ive bought this fone 3 times... and only once the buttons cracked and the shop refused to replace it. overall its a great phone. (y)

I have had this phone for nearly a month now and so far i am really impressed with it some people are saying how bad it is and complaining about keys cracking but i think thats to people being to rough with it i sent hundreds of texts a month and have had on problem so far but i suppose i will have to wait and see. it is pretty easy to use and you can get osme great thenes for it. i definetaly recommend it

after 2 weeks of buying this phone all my keys had spilt in half and the slide broke. i took it back and got a new one as it was a fault 3 weeks after having this new phone i noticed a small crack in the corner which has now developed to a full blown black crack over the whole of my screen if ur clever and dont want to waste ur money do not buy this phone!!!!!!!!!!

i know 8 people with the same phone and all of ours have broken within two weeks. this is not due to negligience as we have all had the same problem. i think the battery is weak or the screen is faulty. either way dont bother. only plus is its slim , cheap and good music.

I would definitely stay away from this phone. I had the choice of the K800i or the W580i and I would definitely choose the K800i. I even has a better camera with flash. Anyway, I have had this phone since October (9 months) and I have only been able to use it for 6 of those months in total. That's because around every 3 months it decides to break. The first time the slider randomly stopped working, I had no access to the top row of phone keys, and the top half was at a 45 degree angle to the main body of the phone. So I had to send it in to Sony Ericsson (because Carphone Warehouse's 1 month limited warranty SUCKS) for repairs. They took 1 month. 1 whole months of coping with a really rubbish Motorola L6. (shudder) The second time, I was listening to music, and the speaker randomly stopped working. I didn't know when I was getting an incoming call, I couldn't even hear battery low sounds. Once again, a month of Motorola L6. The third time (2 weeks ago), I had recorded some video of the last day of school to put on my YouTube account. So I plugged it in my computer to upload them, I pressed File Transfer mode, and the phone DIED! It wouldn't do anything apart from show the really pretty (but ultimately useless) side lights. I decided to unplug it and try rebooting it. All I got was the flashing red light from under the "c" key. That means the phone committed suicide. Once again, I am coping with the rubbish L6 by Motorola. Buy it now if you enjoy limited storage space, rubbish speakers and a unusable camera! But that's for another review. Both the phones I have are AWFUL. I think I want a Nokia phone again...

Ohh Mii Daii's This Phne Is Rubbish !!! Its The Worst Phone Ive Ever Had !!! Iv Had Three Alredy,, The Keys Break,, And The Phone Just Goes Blank. I Wouldent Reccomend This Phone To AnyOne Espeshially Iv You Drop Or Scratch Your Phne Alot. On The Plus Side Its Got A Good Bass And Compy HeadPhones. But I FilleD My One Gig Memory Card After A Week :S.

this fone is amaaaaaazin. ive had it 6 months and no problems wat so ever. my keys havnt cracked and i txt quite a lot. it mite b becos i've got mine in black and i got the second series in 2008. brilliant fone!! :D

I brought this phone last friday and it is the best phone i have had for a long time, i like the shake when you want to change the songs, i think its really cool the way it lights up with the different effects, the camera is good as well. i would recommend this phone to people go out and get it!! i got the GREY one

To Be Honest , i think that it is a great phone and if you be carful with the key they dont break so like all thoose people that moan about them breaking they dont i would reccomend it. I really like this Phone it looks great. The shake control is brilliant. I think the camera is acutally good. The earphones are great they stay in your ears well. I really really really really really really really really like it you should get it if you want the best phone that looks great too. Really good phone from sony ericsson. x

Theres so many things wrong with this phone, its the worst phone ever. I mean the Nokia (brick) phone from ages ago didn't even have colour and that was better than this, it never went blank or the keys didn't crack. I got the phone for christmas and within 5 weeks my number 2 key had already cracked, so had to get it repaired. Then in March my phone kept saying insert memory card and another key cracked. Then in May the LCD in my screen went that cost me �19.95 and now the screens going again but this time it just goes blank but the light in my keys still show but i can't see anything. I really do regret getting this phone because its the worst phone i've ever had and in the time I've had it, its probably been away getting repaired more than I've had it. I love Sony Ericsson phones but this phone is very disappointing. I'd say don't get it to anyone in the right mind who's actually thinking about getting it. Please recommend a really good phone because I need a new one. But Sony Ericsson won't let me have one will they.

