Love this phone, the best ever! Had to but another phone after my beloved Samsung fell on the floor, It still works but i have no display. Is it repairable?

this has to be the best phone in the entire world! iv had this phone for nearly four years and never had a days trouble with it ! its fallen soooo many times down stairs,nights out ended up in many places and still it works like new! the battery lasts for ages,camera is brill i cant find a fault i love it!

I got the Samsung E530 a few days back and i think its brilliant,well dispite i got it off a bloke who thought it was cool untill he noticed it was for girls.But depending on here you get it from,this phone doesn't arrive with a USB cable.well mine never....BUT dispite that,,THIS PHONE is brilliant for girls

I have had this phone for 3 years and up until recently I have had no problems with it what so ever and have found it to be a reliable, hard wearing phone. However recently, say about the past 3 months) its functions have randomly stopped working such as my phone doesn't always ring but will tell me I have missed the call; the text message vibrate setting doesn't vibrate and my phone alert for text messaging doesn't always beep. I have also found that the volume button has stopped working now. Overall I think, despite my criticisms, this is a good phone and that for me its problems are due to me being careless with how I handle it.

An amazing phone!! It was my very first phone and I reccomend it to everyone! The video light is very usefull. The memory is ok. I could fit on 100s of videos and nealy 300 photos, but only a few songs. If you have a seperate ipod or mp3 player then this is a great phone for you! The design is great! So cute! The key pad is so easy to use. Everything is great!! Also, The contacts list is so easy to use - you can have a seperate file per person so you can add as many numbers as you like and know who the numbers are for. You can also have a different ring tone for each contact (there are 62 ring tones and you can even record your own!) if you dont want to desterb anyone around you then dont worry, for each ring tone you can put on vibation which vibrates to the beat of the music so you will know who is calling without making a sound! GREAT PHONE!!

I really like this phone, I think the camera is brilliant for what the phone is. The only thing I had a problem with was connecting it to the computer, I had some pictures on the phone and I was desperate to have them on my computer! And just couldn't! But from asking in many different shops I ended up with a bluetooth dongle which is brilliant. I have got a different phone now though, because I really wanted more songs and this phone just didn't have enough memory, it should be able to have a memory card! I would really recomend this phone as its easy to use and very good.

I can't understand as to why I can't download the music from a computer to my mp3 phone facilities. This is the lost option for me as I am not going to download music directly from the mobile phone internet facilities as suggested by a mobile phone shop staff. Also the dictaphone facilities are not very satisfying as the recorded sound can't be heard unles you put your phone to your ear.

Is a cute little phone, though i found that the battery last not long at all. Not sure if I got a dud battery, but lasted only a few hours. Surely thats not right. Yes I was setting up a few things, but have done the same with their phones without the battery going dead. Batteries are easier enough to buy at moment though. Pictures seem quite good. Buttons are really soft and easy to press. Phone tends to freeze for a few seconds thoughm not sure if its when i become in an out of range area, but have read reviews with this happening to other people. Also having issues trying to get the usb cable to connect and be recogonised to my computer. Still, great little phone

I Love This Phone. The screen quality is amazing. Also its really good as it acts like a torch as you can just put flash on permanent. The bluetooth is great aswell. I recomend it. Especially young girls as they will like the design and colour.

This phone is INDESTRUCTIBLE!!! No joke, I LOVED this phone for the 3 years I had it (I lost it in the end...) And I've never been more attached to a phone before! My samsung E350 had been through: - The washing machine (several times) - A huge puddle (luckily it was on vibrate so when i rang it I saw the ripples in the pool and found it) - A fall from a second floor window - A battering when I dropped it at a gig, it got stepped on and kicked around and I found it in the corner, covered in dust and scratches but working fine! - Dishwasher (wanted to see if it would clean it and it did!) - Falling down the stairs - Sat on in my back pocket Now for someone like me who is quite clumsy with their phone, this phone stood by me through everything! I especially like the camera, which is suprisingly good for a phone that doesn't boast it's camera quality, and the way you can have videos as your background. Samsung! That was genius! Make your other phones able to do that and I'll never leave samsung for anyone else! Overall VERY impressed, loved that phone ALOT! I'm gonna get me a samsung G600 now, see if that can compare to this one. I somehow doubt any phone can!

