had mine for nearly 3 years now, not a single things gone wrong with it in all that time, i am still using it, only thing i will say is that the quality of pictures taken by the camera in low light scenarios is pretty poor, results in alot of noise in the image, other than that, I cant fault any of the other features of the phone :)

this phone is rubbish the touch screen is poor cuz when u try and click sumut its never accurate even after callibrateing. There is no app store. No wifi. Poor connection. No fun with in it. This phone is for people that just need it for calling and texting people. It is NOT for people that want a decent phone that can do stuff like iphones nd samsung gs2

Great phone but the main problem is it freezes too much. Sometimes you have to remove the battery and re-boot as it just wont do anything.

I have a lg phone ku990i all is great but the stand by time is only 8 hours, as a diabetic on insulin, I need to be able to get help during any 24 hours. All the settings are off all the time. what can I do ?.

U990 software is appalling. Broken English is sub-par for a high-level device, but LG PC Suite cannot download text messages or even allow cut and paste. The Synchronise Now programme transfers text to the computer without dates or times of calls - utterly uselss for any message of which records need to be kept. If you are a lawyer or business person, don't expect to use text messages to keep tabs. The U990 fell also apart in nothing flat. The focus rin broke very easily (to be fair, I dropped it). I am on my second battery after only a few years, The seconnd battery seems to have ben made when the first one was - after a few months it swelled up like a potato and died. Other phones lasted for years. Touch screen supposed to be lockable. U990 downloaded software whilst locked and in my pocket. Maybe a tem of monkeys could not write shakespeare given millenia, but the viewty could unlock and make online purchases with no input on a bus ride home with nothing but the contents of my pocket pressing against the touch screen. I had a Sony Ericsson before - took beautiful sho0ts for a camera phone, and amusing videos. It had a reasonable lens, though I wish they would go all the way and make a real camera in credit-card size. The U990 image quality was mediocre. All that said, the U990 touch screen worked very well, was a pleasure to use, and, locking failures aside, which are caused by underlying arrangements for locking being inadequate to cope with the fact it has a touch screen, not by the touch screen itself, was always reliable. A phone that could have been really good, a camera that was at the bottom emnd of mediocre. LG website designed to make sure you never trouble them with problems like this - that is, you buy then you are on your own. There is no help at all with the download problem. Would I buy another? I didn't. I bought a Sony Ericsson Aino - simple, reliable, takes lovely pictures and video. If only they would get together with Nikon, and make a D series in pocket format - only a phone camera can be there quickly for every single opportunioty that turns up. Great backup. Life certainly wasnt Good when I switched from SE to LG.I won't be going back - but top marks for a good touch screen. Shame about the U990 itself, about LG, ad about the software, wchich seemed to have come from Windows 3.1. I'd give it 0 stars, but that touch screen in a good phone would have been worth 3 or 4, ie better than average. As it was, far below what I would think even passable for the money.

No set up disc was issued with the Viewty when I purchase it.Two main complaints beside this are a)data transfer to pc which does not happen unless micro sd is incorporated, virtual waste of the camera to pc lead provided.There is no abvious way to ensure micro sd is operating ie. when taking pictures. b) The zoom ring around the camera lens is so difficult to physically use. A contortionist would, I'm sure, also find it difficult. Otherwise apart from not being able to see the screen in bright sunlight it is O>K>

I've had this phone for a while now, and lost it. But I found it yesterday and re-discovered my love for it :D Its a brilliant little thing, one of the best camera's I've ever seen. Touchscreen is responsive, user interface is brilliant, the only problem I've had is the scrolling speed, sometimes its slow and sometimes its fast, but its probably just me

Brilliant phone and durable- had it two years and aside from major water damage from foam resulting in a new battery(long story), it works perfectly! Oh, btw, invest in a screen protector.

Terrible!! Hated it the first moment I touched it, I had it for 1 year and had to give up! Awful sensitivity you basically have to stab the screen, us it's terrible if you want it to browse the Internet! Do not buy this phone! I would type a whole full text and it had such a problem staying in time, couldn't keep up! The photos are awful! The main let down must be the touch sensitivity! I now have an iPhone and yes they are completely different leagues but my god the viewty is awful! Watch the charging input too as I had to have that fixed and so do so many other people I know, the radio doesn't pick up a good signal either. I will NEVER recommend this phone! NEVER!!! Thnx for your time x I must admit though it is an earlier one.............

