Reviewed by John Sheppard on 04/07/2009 A pile of rubbish....I had this phone as an upgrade from my G600, I thought i was the problem just geting used to the touch screen etc. so i persivered. Texting is a nightmare and trying to correct the text you can erase all the message just by touching the screen accidently. Why did they get rid of the speed dial, it was so easy to make a quick call but now every time you touch the screen the widget rubbish gets in the way. Unfortunately i persivered too long with it and could not send it back so now it sits in my draw and i'm back using my G600 a much better phone. Rating:
Reviewed by andrew on 19/05/2009 horrible.... texting is a complete nightmare as there's no back space key so you have to delete the entire text if you make a mistake.... everything is just so long winded... just to write a text involves four touches.... thats before you even start typing it.... screen unreponsive... usually have to hit it twice to make it work.... if your left handed dont buy it as the lock key on the side is designed for right handed people finally, if you get a text or a call the arrow button for your widgets gets in the way.... so everytime you press view you end up displaying the widgets... now gone back.... a nice looking phone, but the basics have been thrown out the window by samsung Rating:

Reviewed by Sharon on 13/04/2009 I have had this phone for just over a week now. Main problems I have found is that it has re-started about 4 times when I have been half way through texting, going to receive a call and when just sat by the side of me...strange. I hate having to slide the phone open to use the camera, when everything else can be used and accessed with the phone closed. This makes it very fiddly and the settings have to be adjusted using the touch screen icons before you take a photo, needless to say when on a night out it is NOT something quick and instant which is easy to hold. On a plus side the touch screen is quite responsive and I found texting more speedy and the widgets can be changed for easier access to apps you use more frequently. Internet usage quite speedy, I use face book and found this to be easy to view on the larger screen and navigate. Rating:
