkman. I currentley have 198 songs on my phone, with he capability to store a couple of hundred more. The music is excellent quality and a doddle to transfer from pc.The phone also has an mp4 player, fm radio, bluetooth, infra red and just about every thing(plus more anyone could ever reqrire from a mobile phone. My advice is GO FOR IT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!

The best phone i have used so far. I wish i can give it 6 stars. The camera is good, the Walkman is superb & it even comes with a 512mb memory stick. Easy to use & if you are used to nokia, you won't find these phone any different when texting. Had this phone for almost 1 year & still i can't find any faults. Thank you Sony Ericsson.

Rubbish phone. Had a habit of switching itself off for no apparant reason, Got handset replaced couple times due to this ...each handset had the same problem...perhaps I was just unfortunate. Best quality is that the camera pics were very good quality.

The W810i works well for me. I did not know that there was a sound recorder as part of the machine. I use it to record lectures and it does remarkably well. To record for 1 hour, the file size is about 5.5 megabytes. The quality is very good. I recently upgraded the 1 gb memory stick to a 4gb memory stick, but the sound recorder will not work with it. Sony tells me that the server is being upgraded to provide firmware upgrade to the phone to take care of this problem. We will see. However, in the meantime, the 1 gb memory does very well. I have not tried the 2 gb memory. Overall, I think this is the best recorder available for mobile recording of what I do. I can get 22 hours of recording with the memory I currently use. That is more than I care to listen to.

I have had this phone for almost exactly a year and I can safely say it's one of the best phones I have ever had. I have never had a moment when I have wished it could do something (as with previous phones where I didn't have a camera/mp3 player etc). Of course it has its downsides, you can't turn off the noise when it takes a picture other than when it is on silent. I find I have to put the phone on silent before I'm going to take a picture otherwise I look like a tool with my noisy shutter sound ;) Also in the past week or so it has been very unpredictable when sending and receiving calls. The phone rings but when I pick it up, nothing happens. I can't hear the other person and they can't hear me. The same happens when I make a call as well. It's maybe just a consequence of the phone being a bit old now. I love the way you can download themes so improve the look of the interface. The headphones that come with it are naff but I just put some new ones in. The reception on the radio is ok but not so good on a bus :P and the sound quality when listening to music isn't brilliant but I have an mp3 player for that, it's only a phone for goodness sake. I was contemplating getting a new phone because my contract is nearly up but looking at what else is available I'm tempted to stick with this one and try to scam a discount off my bill :)

Just got this phone today from Virgin Megastores for �90.00 with 200 free mins for 2 months and �5.00 Airtime so far its really good the camera is ace and it has a really good memory before i had a rubbish siemens A65 this one is a lot better

i used to be an avid follower of Nokia phones but the last two times ive had a Sony Ericisoon and i have to say there are brilliant. I have had this phone (w810i) now for about 9 months, and i've had no probelms. its a an excellent music player the sound quality is very good. size of the buttons are just the right size without being too small. the camer and video function are also good. top marks again for Sony Ericisson.

i got it today lol ^^ pretty late.. but my motorola died so i needed a new phone and i went on this site read the comments about the w810i was pretty happy with it so i brought it!! im so far okay with it but get confused with using usb >.< that dont matter but the problem is that the headphones keep falling off! and it kinda gets annoying.. can anyone help me with that?

It might not be the latest sony ericsson phone but it is very popular and my best friend has it i have used it loads its well good everythings easy to use ..the keypad..but my other friend once dropped it after a while and then it started going realy realy slow then she got realy mad with it then broke it on purpose !! ..But appart the from that the memory is a amazing

i bout this phone a couple of days ago think it would be brilliant but it was for a walkAan phone the volume was ridiculasly low.the best feature on this phone is the memory stick. sony needs to do some work on the fute r walkman phones.now ive got my self the z710i and it outstanding and i shall be sticking to that phone from now on.

Ive had the w810i for nearly two years and have found it a great buy, but as im not a super techno kind of person i havent used half of what is on the phone and probably don't get the most out of it, it has also failed me a couple of times by randomly turning off. I would recommend buying it if your a fan of complicated functions but not if all you are going to use it for is caling people!

To begin with i didn't like the look of the phone and thought it was too big and not feminine enough but i eventually grew to like it and all the functions. I've had the phone for about a year and a half now and it is beginning to fail, it sometimes suddenly turns off and other times a white screen appears. Its really disappointing as the phone is really and very good phone with lots of functions!