I've had the viewity for a year and half now and i've not had to many problems with it. the problems i have found are that if you set your alarm and during the the night you recieve a text, if you snooze you're alarm (by pressing a a random button not the actual snooze button), it doesn't seem to go off again untill you open the message. secondly, the signal isn't spectacular on the phone but that might just be my area but it hasn't caused a major problem. the screen in which you write your text message is quite small it would be good if it was larger and you could see more of the text at once. the camera quality is poorer than i expected however i haven't read the manual fully to set it correctly it was more of a guessing game so i may not have discovered it's full potential. i like the large screen and only a few times it has froze on me but this has been at this time when it's nearly 2 years old. i have dropped it a few times and it has been unaffected. these are the only problems i have found with this phone and so if you can live with them then it's all good. all in all i like the phone and definately don't regret buying it.

This phone is absolutely brilliant, it is like my baby i cannot put it down anywhere, in my opinion it is perfect for quick texting, easy calls and easy anything really. It's a beautiful little thing which has survived 2 Glastonbury Festivals, lots of parties, gallons of alcohol spillages and a lot of careless falls. (Mind you I was very careful and didn't and still don't let it leave my sight), The camera is great and only now has it started failing me, but almost two years after having it, it's been through a lot and NOW it begins to turn off occasionally and jibb out a bit, but what phone doesn't?? I think the quality of phone is affected by where you get it from, a dodgey corner shop won't do you any favours, but i can tell you now this little looker has a brillinat internal memory (i haven't even got a memory card in it! and have over 350 photos and up to 323 texts when i have to delete, it also can hold up to 150 contacts) absolutely brilliant. The only down side is, mine didn't come with a USB so i am having to buy one soon... But if you're looking for a easy going, smart, camera and good sound system phone with bluetooth and internal camera for video calls... DO IT. :,)

This is the worst phone i have ever owned. Simple. The touchscreen is far too small, and lags an awful lot, the screen itself feels exceptionally cheaply produced, and the plastic housing case is equally as flimsy. The 5.1 Mega Pixel Auto Focus camera takes rather bad photographs for the league the media has continuously commented on, and to make it even worse, I was going to add that the connection is rather low, but the majority of the time, their is no connection! I have been cut off the line many times whilst on the phone. I would not be paid to have this phone.

ive had this phone for a year now nd its O.K. nt the best ive used.... the camera is preddy gud... and the interface is very easy to follow... it has 3g and HSDPA so the internet is quick... and apparently it supports DiVX but i havnt tried this feature.... but there are so many problems.... for eg. the qwerty is useful wen the phone is working properly but sometimes the phone will become stupid and it will register my taps in other places.... its incredibly annoyin wen textin... it doesnt hav an accelerometer so if u want to go into the qwerty u hav to choose it frm the menu.... plus the message storage is PATHETIC!!! only 300 at a time and thats after deleting all the sent box, drafts, outbox nad some other stuff after that u hav to delete some messages and i hate this feature.... the battery life is also bad... lasts me about a day and a half, so if i forget to charge my phone in the night it will turn off while im in college leaving me disengaged frm the world.. . wen ur on the internet for about 20 mins the phone would randomly turn off and on by itsef... its so annoyin bcos i hav to find the page again but this isnt so bad because the 3g helps you out there.... there is only one game on it and its CRAP... all in all the phone is good na dthe camera features are preddy amazing but for only using on a temporary basis... if u want a long term phone i recommend a nokia or a sony erikkson.... not an LG... unlucky for me that im gonna be stuck with this phone for probably another year :(

I own the LG Viewty Ku990, in which i have not had many problems with the phone and have now owned this phone for 2years or so. Waking up this morning to check the time my phone was turned off, as i tryed to turn it on several times i came to the suspicion my battery was dead, i inserted the chargers and i was presented with a screen that indicates an emergency download in which i have no clue about

ive had this fone for 9 months, its rubbish recommend dont buy it, it sucks, gets really slow and screen get scratches easily, after a few months u have to press hard on the screen, its really annoying im buying the new lg viewty snap its 5 mega pixel aswel and from the viewty range and its lighter and slimmer than this, the camera quality is good but mines gone really blurry for some reason, the internet navigation is rubbish. the good thing is u can open more than 1 apps, for example listen the radio and text and go online at the same time. its so kwl. menu is easy. fone on its own is kind of light but bulky in size. he battery life has been pretty amazing. memory without a card is fab for images and music. texing is okay.