This is a fantastic phone! I have had it for about 3 years and still love it. Despite looking really girly, it's very tough to break! My mum run it over by accident when I droppped it in the driveway and it STILL WORKS! But, because it was in the rain all day the display is broken :(

i have an e530 in the valentine pink and i got it as a christmas present in 2005, so my plan is nearly over. i just had to have it when i first saw it because it was so adorable being pink! BUT this phone has been nothing but trouble since day 1 ... the camera was really slow, the display on the front of the phone sporadically didnt come on, it would randomly restart itself, internet has never worked properly on it and it has no resistance to being dropped etc.. im afraid a bit of a let down

hey, i think this phone is really is really gd, ive had it for jst ova 2yrs and it hasnt broken even though ive dropped it down 42 concreat steps and had my horse step on it . it has done everyhing i want it to but the only downside is the memory , i would reallyy recomend byuing it , i know i didnt make a mistake x.x

have had phone for almost 2 yrs, and not had a single prob wiv it. It's size means i can carry it anywhere wivout it takin up too much space in my handbag and, it's so light and easy too use. Still finding features on it that i never knew existed - didn't read hanbook - went into labour on the day i got it!!!!!

iv had this phone for ages i always get compliments off my friends its the best phone ive ever had! it takes great photos and videos and the sound for playing music is really good the only bad thing is that iv put it thru a fair bit so it now doesnt make noise wen i recive messages or set alarms and for a while now its been hanging up in the middle of my calls... my sister also has this phone but in purple (mine is pink) and her lcd screen has gone super dull and it often doesnt send messages when the phone says it does... but otherwise its really good i dont kno if these are defects of just my phone or what... i dont care its still good =]

READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW REALLY TOUGH THIS LITTLE PHONE IS! Absoloutly fantastic phone! I never had any trouble with it, and it has lasted me about 2 years maybe slighlty less. I'd still have it now if it wasn't for the fact that I lost it... And for the first time I really genuinly miss my phone! I'll tell you what it's been through: - a few times in the washing machine - it has been dropped from many a great height - I dropped it on a busy concrete street and it got kicked about a great deal - dropped in a huge puddle, found it because it was on vibrate and when I rang it I saw the ripples - I painted and coloured it in - Spilled coke all over it. - Spent a night on the street in the rain, when it was found by the SECOND HAND PHONE SALESMAN and he was decent enough to return it :) Now your thinking I do not know how to look after a phone. but this phone looks after itself I can tell you now! Although, this phone is designed for women, and I'd adive men not to get it as it is very much a femanine phone. it is amazing, the best phone I've ever encountered.

i had this phone since july last year and at first it was great, i thought wow a nice little phone, great features and very girly, but as the months went by i realised its not so great anymore as everything keeps going wrong with it,the camera quick button on the side of the phone no longer works, its got very poor signal or sometimes no signal at all, i can no longer send mms or video as it just comes up with unsupported media, every so often the pictures i have downloaded onto the phone keeps looking scrambled or a funny colour and if i send a text that goes into 2 messages people don't recieve my texts. im now in the middle of looking for a new phone which is a shame really cos it is a nice looking phone, but i have to have one that works probaly

I bought this phone about a year and a half ago, and when I went on to contract was offered an upgrade, selling my little samsung online. I can honestly say that it is one of my greatest regrets. I have had this phone for over a year now and it's excellent! =D I only find two problems on it which is that the analyse clock doesn't stay on for more than 3 seconds and when you want to listen to a recording, it comes out really quiet. Don't listen to people who have said the signal is rubbish because it's great! I love this phone and I don't really mind about the two problems! Grat phone but quite slow at times and multimedia messaging settings hard to correct i also found that it had bas reception at times and the buttons often jammed and there was no usb cable included but good design of phone nice and small but not too fond of the colour choices.

I've had my E530 for 18 months now and can't wait to change it. The T9 predictive text is fine except that it refuses to save new words in the dictionary. I've checked the T9 website & T9 does allow you to add words to it's dictionary, but warns that not all phones have that functionality. Clearly the E530 doesn't. I also find the camera appalling. No matter how steadily I hold the handset, I invariably get blurred images. I also find that the image you think you've captured when you hear the shutter sound isn't the image that then appears on screen - there seems to be a bit of a delay so you end up not capturing what you wanted to. I'm not keen on the calendar scheduling features either. It's a lovely looking compact phone and nice and light, but the features I used most on it were poor.