Just upgraded from this to the w880i... the w810i has better camera, a light, a radio, excellent sound quality! For looks the w880i is better, but if i had to make the choice again i wouldn't have bothered changing the phone.

If any of the phone gives u frustrating that means it is bad only in my case also happened the same thing the battery is giving problem just I charged the phone and saw the phone details it shown <10% of battery and again after 10 minutes I was checked the battery it shown >40% again I was checked after 10 minutes it shown 100% like this it is giving info of phone details is very wrong and it is detecting network also very worst.

Hi pple, seems like the majority of the ratings are all 4 to 5 stars for this phone. I've had it for about half a year now and give it 2 stars (average). I've previously had three similar SE phones, so I think I'm a relatively good judge of phones of this ilk. I'm not going to talk about it's bluetooth, walkman mp3, web browser... you can read that in other pple's posts. I'll go into the tiny details (or annoyances) that you might want to know here. So if you're interested and prepared for a read, here we go... My first SE was a T610 - (everyone knows this one. Despite raving reviews and comments about it, I think it looked good but sucked cos of abysmal interface lag, limited sms inbox capacity and poor STN screen quality fading in the sunlight). Next I had a W800i (first SE walkman phone, vast improvement, though evolutionary rather than revolutionary), and then a K618i (a Java 7 3G phone, technically similar to the K610i, in software and hardware). Then I got the W810i. Ok, on to the W810i. It basically harkens back to the time when SE first created the T610i, where it would try to outrun the competiion by throwing everything you'll ever need in a phone into one package (bluetooth, camera, IR, WAP browser...) The firm, clicky keys are def a nod to my T610, which I sold off cos it was too frustrating to use. However, those keys were a plus point for the T610, and they're back here, slightly modified on the W810i (spaced slightly closer together) for greater ease of use. Compared to the W800i and the K618i's (very spongy) number keys, they feel robust and hardy, even if you play lots of games, and you can be sure of it's longevity. It's a minor point I'm highlighting, but one that'll go a long way if you're thinking of using this hard or over the long term. One thing i don't like about the buttons, which contributes to it's 2 stars is the "d-pad" style buttons that are fashioned like three concentric circles, two overlapping the middle. (Like a Venn diagram) Plus point of this, no joystick like the W800i (won't break down or lose sensitivity). Minus point - bloody ard to press! I've got average sized fingers, and still I get prone to pressing the (raised) walkman or shortcut buttons by accident. Frankly, the squished mess of buttons above those T610-esque number buttons are chaotic. I think even with the joystick, those on my W800i were much easier to press (big, fat and you know you won't make a mistake pressing the wrong key). Frankly, you can get stressed out just trying to press those keys, I swear. And if you've got long fingernails, you'd better get someone else to press those keys for you. Minus one star for these buttons :-p Features wise, you can see the evolution (note: not revolution) from the T610 days, and improved over the W800i. About lag, the user interface is similar, upgraded and much less (though not completely) lag-free. I miss the days when I had my Nokia 8210, (monochrome led lit screen - instantaneous response). Let's just say the W810i won't frustrate you like the T610. Layout: SE's UI layout hasn't changed much, with the 12 icon menu (each corresponding to a button on the keypad for easy access), a staple in all its phones. Like it or not, it's really your cup of tea. Personally, I prefer Nokia's menus that doesn't give the user too much at the top levels, but brings the complexity when you go deeper down the hierachy of the menus. I think that's a smarter way to do things. The 12 icons (that each represent a top menu item), spit out whenever you press the menu button isn't really intutive. Like what does an icon mean when there's a mobile and an "I" in a balloon next to it? Gues s? Give up? "CALLS". Huh? Just not very intuitive. My biggest gripe is during SMSing - why the heck is the space key on the # key instead of the 0 key? It's definately more intuitive using the 0 key (like a space bar on a keyboard, it's right in the middle at the bottom), but no... SE have to be special and distinguish themselves from Nokia, so they put it one button to the right, to do annoying things to "differentiate" themselves. Even LG and other manufacturers use the 0 key for SMS spacing, why can't SE do that? Oh to differentiate themselves... For all of the above, minus one more star. Not to go into much detail here on this next point, but SE has mostly ironed out the menu nagational kinks with this one for quick user friendliness. The W810i in mention is the last of it's series that began 3 years ago with its gran-daddy, the T610, right through to the mass-market K750i and ending up here, so you can be sure that most bugs and stupid annoyances (like not being able to edit or sms contacts from the main contact list) are taken care of. As I said, this phone is feature rich, with all the bells and whistles, which I won't go into, you can read that in everyone else's posts. I've been going into the small details here... in case you haven't realised. This probably has made Nokia a little jittery and they're fine tuning their game to suit this new path that SE and other manufacturers are trailblazing. Lastly, the last star that I'm penalizing from this phone review for is the looks of the phone. Frankly, is it good looking? Well, I've seen better and what with some of the new SE models coming out, the W810i looks a tad ugly and just, er, black. Not a real looker. I'll probably change my cover (when my black one is worn out) to the white and orange one. You can get em off ebay for like $20, along with a free T1 screwdriver. A note: doing this is actually can be extremely hazardous to the internal components of the phone and you could short circuit the boards if you don't ground properly. I know cos I changed my W800i's casing before in similar fashion, but got a phone techician to do it for me. Even he told me it was challenging and he does it for a living... So that's it: my 200 cents worth. Hope this helped some of you.