HATE IT!!!! my phone has been sent away 3 times i would never recommend this to anyone it's totally rubbish i hate it, hate it, hate it!!!! the buttons carack , it freezes all the time and has a mind of its own! no-one should buy this phone it only disappoints. the only good thing is that with a memory card it holds quite a few songs but evrything else is terrible!!!!!!

the phone is great it has outstanding text quality and also the speakers are very loud just like they should be on a music phone and also I have had no problems USING IT it is also indstructable and i think this phone would last me a long time and i haVE ALREADY had it a year and it is still in top notch

I have had this phone for a week or so now.. its wonderful.. a wonderful sleek look.. the wlkman is good.. hopefully it stays like this.. i give it 5 stars for its look alone!!!

Bought this phone in December 2007. Having read through the reviews there are three major errors with this phone, one irritation and one thing that seems to work with everyone else and not for me. One of my keys has cracked, the screen froze so I had to take it back to be repaired and now its saying the memory card won't work, it keeps saying there isnt one in there. My irritation is that there is no flash and also my shake control doesnt work. So it looks like I am going to have to take it back! AGAIN!

WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER HAD! LOOKS AMAZING GREAT FEATURES AND WALKMAN GREAT! BUT THE MANUFACTURING IS AWFUL I KNOW 5 OF MY FRIENDS HAVE THE PHONE AND HAVE AHD THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH BUTTONS CRACKING AND BREAKING! I've had this phone since Christmas and i have had it repaired 4 times. The buttons kept cracking through no fault of my own and now, no matter how hard i push, i cannot slide the phone open. It may appear to be a good phone, it has good features and a good camera, but overall I think that you should avoid this phone at all costs. I'm replacing it with the N73.

Ive had the phone for a couple of days, i dont understand people moaning about the keys cracking because i dont see that happening. In my opinion the fone is great. Just a few minor details. 1) There should be a setting where you can turn the lights off all together to save battery life. 2) I Know i said the buttons dont crack for me yet, but i am finding it harder to text. The buttons should be more firm. All in all good phone, just sony need to work on it alittle. Peace.

my mate has ths phone ans she said that it is rubbish coz the buttons have cracked and the back keeps coming of and sometimes the music does no play out loud. and she is fed up and wants a new one. so any1 wanting to by this phone don't coz it will do ur heading

My Phone and most of friends who got this phone has all done the same thing , the keys have cracked and it goes fuzzy after 5 secounds not being able to take a pictures witht eh screen doubling or going lots of different mixed up colours i have to turn my phone on about 5 times just for it to do this. other wise i have to find everythink with a blank screen and this isnt helpful when you want to text or look at a picture :/ it was great the first two mounths but i had to go and get it fixed becuase it wouldnt turn on no matter what and its being fixed again right now as the lights have frooze and im sick of it going fuzzy and trying to work things in the dark My advice DONT GET THIS PHONE (unless u dont mind wasting your money)

I had the w580i brought for me as an 18th birthday present unaware of the problems that were ahead. I have had nothing but HASSLE with this phone!!! Firstly my keys started to crack then the microphone was loose and then the lights decided to play up. we sent the phone back to Sony ericsson loads of times but they didnt seem to fix the problem. everytime my phone came back it was still broken. they dont even replace faulty phones with brand new ones. they keep trying to give me a refurbished phone but last time they did that that phone was faulty to. my advice never buy a phone from sony ericsson or orange. neither of the companies care about their customers. The staff at both orange and sony ericsson are also very rude. why should they be rude to us when we are within our rights to want a new phone?! we have wasted a lot of money on this phone and are not impressed. i was told by a memebr of staff in orange that this phone was faulty and it had a fault that Sony ericsson were aware of but hadnt bothered to fix. i know many people who have had this phone and have nothing but problems to. it is APALLING!!!

The phones the perfect phone! It's accompanied by shake control and sweet lighting at the sides and the front! I got it in white and it looks stunning, the keys DONT crack unless dropped really hard or forced/tampered.