i had the phone for 6 months and the battery was as good as dead needed charging every day and didn't use anything on it to run battery down in my mind its the best phone i had but not worth the money i now cant switch my phone on and this has been playing up too since it was 6 months old and car phone ware house have been less than helpfull and it cost us nearly 200 pounds new never again

personally i do not like this phone, the settings are good, the camera is okay. however battery life is poor and no usb cabel. i have had my phone for around 6 months and i have had no problems with it, except i find it old fashioned and will be getting a sony erricson phone this time. get this phone if you just want a phone, if you are looking for special features look else where. like i said this is a very basic phone and it's cute. it's okay, i quite like it =]

I've had this phone for about a year and I can't wait to get rid of it. It looks good (although I'm not sure about the blocky look of the keypad) but, as others have already said, the reception is absolutely apalling. I rarely have signal good enough to for both myself and the person on the other end to hear eachother properly.

Well, I have had this phone for 18 months now and I am glad to be replacing it with a Sony Ericsson W850i. This phone is one of the only top phones on the market for which you cannot have customized themes, or games sent to via bluetooth. Another downfall, in my opinion, of the Samsung phones in general is the inability to set a MP3 file as the message alert or alarm. The main problem I have had with this phone is that sometimes it decides not to let me receive txts, it vibrates and when you click open, no txt appears. This is only remedied when the phone is turned off and on again, very annoying as you can imagine. On the whole, this phone has been reliable and has never had a technical fault. My own opinion is that Sony Ericsson phones are the ones to have and the best available on the market. I would never own a Samsung again. It's a nice size and weight however, with a attractive design like the other Samsungs. My advice: BUY A SONY ERICSSON! Hope that helped.

I love this SGH- E530. you can take good quality pictures and videos but the most gutting thing about my E530 is that i lost it last wednesday and i miss it so much. In my media class we made adverts and my phone was in one of the adverts and just seeing my phone on telly nearly made me cry because i love it so much

This has got to be the worst mobile phone I have ever had. For the first two weeks I loved it, I still love the look of it, but I have been mega unlucky with the functionality. At first I had to go through about 10 hours of set up time with the Vodafone team to get picture messaging. Then the battery stopped taking charge and it was dying in the space of 1 hour. I had that one replaced by Vodafone (thanks!) but then I had to go through the 10 hours set up time for picture messaging again. My latest dilemma is that the phone will not hold a conversation. It doesn't switch off, but just cuts off. Apparently all I can do is get it repaired, and I am stuck with it for another 11 months. The menu is good, text msging you can get used to, but no nokia, and i love the extras such as 'pink calendar'. The camera is ok pixel wise, but the video is ace. Especially when you transfer it to the computer. However... either I have been really unlucky, or Samsung still have some dev elopment testing to do. ps. signal receiver is rubbish!

I know this is an oldie, but its also a goodie! If you just want a cute mobile that's easy to use with good reception then this could be for you, its also becomming more rare as its retired. I had this little mobile when it first came out, I do like Samsung mobiles and have had quite a few in my time including the E900 and D900 and although this is tecnically less able it is small easy to use and pretty!! I think I've just got fed up with the black Samsungs and the black or white skins, so I've returned to my valentine pink cutie!!

I cannot complain about this phone. It's been down a toilet and still works - thats what i call a good phone! Also when ive dropped phones before thats it, this is still strong! Great camera, easy to use, easy to txt from and call from, sometimes hard with signal, but i got a signal booster and all that changed so i was happy - excellent amazing phone

i got this phone 4 months ago and it is brilliant dropped it several times now once in a bucket of water and it still works perfectly although i wouldnt recommend 2 any 1 2 try it!!! The only let down is the signal. I am on Orange at the momet and so is my mum and she has a different phone 2 me and she seems 2 beable 2 get al least 1 bar of signal in most places in my house and i can get vertually none. The only place i can get signal is in my bed which isnt useful as i dont do much texting at 10 oclock at night when i am actually in bed!!!

Got this fone in sept 06, it was nothing but trouble from the start, poor signal,kept getting limited signal come up, phone call after phone call to orange and samsung nothing has changed. Have gone back to my old faithful nokia. DO NOT BUY THIS FONE.