It is the worth cell phone i have ever seen !i hated to give this cell phone even 1 star . it became rotten sooner than you think . one time i turn of it and then i couldnt turn it on again . it realy just like this be ill and i hate it . where ever i go to make it well ,noun of them accept it becuase they said "we have alot of w810i cell phone and we couldnt make them well " and at last one stor accept but say i have 10 ronge w810 and first i should make them right after that if i could i do ! i see a person buy a 810i and after 5 min he buy it , become ill ! i am student and i capitalize oll of my money for buy this cell phone and it s be ill and now i shoul use j100i becuse i dont have eny money for buying better cell phone !

i bought the w810i thinking that it would be one of the best phones ever...but i found out that it was realy faulty. i was on music dj once and the screen just went bright white...so i phoned up orange and told them the problem. they said that they would send me another. this time when i had the phone it was fine untill two weeks later when the same problem happend but luckilly it went back to normal. but then a few weeks later i wast getting some songs off my mates at bluetooth stopped working. ill give you a tip...DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!

i got htis phone a couple of weks ago. it's really good but i got on eof the clearance ones becaus eit was �10 cheaper but when i got it there was no memory card so i had to buy one that was �12 so i might aswell have bought the proper one in the firt place. so my advice to you is to not buy any clearance ones they might have things mising or faults. also there is a silver button on the headphones where the plug is to put your own headphones into it if you like and i don't know what the button is for. can anyone help? thanks

what an amazing peice of technology. from the moment you touch it...it bonds to you like a child to its mother...i previously owned a MOTOROLA RAZR V3X and that is not even worth comparing in the same review or sentence as this phone....the sony ericsson w810i has an amazing battery life, the walkman does not wear it out. The camera quality is excellent...CRISP AND CLEAR!I'm telling you all this is much more worth it than the w880i because that new phone im afraid caters for those who are bothered about how slim their phone is and if they want to make video calls because otherwise these two phones would be THE SAME....this is also cheaper to buy...so you will be saving money�� :] was even rated top most wanted phone recently on Carphone Warehouse!If it's the memory card that attracts you then let me tell you there is plenty of memory on this 512mb that cmes with it also its not like another you cant buy another memory card if u wanted! im tellin u dnt waste time...it really is THE BEST buy even now out there!

Im sorry to say i think this phone is rubbish. Not the best phone as everyone is saying. This is my sixth one this year [ thank god for insurance] It brakes all the time. Jams all the time. Scratches so easily. Its just not worth it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

This has to be the best mid priced phone available--written 15th July-- bar none. Leaves all of Samsungs in the shade. Camera gives superb images, even though pixel count is not as high but we all know that a high pixel count does not need to mean you will get the best pics. don`t we?? don`t be lead to believe that fiction, its the sensor that matters and the like of Samsung must have poor sensors. Build quality is nothing short of superb, txting is an absolute doddle, not the nightmare world of the D900. Great phone and I am well pleased the prices are reasonably low now. Will become a classic I bet.

to be honest im not suprised that this phone has such a high rating. its amazing. great features, good camera, high memory, extremeately long battery life, attractive, AMAZING. i have dropped mine about 30 times and it faults everytime, but has allways recovered and is fine on the long term. i deffinately recoomend it.

I really like this phone! It has everything you could possibly want from a phone, an fm radio, memory card slot, 2 megapixel camera and the list goes on! I must say I was a bit dissapointed with the phone, I have just upgraded from the Sony Ericsson K750i and the W810i has no difference in features apart from that the w810i sorts your music, I dont think that is worth the extra money but it does look much better. If your thinkinfg about upgrading to the W810i I would say great choice, but not if you already have the K750i!