I had this phone a while ago. For the first week I thought this phone was brilliant... Boy was I wrong! The touch screen became almost impossible to use as it became VERY VERY VERY unresponsive. Also the phone became really slow, it became so slow that I had to take the battery out and then put it back in. The camera may look good but the picture quality is rubbish. There are absolutely no good points about this phone. Please for your sake do not buy this phone.

I had a contract for 2 years and after 3months the battery would only last seven hours, the screen was white, the camera wouldnt work and it wouldn't store images, music, messages etc.

Well, i went into the shop 3 in liverpool and it was my first contract phone, i am very good with tecnology as i am at a young age, so i go in with my mum and get the phone, i am on it for days on end...After a while i decided to go out with my friends shopping, and my mum tired calling me, and i couldent hear the phone ringing. I find the settings poor. Facebook on the viewity is dissapinting standard, it is hard to click on the buttons (hard to explain but i mean like comment, profile ect...)and when i am trying to scroll down it will click on somthing i diddnt want it to click on. I was reading an argument on facebook snf it involved my neice i was being nosey and reading and all of a sudden, it liked somthing i diddnt want it to like...Now i have had a hard 8 months with this phone and i cant wait to get a Blackberry Curve 8520. Anyway after 8 months, my 10 month old neice comes to stay and as usual baby like toplay with little things like that and i gave my pho ne to her and she was fiddling around with it, and it was being slobberd on (not unusual ith babys) and then i heard the noise of the camera going on and on and on, i went over and had to take the phone off her and see what it was doing, slobber was in the speaker, it was in the screen all in the buttons and on the camera. I was so dissapointed, i wish the quality was better. I would not recomend this phone to anyone else and i will be glad to get rid of it-Glad to have the phone gone!

Well I have had the Viewty for just on 2 weeks and before i bought the viewty as normal I read ALL the reviews below and deceided after great thought to go for it. so now after messing about with it I can answer some things people have said below. Firstly if your going to buy a phone like this, Dont just turn it on and expect great miracles, Reading the manual does help. In one week I had full length dvd's on the phone. Mp3's had no problem there either. sound quality = no problem very good. bluetooth works perfect. internet = no problems there either. now everyone says about the scrolling on the screen but i have not found this either to be a problem and with little practice this becomes second nature. sending messages has not proved difficult either, i read reports below saying it was slow to type messages and this did worry me but once i got into the phone i find this very quick and really speaking sometimes faster than the use of the hand using the attached styl us. people complained of the stylus hanging from the phone like a charm, well the stylus is a little charm alright and looks neat and does the job nicely. the menus are precise and easy to follow. the phone has not frozen once the battery lasts three days with loads of usage on it so people who say it lasts one day if that must be on it overtime. the camera is really easy to use and must be set up correctly to get the best out of it. you dont just click camera and shoot and think the camera does all the work for you. I can only come to one end to this and that is if you don't own a computer or are not computer literate or minded then dont buy this phone. if you dont like the thought of touchscreen again steer clear. if you don't read manuals, have a very short fuse, dont like gadgets, stay away. now if you have the time to explore and learn new technology then go and get this phone. What made me more mad was the fact that people rubbish this phone after playing with it for o ne or two days and dont apprieciate what has gone into making a work of art, and that simply is what it is. A WORK OF ART. so do i have any gripes about it ? well one yes the lens could be doing with a cover, but it comes with a plastic protection on it and you can buy these and protect it forever yourself doing away with the need for a cover over the lens. or does everyone throw there phone in pockets/handbags with the keys rubbing against them. for these people i have little sympathy. this phone boasts 5mp camera, hdspa internet with 3g connectivity, an optical zoom lens, flash, video camera and then the ability to do everything the iphone will do on top. so ask yourself if your considering buying the iphone do you really want a phone that has no 3g connectivity, no flash, no zoom, a 2mp camera, and no video camera. I rest my case the future has been bought to light with the LG Viewty, apple stayed in the dark times of 5 years ago The Viewty is a fantastic phone and if you see a review saying different do as i did ignore it.