I have one right and all the backs fell off the on buttons fell off (so now i cant turn it bak on) the battery is shyt so wen it turns off cos ov low batery i cnt turn it bak on i find meself sat bitin at were the button was for about and our before it comes bakk onn the internet doesnt work even if they say its all sorted n al but i proper love listenin too tunes on ti and wiv da speekers its mint tha memory has like up to 200 songs or smat i have 93 on nd its no where neere fuul the cameras good quality too and it has blue tooth

had this phone for about a week and i love it to bits so far. i love being able to count my steps and find out how far ive walked and the shake control for the walkman is awesome. tad annoying having to set up things like picture messages but it is worth it. does seem to run out of battery but may be because i have been using it constantly asit is my first phone, but i will calm down...eventually. the head phones are a bit of a futter and listening to the radio is too cos you have to pllug in the hands free, but i really love it. i would sugest anyone to get it. the camera is annoying as you are only able to zoom in video mode, which is strange and there is no flash, but appart from that very responsive. although the memory card that comes with it is quite samll bigger ones are compatable for small prices. ooo and the lighting on it is incredibly funky. once again i love it and hope it will be good btw peole that have major poblems with battery will be because they don't take care of it and the same with breaking keys, too strong or fingers are too big rebecca

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THIS PHONE! The phone itself for me has not lasted more then 5 mounths and I have treated it like gold! It is made very poorly, whereas the irriplacable case is coming off, and that all the keys at the front of the phone, plus the camera have ceased to work due to the flimsy, loose connections and design..

the phone is ok its pretty enough, the keys break for everyone give it a month and they will be cracked, you can zoom in on camera mode if you lower the resolution. plus mine has no started saying its sending messages when it isnt which is blocking up my actual messages. i used to work for a branch of carphone warehouse and we had at least two complaints about this phone every single day!

Hey, if anyone is having problems with their phone and the sim not being recognised then you need to push the sim card right in. I know it slides out on its own when you remove the battery, however, you need to push it right in until it clicks. The sim will then be recognised and no more problems with the phone freezing problems will stop. Hope that helped :) I'd like to thank my genius brother Scoot who sussed this out.

have had this phone for a week when the no 2 button cracked took it back an dgot a replacement straight away, was told that it wouldnt happen again. A month later the 2 is crackd again the bit at the bottom comes off. the battery is rubbish barely lasts a day, the phone keeps freezing and stops working, wrecks my hed. i absolutely hate this phone the only thing i like is the stepomoter.... thats cool. Rubbish phone wish i never got it

The phone is absolutly useless its looks and feels good but the phone itself is unreliable, My 1st one broke after a day the phone kept crashing and giving black screens whiule using the phone. 2nd one buttons craked shake stoped working after about a week then the vibration died aswell. then to add insult to injury the phone will ring as if theres a call when there is not one. Trust me these new stylish slide phones from Sony are not reliable look the part but dont act it. i sugest you stick to the traditional non slide versions of sony as they can have a right bashing and still work.

this phone is quite good i must say, however the buttons do crack if u text quite alot and the back and ok buttons dont work after a while aswell as the up button. 7 of my friends have this phone and we all have the same problem. the memory ok and so is the camera. i have had my phone from the beginning of october and have got a new one 2day so i have had my phone for 9months and to be honest that is long enough for me. i would recomend the phone if you do not mind he odd crackd button but if you do then this is not the phone for you, although it does look nice lol

Hello! I work for Orange @ constantly hear problems about this phone from the keys cracking to the phone crashing. Basically...if ur put off my the idea of the keys cracking dnt wry...u can hardly notice it & they function in exactly the same way. As for the crashing problem, all u need to do is download the lasted software version from the sony erricson website -sorted! Dnt let these reviews put u off, I love this phone!

i bought this phone two months ago as i was sick of my LG viewty, i bought it in pink, and its already cracked and its refusing to turn on, im deeply annoyed with it, as i thought it was the perfect phone, it was small light and girlie, DO NOT BUY! im going to exchange it for a new and different phone!

iv had this phone 3 months and is the worst phone iv eva had the led lights have stoped working my keys have cracked it charges when it wants when you slide it up nd down its rather grainy asif grit is in the runners...i really wouldent buy this phone highly over priced!

I had this phone a few months but as soon as i got it the keys broke, but if you bought it from carphone warehouse they repair it free! The phone is good but my friend dropped it on a carpet, quite lightly by accident, the front, the keys and the screen fell off. I managed to fix the screen but the front wont go on properly. If your'e accident prone I would definitly avoid this phone.

This Phone Is Rubbish. I Had Mine Less Than 4 Months Before About 3 Keys Cracked Shortly After The Main Buttons Stopped Working And The Phone Was More Or Less Usless. Its A Very Bad Phone From Sony.

the phone overall is a very awesome phone.. but if your a big texter like me then your keys will break =[ i had one for 1 month and broke my 1,3,4 key and i got another one for free and had this one three weeks and i've broke my 1,3,4,7,9,space key already... but they still work.. if u dont care about that flaw then get it!! =]

Hi This is a very good phone, lots of excellent features but there is a big downside, I am now taking my second handset back to the shop as the keypad has cracked. The first handset lasted 13 weeks and this one has lasted 15 weeks. Will be asking for a refund of different phone as not prepared to have another handset break on me. It is such a shame though as the w580i is one of the nicest, easiest to use phones I have seen in a long time.

this phone iz brill i've had it since january and the buttons do crack but it doesn't stop it from workin. the memory iz reali cool ive got 138 songs on my phone and it still got loads of room left . itz gr8 4 textin , callin, and receivin calls. itz a good service where eva u r its even a gr8 service line in DISNEY LAND . i got about 400 photos on my fone but if u wanna get a sony ericson get diz 1 ...itz da best !!!!!!!!

I LOVE this phone! Mine is the Jungle Green version and it's lovely. I have had no problems with keys breaking/not working. It comes with a USB to transfer photos/music/videos. It also comes with a 512mb memory card. You can put youtube videos on it (maybe even DVDs if you want). The Sony Ericsson w580i is a awesome phone!

Am not impressed at all :( just gt it today and a can't get it to charge :( the battery is completely dead bt its just flashin wen a try to turn it on:(! its been on charge for ages...still no joy!! HELPP!!!! Its a gorgeous fone and a like the features & stuff but am not impressed with this battery chargin situation!

So I got this phone at Christmas and it is now July. At first people kept complaining about theirs but I found no fault to mind..until May or so the phone's buttons were cracking and splitting and until last night the phone wouldn't let people hear them on the phone I could only hear them. Good memory etc but very fragile and the paint DOES come off. Oh and another thing! They send me my text messages about an hour after they are sent by the person. Not very pleased with this phone...

The w580i is a very sencitive phone but the buttons are really creapy because they breack every once in a while. Also the camara is 2 megapixels with no flash lights whitch is a shame, other than that everything is perfect.

ONLY THE FIRST RELEASE BATCH HAD FAULTY KEYS!!! I've had my w580i for about 3 weeks now and love it. I have a 4GB M2 in it and have tonnes of music and TV episodes on it. The video and music features are great, the battery life is impressive and all the normal phone functions are great, even the camera is good (for 2 MPixels). Highly Recommended!

This is the best all-rounder phone ever for its price range. I've had it for over 5 months and have had no problems with the keys or anything. The music player is great with decent capacities. Its slim and easy to use, and a decent camera. The pedometer comes in handy too. Soo many people I know have this phone and for good reason. Best value for money phone out. 5 stars

I have already had to repair this phone once a few months ago when the two arrows on the left & the up arrow stopped working, 2 keys also cracked. I now have exactly the same problem but 5 keys have now cracked, i have heard that this is a common problem with this phone.

Ya, I got this phone at the weekend, Within a day of having it it broke. I noticed there was a crack in the button when i bought it. ( Bottom left soft key ) And i didnt think much of it, Till i found out that the memory card kept pushing itself out from where it was meant to be. And also whenever i was in the middle of listening to my music, It'd just suddenly say playback failed. Id have to turn it off then on again. Then the music and pictures and videos id taken would return, but shortly itd all happen again. I havent had any number buttons break yet. I have noticed though, how everythign seems to delete itself and the phone does crash. The cameras pretty good. And i like the memory of the phone and stuff and the walkmans great. The sound quality is good too. But unless youre loaded and dont care about constantly replacing it or whatever problems ive read from all these reviews, then id just avoid the phone. I thought itd be a great buy. But from some rumours ive heard, Sony Ericssons have gone WAYYY downhill and are unreliable. The W330i is probably the best phone ive owned. Ive dropped it so many times, and it hasnt broke, cracked or anything gone wrong with it. So to compare the two, id choose the W330i against the W580i.

i have had this phone for like 3 months maybe.. after my last one got stolen to be honest its not very satisfying. its fine at the beginning but recently it has been freezing a lot.. and i mean ALOT and i cant do anything with it.. i have no iedea why?:S.. well anywayz thats one if the disadvantages.. .. the good thing about the phone is it loks good. has good speakers, easy to txt and call... pretty good all round except the freezing problem...