LOVE this phone.... i agree with some people... its a shame i could not give this phone 6 stars... i originally wanted either the w900i or the k800i ... but im sooooooooo glad i got this one... i love it im even so love it love it love it!! sound quality is excellent and the camera is amazing... the extra features on this phone are umlike any other... this is the best phone i have had.. without a doubt :)

Whilst I agree with most of the comments regarding the phone's great features, I have had to send mine back three times due to the phone constantly turning itself off. This is really annoying and has put me right off what is otherwise a great phone. This is obviously a problem with this mobile as I have now had three new phones and all have had the same problem.

I've had this phone now for 15 months and I would say overall I thought it was a good handset. Good points: 1) Camera is 2mp and takes great pictures, even better than newer/upgraded models. 2) the phone is recognized as flash drive on PC so no need for extra software to get your music on and 3) Walkman software is pretty decent and allows user to create playlist. Bad Points: The phone keeps switching itself off. If I put it in my pocket and need to make a call 20 minutes later it will swithced off. I've noticed the slightest tap or placing it on hard surface will cause it to switch off. But if you don't mind that then it's a good phone.

I got this phone last week from currys for �79.99 payg on orange. It is my second phone but it is my first sony erricson and I am really impressed. The music player is great and really loud. The camera is great and the usb cable is handy to transfer songs from the computer to the phone. The screen is really clear. It has taken me months to choose this phone, and I am glad I did. It has a stylish look and it looks like a camera on the back. making and receiving calls is easy and clear. Great for any age.

I am ten years of age and i got one as a hand-me-down from my mum. The memory is brilliant and it has good sound quality is staggering. The autofocus camera is brilliant, you can never take a bad photo. The keypad is easy to use and that is useful to me as i do a lot of texting. It is a big step up from my old K750i but it is easy to use and im getting used to it. Overall i think it is brilliant, i hope this is useful advice for anyone looking to buy a new phone. thank you very much, Lorne

Absolutly brilliant phone. I used to have a benQ-siemens EL71 which was hell, it kept crashing and the battery life was appauling but this phone is just amazing with an excellent battery life, alot of functions, a decent camera/ video camera with 2 megapixels, flash and many options. The music player is excellent quality at just a click of a button away. The buttons are spaced apart to make it easier to text without pressing the wrong button. Great power saving feature which turns the screen off completely while you can still listen to music. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking to buy at a price of around only �80 compared with the w880i which is �220 without some of the features of this such as flash and a radio and a long battery life.

Very good phone. It lasted me a year, and I used it for my music until I got an iPod. The screen did get scratched, however, and the battery life stopped being reliable; charging every two days. But still, I think that this is an excellent phone.

I got this phone after 10years with nokia and was relieved to find out its just as easy to use! Mainly I would add that, whilst it is an excellent phone, the camera quality is very poor- I rarely get a good picture1 However, on a recent holiday without a stereo I simply played the walkman. the sound quality was amazing and could be clearly heard in lazing by the pool's villa. Certainly better than the speakers we had bought to plug into our ipods! Another key reason I bought it is because I have a sony laptop. This means I can literally just insert the memory card inot my laptop and copy songs and pictures over- a brilliant feature for me!

Superb phone. i have come from a sony ericsson k610i and what a differience the camera in the W810i is for better with autofocus and a light for the dark.the mp3 player sounds a lot better.i have hadeight phones and this one beats them all. highly recommended

This is the best phone i have ever come across, i own a W810i, and i am astonished by the fact that such a little device has so much capabilities. The only thing that angers me, really is the fact of the "branded menus". But i have learnt from forums and websites that this can be sorted out, also added with flash menus. Im advising you, BUY THIS PHONE!!! It's great, you will not be disappointed. :D

This phomne is a great one from Sony Ericsson. The phone features a great 2 mp camera, great musicplayer, software on PC, 1000 contacts with picture, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity with infra red, as well as an expandable memory to up to 8 GB. The memory is huge, which is perfect for storing pictures, music and video clips. Also, the phone is quad band, so it works everywhere in the world with international roaming. Finally, the phone boosts a great sound for music connoiseurs with mega bass and many other functions. Just buy this phone, and you will be glad you did.