Well what can i say! This phone is brilliant. I got given it from a frieend and she had it for a year. I have had it ages and had basically no problems! It has lots of cool features. Theres sort of four different menus so i would read the manual to make it easier. Internets usually fast. Great memory accept for the photos are slow to view. Camera is brilliant! Its also got a camera on the front for video calls and pictures too! It has a lock key on the side which is quite hard to find lol! I would recommend this to anyone! Excellent phone! :)

Whenever i go on the internet with my phone your lucky if i get 5 mins browsing then it cuts off the only time i can browse with no problems is when the phoen is on constant charge. Its shocking the battery life is so short

I've had the lg phone for just over a year.it is a good phone and still after a yr it is working properly, even though it has been dropped several times on the floor,outside and from 7 floor upbove, its still working and in a good condition.It was one of the best touch screen phone i had until the iphone 4g came out.but still will rate it high and would recordment it to people!

i have a lg, and after only a year the vibrate setting now does not work, which is a pain. it started off as a very nice phone, but nearly 4 months into it the calaboration on the touchscreen was shot to pieces. very temramental. and also likes to turn itself off everynow and again. hmmm not getting another one anytime soon.

i have had this phone for 8 months and it is absolutly rubish i would highly recomend you to NOT buy this phone. It is bacicly a brick with 3 buttons. It is hevy and thick. It is often slow (even with an 8GB card) the camera quality is poor and that it the phones main feature! the message in-take/out-take only keeps 500 + or - a few and after it is full u have to select all messages sepratly to delete it.(as u can tell this takes hours). to be honest with you i have had better phones that cost half price,stored more, lasted longer, been thiner,lighter and have had better cameras (on normal phones) i can say and will i am very dissopointed with this phone and will be getting a new one as soon as possible

the lg viewty is a really good phone with really cool features. the main focus point of the lg viewty is it's 5 megampixel flash camera.not flash as in the girl boy way.its has a great sencing touch screen.also really stylish with the really classy looking stylus pen .i call it a stylus pen because it looks like a pen. the vietwy's caera is almost like a proper camera with a but better because its a phone to . so you all better give me a lotta stars if you like jbieber

Terrible phone, do not buy this phone, battery life is worse than useless, needs to be recharged every 24 hours, that's just with 60 minutes talking and a few texts,and very little internet use, battery life is especially bad on 3 network, when you are in a poor reception area. The technical people at three have suggested turning off various features of the phone, but with little improvement to battery life, and why have these features on a phone if the battey hasn't enough power to handle them, LG must know about this problem, but the phone is still on sale, with quite ridiculous claims to battery life, and standby times ,touch screen is unresponsive, calibration doesn't help. I'm so glad that it's on a 30 day rolling contract with 3, and i'm not tied into a 24 month term.I bought this phone from 3 only 6 weeks ago, and as it is outside the 28 day return period they will not replace it, my advice, steer well clear of this phone, and the 3 network, wish i hadn't sold my Blackberry !

Had this phone for about 12 months now and i still think its excellent. Faboulous phone well worth the money. Takes great pictures, easy to text. Only thing i find wrong with it is the speakerphone, cant really hear the other person and they normally cant hear me!thats why i rate this phone excellent rather than outstanding!

I purchased an LG VIEWTY mobile phone at the begining of the year. It developed niggling faults until 6 weeks ago when I had to send it back to what I thought was LG. This turned out not be the case it was in fact returned to a company called REGENERSIS. The problems with phone were that I could not ACCEPT incoming calls as the screen had a fault. Also when trying to text the qwerty keyboard kept defaulting to the alphanumeric keyboard when turning the phone on to its side. The phone was returned about a week later with the same faults unrepaired. I contacted LG with great difficulty as they seem to hide behind call centres and non geographical telephone numbers and spoke to someone called Garry Baxter. He said to send the phone back again and it would be sorted. Nearly a fortnight later the phone was returned with yes you've guessed it the same fault plus when turning it round to get the QWERTY keyboard the phone turned off after about ten seconds, without the QWERTY keyboard in sight. Again after contacting Garry Baxter at LG he said leave it with him and he would get back to us. When he did he said to return the phone and they would send a new phone in replacement. After trying to phone him today We spoke to someone else who said they had sent out the same phone AGAIN. I am awaiting to see what happens this time. I Would not recommend the firm LG to anyone for either the goods, service or honesty. If this phone has any problems this time I will be straight on to trading standards about LG selling shoddy goods.

Not the greatest phone. I got one some time ago. It was wonderful - while it worked. It gave trouble shortly after purchase and the touch screen died suddenly one day - the phone had hardly been used! I could not salvage anything from the phone. There was no way to navigate without the touch screen. No one seemed able to fix the problem. I would not recommend it.

THIS PHONE IS RUBBISH!!! The phone does not get good service as good as A LOT of other phones I have had, the touch screen is hard to do and on most of the apps it goes on the internet so therefore it costs you extra money! This phone is not good at all.

