HI, I using samsung galaxy ace with latest android version 2.3.4 from last 2 months. I am facing some problems like: 1. When i am downloading some applications from internet or android market, I am not able to receive any calls until download complete. Please any one help me how to solve this issue. I tried same scenario in nokia phones and apple phones. The people who are using nokia and apple they are receiving the calls even when they are downloading applications or videos. 2. I have installed GMAIL application from android market. I am not able to attach any document.......Just i am able to edit and forward the text mails. Is there any way to attach the documents. If possible then send me an email to chavinash2004@gmail.com. Please help me Thanks in advance.... Advantages: 1. If we install android booster or mobo task killer which we can install from android market will increase battery life some what better....

Dissapointing! I have had a HTC Wildfire for several months,Excellent nothing bad to say about it. My wife wanted an update! The Galxy Ace looked like it was similar to mine but looked more like an iphone! Wife did not get on with the operation of touch type and several of the preloaded apps. Gave up after a Fortnight when we found it would not send or receive pictures via sms. Both phones on virgin. Swapped sim cards Galaxy wont send pic,s. Wildfire will with no difference in set up, obviously the Samsung has a software related fault. Have tried updating firmware, still no good. Many people on web have the same fault! Wife now has my Wildfire and likes it!

I recently got this phone on contract, i have to admit it isn't all its made out to be at all. Battery life is not the greatest, internet isnt good as it is slow and only works with wifi and not my internet which came with my contract. The keyboard is quite slow for someone who types quickly. The positives are that the camera is good, although you cant share images on social networks. The messaging system is ok, as is laid out like an iphone chat. It is difficult to use when calling people

Excellent Smartphone. It's a Mid range phone with Top end features, It's fast, the Touch Screen is responsive, It has all the features you'd expect and far more, The screen is clear and Bright and it's easy to live with.. For £15 a month this phone is a bargain. The battery life isn't the best, but what do you expect for a phone that rivals an Iphone (Much better value for money however). Plus there's a workaround for the Battery, just keep chargers or USB cables around and have it plugged in when your at Work or Home. This phone has become the cornerstone of my life in only 3 short weeks

This is my forth smartphone. It has some nice features such as the camera with flash and the overall looks. However, you cannot remove some of the useless apps it comes with. Its internal memeory is a joke while the battery life is the worst I have experienced (I owned Palm Treo750,iPhone 3G, Blackberry 8320). Since I got for close to nothing for switching to Orange I don't feel to bad but I would be really upset if I paid its real price

Nice phone, and a potential replacement for my trusty K800i,especially now I've updated the Android OS to 2.3.4 Gingerbread. The only downside is that any installed apps will eat money on PAYG.On contract, however, choose a plan which gives you a generous data allowance to deal with those smartphone app, such as 3's One Plan. Everything else, from the UI to email set-up, right through to the 5mp camera and VGA video, meet most of my requirements.Except for the music player, which lacks wma support. Also, the capacitative touchscreen seems a bit too sensitive for my fingers, as I kept mistyping when composing any text. Apart from that, an excellent mid-range Android phone, although my K800i will be a hard act to follow!

This is my first smartphone and I've had it for just over a month. Didn't really get much choice and after reading the reviews I wasn't expecting much but I LOVE it. Is great value for money and there's so many android apps to choose from. Yes the memory is low but you can solve this by using a memory card - it comes with a 2gb one which I find is fine at the moment and I have quite a few apps on there but would recommend using a larger memory card. I don't have a problem with the battery - using it for just calls, texts and downloading apps it has lasted for up to three days, using it to play apps and roam the internet drains it faster but this is a problem with all smartphones and therefore is expected. The only problem I've experienced is the phone switching itself off and having to take the battery in and out in order to get it back on - is a pain which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars but would still recommend this phone!

I bought the Samsung galaxy Ace 2 weeks ago. It's a good phone. The available applications on Android market are quite fascinating. It looks good, feels good, and is definitely amusing to navigate. The battery is disappointing somehow; it drains fast. It will last for a day and a few hours if you use it for calling, texting, and seldom browsing. I am satisfied with its features. And it is a definite value for the many paid. Yet, again, the battery is not reliable somewhat.

I bought this phone in early September after my nearly new Wildfire S went caput, I found that hard to use anyway as it was clumsy. The Galaxy Ace is a good phone, the battery life at first was rubbish and I took the phone back, I replaced the battery and it is not much better and lasts over a day. It is not updated yet to 2.3.4 but am looking forward to it. I think this phone is better than the Wildfire S. It's on board memory is not brilliant so I have found out, but it's ok. I like the picture quality and have even used that instead of my compact camera. I have had no real issues yet apart from crashing twice but apart from that over all I think it is a great phone.

A good solid little number. This is yesterdays technology at half price of high end mobiles today. what does that mean?.... Well it means that you get a mobile not far of the user qulity of the iphone 3gs, To which it it clearly made to appeal too but don't want to spend that kind of money. Its a good looking simple mobile with i responsive 3.5 inch screen. It boasts a flash also for its 5 mp camera which does the job well enough. It has good simple menu's in the no fuss style it has. Here's the bad part if you are more serious about your mobiles. It can be a little slow due to the 800mhz chip it uses. If you have live wall papers and a few apps on the go then it will become jerky and slow. The other point is the screen. Although its the same as the 3gs the HTC wildfire boasts a better screen and is in mid range as well. Last is is the build and feel of the Phone. Its a little flimsy and not very sturdy feeling like others in its range. Samsung had to cut corners due to cost and this is how they have done it. The screen i can live with as i still think its pretty good. The speed isnt a problem if you dont have to many apps running and remember to kill them with the task manager. And last, I just put a gel cover on it for a bit more protection and also made it feel more sturdy. My verdict.... Its worth it even if its a flawed beauty.