Excellent phone! Lots of great features and the screen is really clear and bright! Cameras ok but for �90 it's good. Keys havn't cracked (yet) fingers crossed! Very good phone - would recommend it to people who listen to music and like fashion phones!

I had this phone last week in pink it's rly pretty but the keys are sticking, the musics fine but the cameras nt all that great. The phone is average although it looks good its not all that great at all sorry sony ericsson but it's not the best! I would definately reccomend the k770i its the best everr coz its gt a brill camera and everythings wicked! ty sony ericsson 4 this all rounder everyone reading this look at the K770i !!!

I don't really understand why all ur phone's keys keep cracking because i hav had this phone 4 half a year now and not one key has snapped and i send up 2 20 texts a day. I think the camera is really good and so is everything else on the phone. in my opinion it is a must hav!!!

I hate this phone! Ive had it 4 months or so and my second model has conked! First time it was cracked keys, now this time my *key dosnt work!! How annoying, my provider is O2 Online, so I have to return it by post everytime and everything I download onto it disappears every time. Camera is rubbish too, it dosnt zoom in and displays the picture with a massive border round it so the picture is tiny. Its rubbish, and Im stuck with this phone for 18 months!

had this phone 5 months andhave had many problems including: turning itself on and off keys breaking or cracking memory card moving resulting in having to push down on the slot I've also had to push my simcard up into the slot as it kept moving and my phone kept saying "insert sim" so i now can't get my sim card out in future. the only good things about this phone is the loud speaker, nice design and good camera.

I got this phone in January and since then it has already been in for repair twice. all the keys keep cracking, one of the soft keys fell off. for awhile, the phone itself wouldn't even turn on. it is a very good phone, with a terrible design. i would not recommend this phone unless you can live with the keys constantly cracking. also, it has a rubbish camera compared to my old phone which was a samsung. i think that if the design on this phone was improved then it has the potential of becoming one of sony ericssons best phones. the design has really let it down, i really want a new phone and i'm disappointed.

I did love this phone when i first got it being an anniversary present and all. After 3 mnths I think it was the worst phone i've ever had. The buttons weren't working I sent it in to get fixed which took "28 days"! another 3 mnths later the same button stopped working again and the screen started cracking. VERY angry after going back to the retailer (carphone warehouse) they said they couldn't refund or replace or repair the phone without paying �45 for the cracked screen and free repairs of all the other parts. Icing on the caca cake the handsfree stops working in one ear. Steer clear for a personal present, purchase for your worst enemy.

I've had this phone since Marxch 2008, and it's not really that bad. However, a few of my buttons are cracked, which I thought was just from massively over using and texting, but when I've read the comments, it's obviously not because of that. When I set the theme I would like, the lights were blue, but after using the Walkman, they've gone yellow, and I really hate the yellow lights. But everything else is fine, my screen, my camera..... Does anyone know how to keep the lights blue, because my friends has exactly the same phone, and her lights stay blue. Thanks x

awesome features, if you can get past the fact that probably in the first month almost all of your keys will be cracked. Functional, but cracked.

This is a great phone. Despite all those reviews who say the keys break, ive had mine since christmas and had nothing wrong with it. It isnt perfect, but its a good phone. 4 stars

im only on my 2nd replacement bcuz of tha keys cracking but now 4 sum reason i cant access my camera. Everytime i click tha camera icon a thng pops up saying "Another Application is running close it and then start the camera." I hav checkd everything and hav yet 2 find tha problem. Im curently lookn 4 advice.

Nice features, but breaks down constantly: broken keys, broken bluetooth, broken sidekey, broken shortcut key. And half of these where after the replacement of my first phone. I've had half a dozen phones over the last 10 years, without any problems. I look after them, so this phone if duff. Avoid. (And a woman in phones4u let slip that a lot these were recalled by SE.)

I bought this phone about to months ago and the keys have cracked and the screen is dark i cant see anything and i dont know how to get my contacts off my tesco mobile sim but i really need a number i can't access does anyone know what to do? I AM FREAKINN OUT!!!