I love music so this was the perfect phone for me. The sound is excellent and the camera is very good to however the only problem is that the 512mb memory isn't enough for all the songs I want to put on but it would be for many other people. Even if it isn't enough memory, you can get a 2gb memory card for �20 and a 1gb one for a little less. I think that there is no comparison between the walkman and the ipod. The ipod nano is more expensive than this (even with the 2gb memory card), the walkman has much better headphones and is also a phone. So all in all, this phone is worth the money and is perfect for any music lover.

really brilliant phone, does everything perfectly. i bought mine for �90 by trading in my old phone. a really solid, compact phone which is also a decent camera and an mp3 player, a radio too. the earphones that come with it are of very high standard, which if bought alone cost around �25 to �30, they can cope with huge amounts of bass with out breaking up at all (the EQ system built in is really customizable to get just the right sound and there are also presets such as bass, mega bass, treble boost etc). the photos i have taken are printable, and im not a photographer! if you want a phone that does the basics really well (calling, texting due to a spread out, easy to use keypad) plus a camera and a very good mp3 player then i really recommend this phone. for �90 if u have a phone to trade in, i dont think you could get a better deal than that at the moment.

I came from a Sony Ericsson Z1010, one of the so called "3" mobiles. I must say that I initially was a bit dissapointed, but after using it a couple of days - setting things up the way I want them to, I have changed my mind. This is simply the best phone I have ever had. Period. Walkman - Check Radio - Check Memory Card (for transfering files and storing music, pictures, video.) - Check Good Earphones - Check Wap and internet - Check 2 Megapixel Camera - Cehck Oh, and it acts as a phone too!!! :p

BRILLIANT PHONE! I definitly recommend it. VERY GOOD quality - MP3, Camera (considering it's a walkman phone, for music, but the camera is brilliant), plenty of storage, quality pictures, videos and tons more excellend things. I had a Nokia 6230i and got the W810i, and i am definitly impressed, it's got everything. Really simple to use aswell and MP3 sounds great on loudspeaker!

it is very good mobile with excellent features, very good camera and walkman is rocking, i actually bought it because it is too light weight than any other phone which are available in this range, it just 99g. excellent sound quality, mindblowing camera result, 512 mb memory it is quite good. enjoy the phone and dnt think too much just buy it.....

The w810i is brilliant! ive conviced all my friends to buy this phone. only problem is that you'll have to buy a 1gb memory stick because i couldn't get everything on 512mb stick, you can find these quite cheaply on ebay. its won loadsa awards just go on the sony ericsson website 4 more details. 10/10 well done sony ericsson!

I have the W810i White and its awesome. Camera and vid quality is excellent and the phone is very user friendly considering its array of features. If i was to Knit-pick then there is no cover for the camera lens and the small hole where the microphone is gathers dirt easily and i have to use the wifes toothbrush to remove it!!!! All in all though, an excellent phone and top value for money and ive no regrets buying it.

Oh dear God no. I have this phone. It's all great to start off with. The camera seems great. The walkman feature seems great. Everything seems great. Then it breaks. I'd love to say that I guess I was just unlucky, so I send off for a replacement after the backlight died on it. I get a new phone as a straight swap on the door from my provider. Great! Brilliant phone. Oh wait, what? A week later it stops charging. If I plug in the charger, nothing happens. If I plug in the hands free, it thinks its charing but never gains any battery life, but drains it quicker than without it plugged in. I plug in the USB and it's fine, but it charges so slowly. So guess what? I send off for another one from my provider. Another straight swap on the door. Yay. Working phone. Oh wait, is that another problem I see? Damn. The camera doesn't work. Wait wait, yes it does. Oh no, it's gone again. Lets send off for my FOURTH one. I get this in the post and it's all great... until I put a MemoryStick in. "MemorySti ck not inserted". Well what the hell is that blue thing in the MemoryStick slot then?! I take it out, put it in my PSP and it works fine. All my music and photos are there. Put it in my laptop, it's fine. Put it back in the phone, "MemoryStick not inserted". This is the point when I just give up. This is a bad phone. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants a working phone. I can't wait to get rid of the horrid thing and get a phone that actually WORKS.

SonyEricsson is really holding the line with the W810i. This is another great phone and I have been using it for a while. I could not find any major problems with it, except the sound quality issues at lower volumes (distortion, noise). I guess that I have to learn to live with it, and if you are just walking on the streets or flying on an airplane, you won't recognize the sound issues. You will only enjoy the MegaBass (this really makes the bass sound amazing) function and the cool looking of the phone. If you are searching for real quality mp3 playing, don't buy a walkman phone. No Nokia, No SE, No any others. Buy Sennheiser HD212 PRO headphones and a decent HDD mp3 player... :-)That will do the job. Or you can maybe try to crack the firmware, replace the audio drivers (I am not 100% sure if they help) and loose the warranty... It's your choice but I think that all I wanted from a phone I could find in this one, the camera, the media player, the look, the function ality is... 5stars.

The first day I tried it, I was totally blown away at the features and what I could do with this phone. The size is not too big and not too small where it gets too hard to use. The memory card on the side is a great option. I don't use my regular camera as much anymore because using this phone is great for close ups.

Bought this Mobile, Sony Ericsson W810i a month and a half back. Thought of Buying Motorola Rizr but didnt regret after buying this. Afterall it is walk man series so can expect Good Quality music with good quality head phone. Apart from that it has a good camera too and plenty of memory to store. The only drawback i got from this Mobile is Battery. Its not evn coming a day. Is anyone facing the same problem. I use GPRS everytime In a day 20 Hrs i will be online with GPRS may be it is a reason. Overall a good quality with good price to afford.

Thus phone is sweet as a nut but the phone just keeps getting the 'white screen of death' where the phone will just die. Recommend trying it but its a big risk. Really disappointed as there aren't other phones like it. Only 2 stars.

Amazing price for what it does. The spec is very good and the camera is excellent. The mp3 is great quality (when it works) and I like the look of the phone. Only bad thing is that I bought it from orange and had to take it back because the speaker was faulty (only weeks from when I bought it). They replaced it quite easily and now and I have had the new one for a few days, guess what, the speaker is faulty on this one aswell-must be a faulty batch! Probably going to take it back soon, hope the next one isn't faulty aswell! Don't let this put you off though, because this is an excellent phone for the price!

Cleary the best phone ever!!!! Has everything! An excellent camera(2 megapixels),a music player which plays quality music, lots of memory for storing files, a radio which has RDS, bluetooth and infrared included, a USB cable which comes with the package for transfering files from PC to phone and vice versa. I agree with Becky, you won't regret buying it. Definitely the best mobile phone ever.

Got the phone today!! Its oldish now, but if your thinking about buying it today, it is the best phone on the market for �100-150. Outstanding finish, brilliant music player. If you have vista though it is a no no. I have it BUTTTTT I have a PSP with loads of music on, so I update the music on that and use the stick in the phone. Works like a charm. :)

Dont think about it...buy it now! I broke my Samsung and opted to go for a pay as you go for under 100, since my upgarde will be due in a few months time. Ive always liked this phone however never played with it and i had a very bad previous experience with SE's so i was pretty reluctant. Anyway, I got went to Carphonewarehouse and this was on offer for about 99 quid with 10 quid of credit on PAUG. Best thing for me was that the phone was unlocked. I got the phone, gave the orange sim and credit away to a friend and stuck my t-mobile sim in it. I have to say without a doubt, this is the best phone ive owned to date. Does everything you want it to do and you can customise it whatever way you want. There are lots of themes/games etc you can download from internet sites for free, plus have sat nav or google maps, mini opera browser (which with edge is pretty fast). Then there is the walkman which is fantastic...i can really go on and on about it. The menu of the SE takes a day or so to get used to but apart from that i cannot fault this phone. Well done SE...just a shame it took me a year to buy it!

I only got this phone yesterday and i have already had a few problems with it. I was trying to delte something and it wouldn't let me. I went to play something from the walkman and it just made a cracking sound but no music. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Oh yh and the battery goes up and down! But bsides that the phone is awesome!!!!

i have had this phone for 6 months and it has been nothing but trouble. everything appears to work, but the bluetooth hardly ever switches on, even after repeated restarts. also the camera is quite good but there is about a 3 second delay from pressing the shutter button, which most of the time doesent work. i know this may be just 1 bad product but i am never going to buy a sony ericsson again.

The w810i is sick. I am very impressed with the compatibility and the diversity of the phone. The sound quality is great, the picture quality is awesome for the 2 megapixel, and the camera options are impressive. yaaa, i bought this phone last year.i found it really exellent.it has a high resolution camera of 2.0 mega pixels.above all it has a gr8 sound system with 3 stereo speakers, and with mega bass system it sounds just like woofers.in my opinion it is exelent phone.it eorking v.good since last year.i m lovin it...!!!

had this fone for about a month now and i lov it! i even got a 2gb memory for it and ive got over 300 songs on it lots of pics and vids! and its still got lots of memory! i lov the headfones coz they fit rite inside ya ears and dont fall out! music sounds gr8.its easy to txt from.so if ur gonna get 1 ov these then get a 2gb memory especially if ur like me and u lov ure music LOVE SONY ERICSSON !!

I just bought this phone 3 days ago. Read great reviews. Unfortunately when I got it home windows would not recognize the software it came with, it was not Vista friendly. I was so upset, The retailer said I may have to pay a return charge because of the policy. I call Sony Ericsson and glad I did. They assurred me that a Vista software will be ready by July. I have to wait a couple months to get it's full enjoyment. Because of my disapointment I will give it a 4 star.

very good phone,hold so many songs its unbeliveable. I heard rumours that put over 100 songs and your phone freezes when you are trying to answer the phone, while playing music. Nope worked perfectly but signal was problem. Brand nwe it was great,then got worse. Stil got lyk 3 or 4 bars but sometimes should get better.

the phone comes with 3 working ring tones the rest are all blocked so you cannot use the factory rings as rings or even as alarm tones this is not a defect this was done intenionally , out of 7 ring tones i just downloaded off the phones preset internet on the sites provided 2 work as ring tones the other 5 i can listen to but cant use as a ring , but a polyphonic phone at least you have a large variety of free rings that came with it that work , all brands makes and models use to have around 30 ring tones that came with it for free that you could use for daily alarms o, one time alarms, ring tones , profile tones , assigned rings , personalized rings game backrounds, even for each text message , and you never had to deal with what you can and cannot do with a ring the phone came with , buy an old polyphonic phone cherrish it and for get the new tech with all its restricions and politics... its just a phone

Its a good phone, but it sometimes turns itself off, and the MP3 player starts to make funny noises sometimes... this is probably due to the fact it got wet!!! but generally an excellent phone.

Have to say this is the best phone I have ever had.. And I have had so many (nokia, samsung, motorola etc) I forget which..! Have never had a problem with it, no tech faults, usability issues etc. Although you can sometimes switch the walkman on by accident in your pocket.. (key lock helps, i guess...) Easy to add tunes from computer and vice versa, looks great, sound is awesome and it's compactness is as good as you are going to get.. If I had one issue with it, it would be the fact that it is damn hard to find... being black it can be easy to lose... spent 10 mins once trying to find it in the car after it had dropped down between the seats.. silver would have been easy to spot..!! But I guess the answer is not to drop it.. Lol.. Oh.. another issue is that you can't charge and listen to tunes at the same time.. with headphones that is..!! Very annoying..!! Have been going through all these reviews since it is upgrade time.. and to be honest.. gonna stick with this since I have not been persuaded by any other phone on the market..!! Fancied the Nokia N95... One day standby..!! No use to man or beast..!! Fly to Australia with a phone full of tunes and will conk out before you got halfway there...!! Waste of time until they sort the battery out..! This the the Delta Bravo of all phones over the last 2 years..!! Can't recommend it more..!! Rock on Sony Ericsson.. Viking heros..!!

This is the best phone i have ever use, when compare with k750i, the screen quality is better, just that the sound quality is lower a little bit.. just a little... Not much.. But it is definitely clearer and less treble sound when put in ringtone than the k750i ..I like it because it is a walkman phone and it got everything you need. Plus it is Not as bulky as the w850i.. walkman phone need to be small -__^ o you can carry around easily

Totally amazing phone! i have had it since christmas 2007 and i absoloetly love it. Sadly i am getting the samsung d900 tommorow. But the w810i is soo easy to use and i mean it. The sound quality is excellent and you even have an equliser so if you dont like the sound of someones voice, you can turn the oice volume down. Pretty good camera but the only thing is that you have to keep your hand really still if you're taking a picture. All in all its the best phone iv'e ever had. I upgraded to it from the sony ericsson s700i and although the s700i is a lot bigger it isnt as far as good. GET IT PLEASE!

I had this phone after loosing my k750i. The phone was amazing did everything you wanted it to do. I brought the 2gb memory card to store all my music on and its worth it. yeah!!! i have this phone and it is the best!! i've had it since july 2006 so it's gettting a bit old and i'm lookin for an upgrade soon but it is still a hard phone to beat. my friend got the newest sony ericsson walkman w880i or something and it is really nice but this phone has everything good whereas hers is just music really and doesn't have as good camera feature as this phone does. I was a bit jealous of her phone because it had more memory than mine- i had 512mb and she had 1gb but then my dad bought me a 2gb for this phone and now this phone is absolutly perfect and i'm now unsure of what phone to upgrade to since mine is so good already!!! Anyway, LOVE THIS PHONE!!