I am a phonaholic!! and have had loads of mobiles over the years, my phone, previous to this one was a samsung d500 which I think is one of the best phones ever by the way!!but a bit of a blokey phone, so i got an e530 off of e-bay and I have to say it is really good, it has pretty much the same stuff as the d500 but not slide obviously!! and its well girly! so far had no probs with reception, or quality of sound, every thing seems to be working as it should!! i do think that the fragrance thingy and period thingy are a bit pointless but the phone overall is excellant!!!!

After having this phone for over a year, I will be glad to be moving on to another phone. The sound quality of phone calls is not great at all, both hearing your callers, and I have had mnay complaints that no one can hear me at the other end. I don't use predictive text, but have to take it off all the time as the phone keeps resetting to use it when I reply to Txts. As it doesn't come with a usb, and the bluetooth facility doens't connect to photo printing booths I have been unable to get any of my photos printed, or on to my pc which is really frustrating. Reception is terrible, my boyf gets a much better signal on his ericsson, and we both with vodafone.

I love this phone, and I have it, lol. I think it's great for me cuz I'm a girl, and I like watching how healthy I am, just makings ure I don't get unhealthy! I truly love the mp3 player...saves me from spending money to buy a separate one. The color is nice too, and I think it suits me. A lavender-pinkish type! ^_^ The games are good too, though I wish there were more 3d games, anyhow, I still love them. The size of the phone doesn't bother me at all, which is great because I have trouble holding large phones with one hand. The shopping list is just excellent because I don't need to write out shopping lists anymore, I can just input it into my phone =) It's great that the camera has excellent quality! I'm really happy that there are frames that you can put yourself into for the photos, I always get experimental with them, lol! I think this phone basically has everything that I need, and I don't think there is anymore else I need to say, so thanks for making this phone! =) Th e only problems I have with this phone is that I wish you could actually do something else while the mp3 player is playing, and where can I find a usb cable???? I got this phone on Christmas Day 2004, and it's still going strong! ^_^ Thanks Samsung again!

I have had the E530 phone about 5 months now, so I have had time to get used to its features etc. I have given it a 4 star because of a few grips I have. When someone rings me, despite it being on the highest volume, you can hardly hear it ( my samsung E600 was/is much louder) now whether that's because I am using my own ringtone I don't know, whether if I used one of the preinstalled one it'd be louder or not. I hate the message alert tones, they are poor, rather have one I downloaded myself. The features of mp3, video, camera are good but when zoomed into max on camera by the time you take the pic, it still looks far away, so god knows what it would have looked like had I not zoomed in. The lifestyle features are in my opinion a waste of space they should have not bothered and just added more memory instead. Also if you have a missed called you wouldn't know it, by looking at the outer screen, unless you was lucky enough to see the small phone icon with 01 next to it. You'v e to open it up to see if you have any calls, which if you are in a busy place such as a market or shopping mall you can't hear it ringing, so you will have missed calls. Reception is perfect for me, never had a problem but sometimes when I am on a call, the caller tells me I am shouting when I am talking normally, so I have to whisper so they can hear me clearly. Can you buy some type of amplfier for mobiles, if you could I'd get one and keep this mobile till it died on me, because I don't want to have to buy another phone.

I've had dis fone 4 like 13 moths and tis garbag. rocepshune is poor wit lik 1 bar wear me fellas fone has 4bars. i does lik te pink cullender and was impressod when it showed i twas late. me boy is 7 moths now and perfot. 1 ova think i lik is da porfum ting, got me ck1 spot on. overall tho i recon it not worth it. word.

I've had two of these phones and love them!! but on both phones I have had to switch it to T9 every time i text - but that's not such a big deal. My only problem with it is that the signal isn't very good when the bars only have 2 or 3 bars, whereas a nokia phone i've had was fine in the same places. this is really annoying, and often decides to cut people off. Apart from this, though, i love the phone

This phone is one of the best around..its sltylish look, variety of colours and its number of functions are great including mp3 player, video and photo shooter, java games, voice recorder and many other things. The memory on the E530 is exellent and also its battery is long but is quickly re-charged. The phone is quite girly with personal organizer featers. The only let down about the E530 is there are no hands free on the phone. The phone also has a clard colour screen.

Hi, have had this phone since february. I have fads with phones, and spent months wanting this one and saving to buy it and have loved it since i bought it, however my love for it is dwindling. the picture quality is very poor on my phone, and i don't even bother with the videos as they are a bit pooh as well. the texting annoys me, I use predictive text and it never remembers any of the words that I use - also I am a hoarder and keep my texts however the memory on the phone does not allow me to keep many and am forever having to delete them, and unless u want to delete every one - i can't figure out how to delete a bulk amnt (selected) oh i dunno, after writing this am disliking it even more, was going to give it a 4, will now be changing to a 3!!!