The touchscreen is ridiculously unresponsive. I also have an ipod touch and the screen on that is so much better. I also had a look at my cousins samsung tocco and the screen on that is not great, but its way ahead of the LG. However the camera is brilliant, but that is the only good thing i can think about on this phone.

this fone is the kinda fone that u waste your money on although i have had alot of un reliable fones this 4wn has 2 b the worse it stoped charging all of a suddn the charging pin moved out of place therefore the phone never charged again i told lg and sent it back n aparantly it was my fault although i dont know how and i was told to pay �50 to get it fixed or �15 for them to send it me back so i decided to get it back beacuse i dont want them to sell it on so that they can make mnoney out of it . i have only had this 4wn for 2 months and has not lasted as long as a 4wn should of i would advise you not 2 buy this 4wn it turns off it self and stops charging and the music files dont work and i also read the riviews online b4 buying this 4wn so although i made an mistake and i now relise that i should of read all of them not the good 1s so only buy this 4wn if you want to face the problems and the lack of customer service

Had this phone for just over a year now and am more than satisfied with it. 5Mb camera is a bonus use it most weeks in my job in IT when I need a pic of some equipment. Would have given it 5 stars but the touch screen can be bit awkward at times especially if not using a stylus

Great wee phone! I loved my Viewty alot. But it started looking really out of date and I starting to get embarrassed about using it lol. But anyway, after a while, my camera quit working so well. It started washing out the colours which I was not impressed with as I love taking photos all the time and want them to look good. You can get the Viewty quite cheap now. I'm thinking about buying my daughter one. Overall, 4 stars.

The LG Viewty is quite possibly the worst phone I have ever owned. Camera is supposed to be 5mb but in practice is nowhere near, the zoom feature on the camera is next to useless as it makes the already poor picture quality even worse. The touch screen has a mind of its own and it quite unresponsive. Texting is also difficult thanks to the poor touch screen and made worse with the bizarre predictive text (the world "is" is defaulted to "47"?!). Signal quality is consistently poor even in high coverage areas - probably due to a cheap internal ariel. Overall I would recommend that this phone be avoided.

Yea pretty good phone. To those who are complaining thta you cant deleted ALL messages, Yes you can...heres how. GO into your inbox or sent messages or whichever ones you want to delete all. Select any message, click on the left hand side bottom corner that looks like a "page" (options) scroll down to Mark/Unmark...tick the left hand top little box till a little red arrow shows (use a finger nail) - this will tick all your messages, then click delete down the bottom - delete Selected? - yes - all done. TOok me about 6 months to find that out! The only thing I have issues with is the scrolling, best to hold down the scroll bar and push up. - Cheers

i have had this piece of junk for 2 years, i originaly looked at an lg cookie and decided it was the best phone for me but just 3 weeks later the lg viewty came out so as any normal person would i looked at its impressive 5 mp camera and 3mp video calling, so i jumped at the chance to buy one for just �130, but only now do i realise it was a big mistake, when you turn the phone on it takes 3 minutes to tuen it on! after half a year i found that the camera was losing picture quality, the zoom button can sometimes get caught, other than that other problems can include: calling volume (quiet) ringtone (quiet) video calling (granulated at times) screen can darken in corners, i now have a nokia x6 and it is absolutely perfect for me, although the camera is only 4 mp the rest of the phone is AMAZING! i reccomend the Nokia INSTEAD.

I bought 2 of the LG viewty for my daughters about 18 months ago. They loved them but both batteries now won't hold a charge and died at exactly the same time despite the fact that one was recharged frequently and the other about half as often. Looking to buy new batteries as the phones have been great and my girls have used them to tweet and IM on facebook where ever we have travelled. I really hope I can sort the power problems out. Love the stylus, although have had to replace them due to loss.

You shouldn't buy ANY LG products if you're a mac-owner. LG is one of few producers that won't allow their phones to sync with mac. Besides my LG-phone has been in for repair 4 out of 6 months now and they refuse to admit that they sold me a broken phone! No more LG-products at all for me

Hello, i love this phone my best friend has it so i thought lets check it out, i went on google on my laptop and then i wrote LG viewty [she told me to] when i saw i fell in love with it and i still am today i ran upstairs to my mum and i told her to come downstairs i showed her and said mummy this phone is thebest please can i have it, she said next week that time it was 199.99 the day had come i said mummy can i have it now! she said ok because she's a business lady and she gets a lot of money like 10,000 a month she told me! I had other phones before like the sony ecrisson Xperia and the iphone which i thought they were boring because they just were lolz!!! when igot it i slammed into the car and opened it i was like omg i quickly turned i on!!! Love this phone and i'll recommend this to anyone plz buy this, its love thing that u will love [sorry if that is too long buthey!!!] BUY THIS NOW!!!!

