User Friendly i would say .. I'v been using it for the past 2 and half years , but i have never faced any problems with this cell, the blue screen was very attractive..( just that now there are many colorful screen,ppl dont find it that attractive)i would repeat that if you rnt into fashion i.e go with latest phones,then this is the best what u can use,the only prob with this is it dsnt save msgs on its own when you send the msgs, or what realy bugs is when you r in the middle of the msg and u receive a cal, o a missed call, the msg goes off, and u have to start all over.Otherwise i would say its the perfect fone for anyone to use, and m sure u'l love it !!

This was diffently one of the best blue-light phones around. i had it for quite a while now and its geting a bit old fashion since the new ones hav colour screens and cameras. if u are not into fashion this phone is 10/10. the corner has this rainbow light which is very neat. the ringtones sounds awesome. bad thing is when u compose ringtones u cant get it to work in polyphnic, and you have to put the rest key between all notes. ie. C | d | d |, "| is rest by the way". so ur ringtone sounds all yuck. apart form the ringtone (which u can choose the normal ones anyway they r excellent) it is a very stylish fone. light and slim. the orignal aerial is a bit too long but i changed my to a flash aerial which is shorter. also the down side is you cant change covers. my cover n keypad is geting fadded. like i said, if u are looking for a blue screen fone and not a cam-colour one or you arent into newest techonology this is a fone for you. i used it 2 years now and it still looks ! one of the best out there.

i think the n620 is great only had it a couple of weeks but cant find anything i dont really like. the ringtones set to the phone arnt very good, but there is space to download some.