I LOVE THIS PHONE!i had a keyocera slider that had nothin on it. this phone is amazing! i luv the size, and the camera. i also really like that when you go into a dareker place or room the kepad gets brighter and so does the screen! it is an AMAZING phone. it has music, radio almost anything i can possibly think of for a phone. it has great service as well(try cingulair)you deffinetley hav to get this phone. i hav had it for 5 days and i am in love with it. i still didnt learn the phone completley bc there is soo much on this phone!!!! You have to buy it! (i always get complements on this phone too)

It was a toss up between the K800,W850 and the W810i. Wasn't sure at the beginning because the write ups on the k850 (which is now a year old)wern't too good.The 850 I tried in a T-Mobile shop seemed a bit tired and the slide mech had given up...limp...worn out,nasty.So it had to be the 810i...WOW what a machine,very very nice and understated.I have yet to use all the applications but first impressions are A1 !!

The features of this phone is qaulity in the making, it has an outstanding camera and the video quality is much better than my previous k750i, themes are really good, the colour is wicked plus its so brighter, ringtones & radio are much louder which I like and this phone has everything to compete with!!!!!!!! SE RULES, nokia sucks. Get this phone if you love qaulity!!!!!!!!!!

This phone is very good and having exchanged my K610i (which would have been my perfect handset if it had a decent camera) for this I've noticed few deficiencies. For "flight mode" read "Walkman mode" since with the phone deactivated the music is all you can access, none of the other fun features. On the k610i all of the non-transceiver feaures could be accessed in flight mode (listen to music and play games at the same time). Also I find the Photo DJ harder to access on the W810i. On the K610i it could be accessed straight from taking a picture, no messing about in the file manager. Having said that the photos on the Walkman model are excellent. I printed a 6x4 (10x15cm) without any tweaking at all and it was almost as good as from my Pentax compact. That, for me, is far more important than having a 3g phone. The sound is pretty good too. I'm not sure the Walkman branding has made a huge difference to the sound quality. Use the manual settings on the k610i equalize r and it wasn't bad at all. That said, the Walkman model is a complete entertainment package in your pocket; games, great photos, video clips, music, radio. All in all a really useful gadget to take on a journey.

hmmmmmm...... my friend has this phone and i was abit jelous at 1st when i started to experiance it; very big shame. Really, big, LAME, product!!! on the hole because the mexa pixel camara at 2 was puny compared to the N95 5 mega pixel and well how shall i put it average phone. low reception, high memory = damages the battary power. Anser: Unless you have a memory stick/card. (for phone) Downloadable video succcess well its a failure sorry to say not even possible, SE <<<< its a hmmm with the phones.

I had one of these then swapped it for a D900, ehich weas a bad move!!! the w810i is fantastic, great camera, sounds brilliant, and its built like a tank! i just orderd a new one!!!

got this phone and love it! the only problem is deciding what to get next, there doesn't look like there is anything else out there that is so much better!everything is brilliant, faultless except for video calling but not a big problem! defiantly buy one

Great phone 10/10 but slightly unreliable software. My w810i is about 3 weeks old and already is gettin annoying. Sometimes music can't play, sometimes it flashes white randomly, and now none of my games can load and i cant even install new games. "operation failed" Sometimes when I try to listen to music it says that I need the Disc2Phone software to put the music on, but that software is a load of **** taking like 2 minutes to put one song on. And I don't know why but dust gets into that little light detector at the front above the screen making it look weird compared to my nice phone......

ive had this phone for a week now, replacing a samsung x820. one of the main reasons for switching was the terrible battery life on the samsung. some people have complained here about the battery on the w810i but i charged it on monday and its friday now and still have half the battery left. and i keep fiddling with it. great. otherwise very easy to use, texting is simple, camera is fine, was very easy to transfer music from CD's. all in all probably the best phone ive had so far, and ive had a lot!

the sony-e w810i is a very good phone it is simple and easy to use it is great if you like listening to music playing games and just basicly like phones. i would advise you to buy this phone if you arelooking for a reasonably priced phone!!

This phone is AMAZING!!! It's got bluetooth it's got a camera it can film, the camera quality is excellent and you can play music when you're on the go. And of course it can go on the internet. I would recommend this phone to anyone. It has good games too. There are newer versions of Sony Ericssons but I think this is the best, and it has a great design to fit in your pocket. The walkman is great, you can download music onto it from the phone internet. If you're thinking of buying this phone well trust me, you'll have a great time with it.