I love this phone. I have had it for almost a year now and I haven't had much problems. The video and cinema quality is great and the memory and battery life is the best. I would definitely advice everyone to get it. I have found this phone easy to use. The only one problem that I have encountered was now that I have had it for a year I am thinking that my messages aren't always sending even if it has come in the send box, I have heard this has happened to a few other people. But all in all this is a great phone and I am now struggling to find a better phone because my contract is ending.

on the whole i am happy with this phone, i've had it 10 months, few niggles are that on predictive text it doesn't remember any words which you type in and you can't add any new text alert's, the camers is always going off in my bag and lastly, you can't turn it to quite mode just by touching one button, you have to go through the menu and go into sound settings.

I upgraded to this phone about 7 weeks ago and am now looking for a new one. It's a good size, looks quite cute, cameras ok compared to some but signal quality is awful - with a nokia I got a signal everywhere now i have to sit in one spot on top of my armchair to make a call :-( This phone is fine if you want to keep in in your purse and not talk to or text anyone

I think this is not a very good phone. The ringtone is so soft that i always have missed call which irriated me very much. And before this, I had repair my hp abt 4 times becos of the signal problem... I think i will buy a Nokia hp next time as it dun haf these kind of problems. But it is still okay. But the quality of photo when added frame is very poor & i dunno how to work e email part. I follow the instruction but i still cant receive the email...

This is a great little phone - I'm so pleased with it! I knocked off a star though because of the very poor signal. I solved this buy sticking a "cell phone antenna" inside the back next to the sim. Now I have at least twice as much signal and no problems making/getting calls etc.. I would recommed doing this to anyone with the same problem.

Cute tiny phone but v. basic.Camera not good. Not compatible to Vodafonelive so internet connection dire - so MP3 useless unless I get someone to bluetooth them to me! Battery excellent for first month but slowly deteriorating, Everything else slowing down too - camera photos and vids even though hardly any memory used. Not impressed. Going back to my sharp GX25 for everyday use and will keep this one for when I need just a tiny basic phone.

i bought this for my wife cheryl, she has had so many problems with it. Ranging from poor signal to technical difficulties. I recommend you don't buy it there are many other good pink phones on the go - Nokia 6111 for example, my sister has it and she says it is not to fault!!

I really do like this phone - it's tiny and very cool in pink but it does have a few little flaws - it fails to remember some words you add to the T9 dictionary, and also never opens a new text with T9 ready to go - you have to switch it over everytime. Not a huge prob I guess but it can get a bit time consuming. Few other little niggles but not important, if you just want a sleek phone, this is probably the one, was so much better than my old Samsung E800.

I got this phone yesterday and so far I am pretty pleased with it. Can someone tell me though, how bluetooth works or how to download music to the MP3 Player to use as ringtones. I'm afraid I haven't got a clue how any of these things work!?! Been on the Samsung website but it's still too technical for me. Cheers.

I got this phone in September 2005 & absolutely love it! I got the light blue version cause in my opinion the dark pink & orange are pretty icky colors. When I first saw it, I couldn't believe how small it was & it was super cute! The screen has amazing color & quality. I use it mostly for taking pictures, because you can get some fab shots. I had at least 100 pics on my phone & 30/40 videos, which is a lot! But I just bought a bluetooth device & I can finally clear my phone out a bit haha. It doesn't hold much music & the battery doesn't last long at all though. & with the music, you can't go onto anything else when you're listening, which is pretty stupid. I had problems with the T9 mode on texting before, but eventually it stopped mucking up by itself. The 'Lifestyle' section is completely pointless to me & me & my friends were laughing at the fragrance type cause no offense, but who's gonna use that? & with the internet, it says it's only gonna cost you �1 for a whole day online, but it takes a lot more money away than that. Sometimes my phone can go very slow, but I put that down to all the files I have on there I guess. The PIN code frustrated me & kept saying it was wrong when it was clearly right. I ended up getting blocked out & tried to call the SOS line, but GUESS WHAT it didn't work! But luckily I went online & sorted it out on the orange website. Anyway, I'm rambling on now. lol. If you want a cute phone that takes fab pictures & looks stylish, then this is the phone for you. But if you're wanting a fast phone that isn't fiddly & frustrating at times, then this definately isn't your phone.