I have got this phone and it is a really good phone. The only problem is 3 of my keys have cracked! I am taking it back on saturday so i will expect a new phone! :D

i say dont buy it tbh.. the keys break & you cant use them as well.. all of my keys have fallen off for having the phone after 4 months.. the screen has started to fall down & the camera isnt that special.. one of the worst phones ive ever had.

i got dis fone at x mas last year the fone is rubbish the number keys have all cracked and the cover gets scratched really easy i am very disappointed in this phone DONT GET IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i left a comment before sayying that the fone was absolutley fine but now only 7 or 8 months after i got it ( i dont think that is a long time for a phone to last because i have had a nokia 6230 since 2004 and it still works fine to this day)the buttons diddnt crack but the walkman button was dodgy and if you pressed the plastic around it the walkman opens even if you press it lightly. that was really annoying because it went off at school and it was embarassing next i dont know if it was anything to do with o2 but the phone had really poor signal when out and about in place that orange and t mobile got signal just fine. then the speaker broke so if you pressed the plastic around the speaker slightly it would stopmaking sound. the sound eventually the speaker broke alltogether i tried to get a refund but they assumed i had thrown it. also the sliding felt really cheap and nasty and 2 scratches came in the blue paint on the back and this must be a design fault because it has happend to everyone else i know that has this phone. i was thinking about getting a k810i but ithink ill get a c902 hopefully it will be much better than this come on se sort it out go bak to making gd fones like the k800 and the w810!!!

i have had this phone since september 2007. it is the best phone i have ever had, however earlier this month the buttons stopped working. i took it in to my local orange shop and they have sent it off for repair free, due to a manufacturer fault. anyone who has had problems with the buttons are entitled to a free repair. if they charge you, you are being ripped off. other than the issue with the buttons, this phone is amazing with a fantastic memory and walkman player. i would recommend buying one now that the issue with the buttons has been resolved.

When buying this phone, I thought it would be as good as the last SE phone I had. I was totally wrong in that respect. Although my keypad never cracked, the camera was faulty, and blurry, the shake wouldn't always work, and the keypad was never comfortable. I basically got a refund from O2, as I was not having it

Hello there .. i am appaled of your make of you phone as my phone has crashed several times and as for my mates phone it was fine 1 minute then it crashed and never turnt on as the screen was broken! DONT BUY THIS PHONE!! =] x BUT A BETTER PHONE!!

Well nothing was wrong with my phone and iv had mine since christmas 2007. I wasnt having any troubles with it. When i looked at my phone my screen was dead it would turn on but there was on screen. Its was all lines and stuff going all down the screen. My mate had the same issue as this but had to pay money to fix it again. Im not happy with this.

Ive had this phone 7 months and already th "1" key is split and my screen freezes and then turns black or multicoloured. Not Happy,, its in for repair now and expected to be ready in 2 months!! DONT GET THIIS PHONE!! SO MANY OF MY FREINDS ((WITH THE SAME PHONE)) HAS STOPPED WORKING FOR VARIOUS REASONS.!

I have had this phone for 5 months and it had broken 4 times, it's speaker stops completely, all the buttons cracked and it turns it's self off also freezing and locking up!! I want a new phone!

best fone iv eva had brought a new memory card! found out i can also get new cases and sony erricson has sent me 50 per key replacement buttons because iv only eva had sony erricson worth 120 pounds! also looks great !!

I have had his phone for 4 months and have had only a 1 problem, the memory card keeps slipping out of place and my theme and wallpaper keep changing. Other than that the phone is average. It's good looking and easy to use although after around 3 months you do get bored if you like a high feature phone like me! However if you would like a basic phone thats easy to use then it's perfect, sadly I am already looking at newer more high-tech phones although I can't have one for a while. I have had absolutely no problems with cracking buttons so all in all I think it's a reasonably good phone.

The Phone looks good has plenty of features. But it is not fit for purpose. I will be on the third key pad in 6 months, also the top keys have stopped functioning. I can not under stand how Sony have got away with this under the trades description act. It is no good if you use the phone, it fails and has to go back for repair. Key pads lasting about three months. Sony said it has a 2 year warranty when I wrote them, what good is this if you keep having to take it back for a repair.

I have had this one for a year now, and i'm sort of happy with it. I havnt had any problem with it so far. The only downside that i could think of its the 2 megapixel camera and it has no light for the camera!

Have had this less that 4 months and I've had the key pad replaced twice! other than that no complains.. but its just annoying having to keep getting it fixed, i would avoid this phone.