I was sold this phone last year by O2 as a good phone for taking photos with - but the photos I took are still on it! This phone may be ok if you have bluetooth - otherwise trying to download photos is an abosolute nightmare. I have tried to buy wires and sim cards that don't work! Not at all impressed that the technical help so called available has been no use at all.

like most phones it does not like having a swim in the washing machine. I have been drying it out for three days & still it only partly works it is tricky to get used to the working of the phone before the washing machine i was having problems with the phone keeping a charge for more than one day. I was told to drain the batery the conect to the internet & charge. Seemed to work

this phone is rubbish, as are most LG products, Totally unable to download files from phone, including picture. Although the camera is not bad the inability to download makes it a mockery. No CD with pack and downloaded LG software does not work and there is no easy to use guide-pity, guess phone will go in the bin, The touch screen is also rubbish, far to sensitive and requires a pen for simple use but is not supplied !! and there is no function to correct errors so you have to have to go back to the menu every time you make an input error, and no means to delte all in any file area, real pain having to delete file by file!! give me Motorola or noikia any day [have both these phones as well] Advice �do not buy LG phones

I've had this phone about 5 months now.. it is quite debatable.. I love the camera, i think it's good quality.. I'm abit disappointed about the speed of the processes it undertakes.. such as open up music or something.. it's quite an attractive phone but nothing compared to my old phone.. (Nokia N95 8GB)... Good enough phone though! x

ive had the fone for about a month or 2 but after the 2nd month the battery became week and wen u played at least 2 songs the battery was half empty. i wud luv a w595 but there 2 dere soo im stuck wif dis fone. every thing is good on it but da battery but at the same time its good. i wud recommend this fone 4 kids as its like a bric soo if kids/adults (mostly recommended 4 kids

I've had the Viewty for about 6 months now and I find it's a really good phone. It's really sturdy which is important for me since I have a problem with dropping things, it doesn't splatter like other phones, it almost bounces back. The camera is also really good, decent flash as well, the let down being the noisy shutter sound which can't be turned off, even when in Silent. The scrolling can be a bit of a problem but you could always use the Jog Wheel at the back of the phone which makes it much easier. I can't comment on the internet as Vodafone didn't send me the set-up messages that they usually send to get the phone up and running, but I've done well without it. I find it really easy to text with this phone though it can be a bit irritating in a hurry when you hit the wrong button (I didn't recieve a stylus) and when the sun hits the screen and you can't see the keys. Battery life is a bit of a problem if you text/ call often, but charging it over night or for a few hours during the day does the trick. Overall, I love this wee phone and I will miss it when the time comes to get a replacement.

I like my phone it has a good design and is easy to use for a touch screen phone. All my friends have phones that have rubbish cameras and on the viewty it has by far the best camera for a phone on the market. The only problem i have experienced is it freezes a lot.

I would have to give this 5 stars. I've owned mine for a year now and is still going strong. Likes: Excellent camera and easy to use. Also loads of functions. Dislikes: When linked up to car kit (THB Bury Bluetooth)on max volume very hard to hear still way to quiet. Short battery life especially when looking for a network. However when in a good area I can still go 2-3 days without charging.

I have just bought an LG KU 990 and the msg tone is really loud. ive turned down everything that has a volume nymber on it except the ringtone which it at right level. can the nsg tone be turned down? it's really loud. other than that i really like the camera and the keyboard and qwerty board takes a little getting used to but i was wondering if anyone knows about the volume control for msging one

When you first get this phone you will love it more than anything, ever. but now, a year on, i hate it with my life :P, the touch screen is useless, it freeses for like 5 mins if i try to make a phone call. the best bit by far is the camera, but i cant turn off the shutter sound, after a year D: or the red light, so no mug shots in lessons for me :(

I love the phone, holds many great memories but at the moment it turns itself off when I take more then three photos. I turn it back on but it doesn't come on for another 10 mins. why????? please help!!!

I bought my LG viewty from fones 4 u and it came with no software so I can't put my photos on my laptop also no usb lead it's on the orange network the shop told me I'm getting a good phone for my money but didn't tell me the expense I would have to get the usb lead and I'm really having a job trying to get the software for it downloading it from LG because I have windows 7 can anyone help!!!!!