I have had this phone for a little while and am amazed by how good it actually is. I have always liked Samsung phones for their designs and features, but this is defently the best one I've had. I brought it because it has MP� and a flash camera, and it was PINK!! But once I charged it etc. so I could use it I was amazed by how girlie the phone actually was!!! It is the ultimate fashion accessory for a girl-it has a lifestyle option which has a calorie counter, period predictor, and body mass index thing, with so much more. My brother and boyfriend where utterly amazed that there was such a girlie phone on the market-with my brother commenting that if it didn't have the lifestyle section he'd get one in black. To me this phone outshines the nasty 'man looking' E720 and D600 handsdown. Overall, I recommened this phone to any girlie girl, or girl who appreicaites the wonders of pink!! Excellent.

I think this phone is great i have had it for about 5 months. I have updated it from the Samsung E700 which is also a great phone. I feel that the size and weight are great and it has so many features. The MP3 player is great and i have had no problems with it. I don't know if other people have found the same but the front display is difficult to see on a sunny day (but you can still see the inside screen so it doesn't matter). The one thing that I'm not to sure about is the wallpapers. When I have used display pictures from the internet the phone will not resize it to fit, while other phones have, so it is too small for the screen. Apart from those it is such a great phone and if you don't mind those two things then i would advice you to buy it. Cya

I had this fone delivered yesterday and am having to send it back because the charger does not fit into the phone properly - must be that because when it is plugged in there is no indication as to whether the fone is chargin or not. Bit peed off about that. Other than that it is a lovely fone - do not know if I would recommend it tho - I cannot use mine cos the batterys flat and it wont charge!

I bought this "sexy" phone for my wife last Christmas. It is generally a very nice designed phone. The user interface is not the best, since you need to go through a lot of selections to finish a task. But the major problem we had is the battery life. At the first month after buying the battery last for almost 3 days with bluetooth on. After the first month the battery was empty just after 24 hours. Note that the usage was the same and the bluetooth was on again. I replaced the battery with a new one, but still we had the same problem. Is this problem common? So my wife is very dissapointed, and I am thinking of selling the phone and buy a Nokia. Greg

This phone belongs to my daughter. By mistake, I washed it in the machine! Immediately after I removed it along with the wet clothes. It was stil switched on, though the display seemed damaged - only the bottom half of the numbers showed. The phone rang as usual, I could make calss fromit, but the microphone did not work. We did not have insurance onit and I considered it a write-off. Amazingly, after two days everything was working perfectly again!

Iam a mum of four and love this phone. I bought it in January and it's fantastic, very stylish, cute and girly, fits very snuggly into my handbag and the case is great as I can hook it onto my jeans when doing my housework and know where it is at all times and out of reach of little hands lol. I think there should be more choice of message alert tones though and I also would like to know how many messages you can keep in the inbox until it is full because I have read the manual it came with and it doesn't tell you how many it holds, but apart from that, it's brilliant and everything a girl or mum could want from a phone, and the amount of things you can download is amazing, I have got loads of music downloaded it's hard to choose which to have for my ringtone, exellent! best phone i have ever had.

I had a Nokia 6630 for christmas but before i decided to have the nokia i was going to have the Samsung E530 but i changed my mind because i wanted video call when i cam to have the nokia it had hardly no memory but after that i had this phone with its 92mbs of memory you can store more than 20 full songs and loads of pictures the quality is really good and it doesnt scratch easy i dropped mine one day wuite bad and it had a tiny mark on it so i was quite chuffed! its a reaslly good phone and would recomend it to anyone!

I bought this phone in November last year, making my first non-Nokia purchase for years. Had to send it straight back as the people I was calling couldn't make out a word I said. Apparently it sounded as if I was talking underwater, the distortion was incredible. I was sent a replacement as was told the phone was obviously faulty, and the exact same thing happened. And I had the same problem as one of the other reviewers, the predictive text switched itself off after every message I sent - not a huge problem, but rather inconvenient. All in all, it's a very cute phone and I was really disappointed when I had to return the second phone. I'm now back with Nokia, and don't think I'll stray from them again.

