Reviewed by Sarah f on 05/05/2011 Really good phone , i diagree with the poor battery life becuase my phone lasted for ages after fully charge even when it was continously used so i think the battery life is brillant, i like the key bad easy to type also i dropped this phone alot it lasted through my bad handling for 2 years when it finally got ran over by a car :( , by far this is the best phone iv owned and iv had many expensive phones since. this was such a good phone that when i my contract ended and they asked which phone i would like to upgrade to , i asked if i could get the same phone again just different colour but sadly it had beeen discountiued :( due to so many faults from other phones same make guess i was one of the lucky ones that got the goood type Rating:

Reviewed by Prefer Not To Say on 05/04/2011 Hello, i just want to say to all the bad reviews, i've had this phone a month, but before that it had been used by my brother for a year and a half and its still in great condition. I believe not all of you are 100% careful but obviously there are faults with this phone because so many people are having trouble.. its 50/50 here all in all, i wouldn't reccommend this phone if your willing to pay an extra £10 or so because there are so many better ones even on second hand for the same price. by that i'm referring to the camera and the dodgy keys that were hard to get used to. Rating:
Reviewed by Kevin on 14/02/2011 I had this phone for atleat 3 years. This was my very first upgraded phone! The only thing that is "annoying"(for some) is the constant freezing/black screen of the phone; the most obvious solution is to remove the battery and place it back in. The camera is only 2MP but it is much better compared to *some nokia phones with 2MP because the quality is good when the surrounding is well lit, unfortunately it doesnt come with a flash to get that better quality when in the dark. I have also noticed the keypad, especially when I'm in a hurry and I need to send someone a message, so sadly I cannot type well on those tiny buttons. There are a lot of apps outthere that support different application like docs, pdf viewers, and such so it is pretty much useful. I dont mind about the battery life, but I know mine only lasts for a day if I put it on silent. The constant charging gets pretty irritating, however. Internet is okay, but I prefer wi-fi because it's free. :-p Oh yeah, the audio quality is also good; I only use mine for alarms. XD Lastly, I guess this phone is such a basic phone that it comes with all my basic needs. If you plan on buying this, an upgraded version or a more capable brand will be available in the market anyway. For me, I guess I had a great time using this phone; I don't mind the problems here, I'm used to them! 3 YEARS, HUH? Rating:
Reviewed by Mary on 31/10/2010 Well I've had this phone since August '09, on an 18 month contract and MY GOD am I happy to be getting a new one in a few months. I'd like to say that it was reliable, but it really wasn't. The disconnect key stopped working and I got it repaired, (for free. yay) but there are recurring problems such as freezing and crashing. The design is okay, but the quality of the make is terrible. It feels like it could fall apart at any moment, and the low quality plastic wears away easily. There are numerous scratches on the screen and the casing, with the battery cover weakening each day. The music player is terrible; you need to use sony ericsson earphones (which are terrible) and it makes the phone slowly grind to a halt. The internet browsing is acceptable for things such as facebook mobile and twitter mobile, but any proper web pages refuse to load. The camera is appalling - 2mp, having to grade down to vga to film or zoom. However, I do like the little button that brings up a pop up menu... and a few of the games are okay. The texting is reliable, but the calling is not. Hopefully this is taken off the market now. If you do see it and get tempted, I beg you not to buy it. Rating:
Reviewed by Elvar on 20/10/2010 The phone in itself is ok, but it restarts almost every time I get a text and at other random times. Rating:

Though the battery and camera are not that great, but overall its a phone you must have to make your friends jealous... well mine surely are:) and hv even told me to seach their rooms in case my phone is stolen..:) Rating:

Reviewed by MissM on 16/03/2010 This phone is VERY durable, it's only just messed up now after about 2 years, after i smashed it very hard onto the wall last night! but it still turns on and i can recieve calls, only the screens blacked out. I would definetly recommend it as a small easy to use phone, although it doesn't have the latest apps etc, but if you upload you're pics onto the computer through USB cable, they turn out really good.Great phone overall, hopefully i will be able to repair it. Reviewed by Hanna M on 26/01/2010 I completely agree with the review above. Not worth the money. Battery last at most a day and a half, keyboard is uncomfortable and has already stopped working (after having the phone for only a year), and the phone freezes and restarts itsself quite regularly. Waste of money. Rating:

Reviewed by Gyles on 04/01/2010 Please dont buy this phone, hang-up key broke after about 6 months, it has become continually slow in loading messages and new screens since the 8-12 month mark and it tends to crash every now and then. battery life after 20 months is about 1-2days if your not calling much and significantly less if you are. as you can read it is similar to what other people have experianced. best thing i can say is that it looks really nice and it hasn't completely broken. Reviewed by Kelsey on 31/12/2009 this phone is good at the start, but it has been playing up recently, the screen goes black and it freezes, which means you have to take out the battery and start it up again. It has stopped letting me send or recieve picture messages. This phone only lasted about a year before it stopped working properly. But it's a really nice looking phone, with an easy to use keypad and has a good quality sound (: Rating:
Reviewed by caroline on 30/12/2009 Hi, finally time to upgrade from this phone, it was a great wee phone at the start but like all other reviews 6months into contract if starting freezing, switching off during calls, the phone had been sent back twice and came back working for about a week. my friend has same problems with hers too. DONT get this phone, there is software problems with this model and like me you will get to the point you want to throw it against the wall somedays lol. its a shame as it does have lots of good features and easy to use. Reviewed by Joseph Realms on 30/11/2009 Overall, I love this phone. Only one problem, battery. At first, I find that this phone will jam where it become slow. But after I reformat it in sonyericsson website, it become very interesting. Easy and very light. Screen is so clear and brighter even better than my laptop. Well, this phone is special for internet. So when I install opera mini, it works brilliantly. Speed is ok. Download speed is fast and I use as modem for my pc. 5 stars for this phone. Rating:

Reviewed by Clare on 10/11/2009 I love this little phone, it's so pretty and practical. I'm used to Sony Ericcson so I know how they work so it took no time to get used to it. I also prefer these round buttons to the thin rectangular ones a lot of phones have now- they're easy to press. Problems: I have also had problems after just 9 months of use with the phone going dead where you have to remove the battery to restart. The earpiece stopped working for a while so I always had to have it on speaker phone which was very embarassing, the T9 mode forgets words and doesn't have some very basic words in the dictionary.... The camera is poor and the battery life struggles if you use it for anything apart from calls and text (i.e music or games). The memory is pretty small too. It's a real shame as I'm looking to upgrade and if this phone worked better I'd either a)keep it or b)replace like for like, but I'm not sure it's worth the risk! This is almost the perfect phone! Rating:
Reviewed by Hughboss on 05/11/2009 I think this phone is a proper little gem, the look of it is designer and the glossy finish makes the phone feel like candy in my hand. The best feature of this phone is the price plan, this tariff is personal and most suited for me but if you want a hint of how much this amazing tariff is the magic number is 10. And the network is 3. Rating:
Reviewed by Natasha on 01/11/2009 i bought this phone in august 08 and it lasted me over a year, after a while it did freeze up and it kept telling me that i could only make emergency calls which was quite annoying, but apart from that i realy liked it. i'd reccomend a nokia over the SE, they're much more reliable. Reviewed by Jimmy on 25/10/2009 Awful phone. Have two of them. One is now dead after about 15 month - people at the othe end can no longer hear what I say. The other one is still half working, but with a broken key (has been like that after about two month), crashes all the time. poor batter life, and when paired with my car bluetooth, the bluetooth still thinks we are in conversation after I hang up (doesn't happen with other phones so it must be this phone's problem. In one word - awful! Rating:
Reviewed by Gman on 24/10/2009 Poor reception - Emergency Calls Only is a familiar welcome with the K660i. Poor call quality via bluetooth and creaks like mad hand held. Battery is no worse than my previous 3G phones. Needs a factory reset every few months to stop it locking up and/or rebooting. The charge/headphone connection is the worst design in the world. I can't make it update the firmware using my Sony Vaio laptop - comes up with some "stupid message" (true technical term - I am an IT expert). It's shame about these snags because it's a really neat phone with some decent features. Rating:

Reviewed by Erick on 01/08/2008 Arguably the best Sony Ericsson device currently on the market when taking into account the sheer amount of technology it offers for the remarkable price. HSDPA with a top end web browser, quality of materials, organisational features of the A200 Java platform, Walkman 3.0, camera, and a striking design. Apart from the camera module, a slight adjustment to the user interface, and no accelerometer, it offers the same technology as the Sony Ericsson C902i at 50% of the price.
