If you want a simple and easy to use phone then here it is, but it your thinking of using it as a camera don't bother. I had the MC60 for 3 to 4 years now and has not put a foot wrong, every thing still works as perfectly well as when first bought. I also like the organiser feature where you can set reminders or other notes for any date and is very easy to use. Also what I like about this phone that you can charge it for no more than 4 hours and will last 60 times that. Up to ten whole days.

It will turn itself off, light up making me think somethings about to happen then nothing. It has deleted textes ... I have stuff disapearing all over the place. Thought it was a memory problem but the SIM seemed to be ok :( it randomly pops up with messages on the screen not new ones but i=old ones i have seen. Does this with games too. Shame becos I realy like to fone otherwise.

I had wanted to get this phone for ages and after months of looking i found it for a great price on the terrible T Mobile network. Things were ok with it until about 3 months after buying it when it started messing up. It freezes for no reason, turns off on its' own accord and even randomly deletes my messages. The camera is pretty poor and can only store about 20 pictures which are all of bad quality. It might look pretty cool with the big X but believe me it is an absolutely shoddy phone. I strongly recommend against purchasing this phone unless if you want to waste your money and add stress to your life. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had this phone for a year now. It isn't the best phone true, but if all you want if a phone that will make phone calls then this would be ideal. It's relatively easy to use. The main bad points agout it however are the camera which makes it not worth buying for a camera phone, and the slowness of it. It takes about a minute to turn on, which if you think about it is actually a long time for a phone. WHen you are scrolling through your pictures that you have taken it takes 5/7 secs between each photo. It is slow in general. Looking at it a year ago it was probably on the border line of being worth it. But now adays there are plenty of other phones much better and at the same price. In conclusion I wouldn't bother.

I purchased this phone about 6 months ago and despite my initial pleasure with it, things have started to go downhill. For the last few months the screen has failed to work properly, most of the time just remaining blue. The phone has been sent off to Siemens 3 times with the advice "The screen connection is bad, that is the only fault" (I am an engineer, I know what I'm talking about) but has failed to be repaired. I have however perfected the "drop onto the floor" technique which gets it working again. Purchase at your own peril.

If you want a cheap good reliable camera phone i recommend the sagem myv55 ive had this for 2 months now and its great i havent had any problems with it apart from the cover gets scratched quite easily, the pictures are very good, better than my friends samsung E700 which is supposed to be very good, the only reason it is so cheap is because its a sagem, if it was a nokia it would probably be about #200.

The camera is absolute rubbish, when you take a picture of someone you cant even tell the difference whether its their asss or their face! The design looks cheap especially with the plastic cover. Well, you can look at this phone in either of 2 ways. 1) Being honest about its actual features and performance OR 2) Think about value for money and realise that the phone is very inexpensive. If you are like me and want to get a camera phone with polyphonic ringones (etc) but don\'t want to spend a fortune on a phone, then i suppose it's a good deal. For 100 you get some snazzy stuff to show about with. The only problem is if you want some decent extra features. -Yes it does come with a camera but it is extremly poor. Also, when flicking through pictures that you have taken, it takes ages just to move from one to another. Secondly, the games take ages to load!! They are not very gr8 anyway!! Thirdly, the phone does take a while to turn on, but this is not a major problem. It does, however, have some good stuff on it too. It's got nice colour and a variety of polyphonic ringtones (although i do recomend you buy a data cable to get better ones). It looks attractive and is fairly light. For the money you pay for it (100) is is a great deal, you get funky extras, but if you want a phone with better quality pictures (etc) i suggest you look at something a little more expensive. This way you get the camera you want, but it will actualy be a camera worth having. =)

The phone is excellent for the price you pay! Everybody else is saying it is junk, but it isn\'t. Stop complaining about resolution and camera quality. You would pay more than that for a nokia without a camera so you basically get the camera free on this phone. The phones cheap but it works fine and has heaps of good features. I would recommend you buy it if you want a good new phone that has multimedia messaging, polyphonic ringtones and WAP. The camera is extra - buy a cmaera if you are expecting 10 megapixel quality!!! It\'s a phone so what can you expect? Anyway, Iv\'e had no problems with the photo quality - I mean, the photo quality is poor but you can still see the objects in the photo and it\'s almost just as good as NOKIA phones. I am a mobile phone salesman and I can recommend the phone. To tell you the truth, it has many more features than other NOKIA phones that are more expensive than this phone. Everybody goes for NOKIA, but this phone is quite good compet ition and is too under-rated!!! 5 stars. IT\'s good - you would only complain if you were a \"wireless\" nerd.

If you really want to take good quality pictures, buy a digital camera! Personally, I love the style of the MC60 and it\'s ability to use GPRS. It has many up to date features, like voice command and JAVA Games, what else do you need? At the end of the day, a phone is a phone you just hold to your ear and text, most probably use WAP and play games. If you still want to have a really good camera phone buy one that will suit your needs. If a camera does not matter to you, then buy the MC60.

If I could have given a minus rating I would have. Do not be tempted to buy this phone under any circumstances. How Siemens can market this phone as a high resolution, high quality camera phone is beyond me. If you try to take a picture, you have to be around 1 inch away from your object to even make out what it is, and even then, don\'t expect a colour shot as the pictures all have a lovely sepia tone ( would have been acceptable in the 1940\'s but not today). I had this phone for all of 1 day before returning it, it realy is that bad. If your after an affordable camera phone, go for the Sagem MY-X5 or the Motorola E365, both under #100 and both a thousand times better than the MC60.

I can\'t see why the review by Cath says that you cannot receive picture messages as i have just bought 2 and now they have been set up correctly they are both able to send and receive picture messages. Camera resolution is good considering it is a phone and if you want excellent photos buy a camera!! It is very easy to use and take it from someone who has always had a Nokia the MC60 knocks the socks off any Nokia that i have ever used!! Excellent facilities, easy to use, easy to set up, holds the charge well. What else can I say!

Siemens acknowledge to T-Mobile that this phone does NOT receive picture messages - be aware of this before you buy. There is no current time scale to resolve this, so, while the handset has all these other great functions, and you can SEND photos, you can\'t receive them.

This phone is shocking!! , the camera is c##p and the picture quality looks like you\'ve just drunk 20 pints of lager!!, if you want people to take the micky then get it, but if not then DONT BUY IT. A cheap and nasty shocking phone.

Seriously, this phone\'s a joke. The screen resolution is so bad, and the color distinction is so poor, that you start wondering what you\'re looking at. Focus the camera, and you\'d have to retract your eye from it to find out what your focus is on. The display is so bad that it would land in a class somewhere between monochrome and color, a position which it would successfully hold forever. Is this really a camera phone? The Motorola E365 is almost of the same price, yet it has a beautiful 65k display. That\'s what is called a true budget camera-phone. The MC60 sucks!

The siemans MC60, what can I say, looks great, feels goog, and full of features. Like most siemans its easy to navigate through the menus, and what helps is the lovely colour screen. This little box of tricks is full of all the must have feature of todays standards, like java games, polyphonic ring tones also come with its own built-in digital camera. But to top it off you can pick it up for under #100.