I got this phone for christmas and I love it! It more purple than pink though, which is good as purple is my favourite colour. Love the bobby carrot game! lol. The menu's areeasy to navigate around which I was surprised about as the older samsung aren't. I only have three small problems with it though..1) The T9 input mthod doesn't stay, you have to set it to T9 everytime you type a message. 2) When listening to music, you have to stay on the mp3 menu and 3) The battery life isn't very good, I have to charge it everynight if I do more than 2 phonecalls during the day.

I was bought this phone for christmas and the day after i made a call after 30 seconds it cut me off and sent me back to the main screen, i tolerated this for a week to which id had enough so i took it back to 02 which sent it away, i recieved my phone saying well here is the part that interested me " The fault has been rectified and repaired. We have also taken the oppertunity of installing the latest 02 approved manufacturers software which corrects any known faults in the original software" So i was pleased when they fixed it or so i thought yes till i made a call and the same thing happened so i now have to take it back to 02 tomorrow,so a warning if u get any problems its a sotware problem, Other than that a nice phone !!

This phone is a MUST HAVE FOR GIRLS, with its exclusive features, brilliant colour and large memory folder for all those music files, not only does the phone have some quality features, but the colour is just asking people to buy this phone, its smart, small, cute and stylish!!

I fell in love with this phone the minute I received it. I just LOVED everything about it from colour (I had the blue one) to the flip design, and the size was just perfect. The menus were easy to negotiate (having had a Nokia before, this was my biggest fear). BUT.... the reason I have rated if at "2" is because of the sound quality which was apalling. I spoke to various technicians and no-one could find a reason but in hindsight, looking at reviews of this and other Samsungs, it seems this is a fault of a lot of Samsungs. It was such a pity, but the phone had to go back.

this is the cutest lil phone ever! its so pretty. im enjoying that every thing is pink. its got an excellent camera and i love all the lil touches such as the signal bar and when u type in a phone number ... its all rainbow coloured! i would really reccommend this phone. its stylish and has tons of really great features, plus.........pink!!!

I JUST GOT THIS PHONE 2DAY. AND IV GOT 2 SAY IT IS UTTERLY FABULOUS.... SUCH A GIRLS PHONE BUT EVEN MY BF THINKS ITS CUTE!... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.... I RECOMMEND IT TO WOMEN!..GREAT PHONES GREAT FEATURES!

I was sick of large bulky phones and wanted a small fold up phone with a longer battery life. This phone looks great. I don't know why some people say it's a women's phone. It's a phone! I went for the blue one and I am really happy with it. Only downside is that there is no speaker phone. The picture quality is great. I am very happy with it. Just one comment to Samsung... stop marketing your phones at men or women, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I have had the phone for 3 weeks and i am very happy with it,my daughter has bought one too,we have it in the pink colour,my daughters friend liked it so much that she has now got one in the blue colour,but she said she prefers the pink,it has everything you need camera is great unlike the D500,ringtones,video,menu everything is great,the only thing that i am not to happy with is that it doesnt have a speakerphone,and a radio,but hey its only a mobile!

Brilliant!! This phone has EVERYTHING!Camera and video quality are superb, It also looks great! I would recommend this for all the girls- GO ON TREAT YOURSELF (or get somebody else to treat you!)

my best m8 as this phone n i love it.. goin 2 by 1 nxt week infact! pictures are gr8.. n video quality is aswell... luv all the features on it especially mp3 player n the colour is gr8! the only thing im not 2 sure about is it doesnt av a memory chip and it doesnt store 2 many messages .. but apart from that i love!!

The pink E530 is a great colour and a great size the pink phone is a really girly i love it i ahve had it for 1 day and cant keep off it and it is dead load if anyone thinks this phone is not good then you should get your eyes tested and i think it is the best samsung phone out.

The phone is top quality. The video and camera espically, only 2 disadvantages. You can only store 20 messages at a time as there is no memory chip, and there in no speaker fone!. Other than that I would recommend it!.

hi had phone just over a week and im quite happy with it,upgraded from the nokia 6230 and the e530 is just so so much better.only 2 small probs with phone, sound quality durin calls can sound a little tinny at times compaired to other phones ive had,though people have never complained of not hearing me yet and i can hear them. and the t9 dictionary just will not store certain words(such as my sisters name lol) and have to be re added every time.apart frpm the the phone is full of features,got mine in the pink version from o2 online and well its just so damm pretty.overall would recommend this phone to any ladies out there
