Have this phone ages now and still think its the bee's knee's hope it doesnt ever break id be heart broken! its out lived every other phone ive ever owned (mostly nokia's that die after a year) have bought loads of other lg gizmo's off the back of how pleased i was with the phone and an happy with all of them!

i have had this phone for 1 and a half years. over all it is good. but the front gets scratched very easily. it has been a good phone. but it is very chunky and bulky. it is a good phone that does everything you want a phone to do.

I go mountain Biking Almost every day, and my LG goes with me, It has survived very well so far a cracked screen from one of my falls but still works fine after 3 years of this abuse.

i find lg tu55o most useless peace of junk i will never buy again the key board gets so hot i cant touch it with my check and the program is not easy to use ive had mine for 4 month and havent been able to down load my txt and email iam going to by motorola my mate recomends

I have had this phone 4 about 2 years and everything has been pretty good except sometimes when i try 2 get stuff by bluetooth from other pplz phones it fails and it also doesnt have speaker phone i have searched EVERYWHERE on it and u cant get it on speaker phone but overall this is a heaps good phone and u should buy it oh yeah one other bad thing about it is it is SOOO fat lol it hardly fits in my pocket bahaha oh well

Volume is fine on mine, good battery life, easy to use, most modern phones are difficult to see in sunlight, as this one is, apart from that, the phone is great, nice size buttons, even has a torch light built in, its just a really good mobile phone, I have had it two years and given away the new contract phones supplied free, that’s how good it is.

my 8360 started to go wrong after just one year and i can not now charge phone as it turns off if I insert charger also texting is very poor and not easy.

am from srilanka Phone is ok. Evrything i need it has.For those who didnt know, it has a light,when you press sidebutton(lower)and hold it. Camera 1.3 mpx,extra memory,mp3,video file for ringtone for small. amount of money

This phone is heavy but that is ok the main trouble I am having is the that the Battery goes down daily and it is only being assembled now for the first time even though it was bought a year ago a gift.I also think it is getting warm during the day --is that normal. I haven't tried out any of the extras but am worried about the battery as the instructions say it will last 220 hours.

The U8360 is a great phone for the price with many features but...... -It is very quiet -When you put a memory card into the phone it makes it slow done and it can take time to do simple tasks -Despite the minor inconveniences it is a pretty tough phone, i've dropped mine several times from fair distances and it has survived undamaged -the buttons are a good size but my volume button on the side only lasted about 6 months before it started to show the effects of aging, it still worked but were unresponsive sometimes -Also the cap that covers the headphone plug is annoying to get off, i ended up removing mine completely!!! and i also found that the headphones can fall out resonably easily. -In conclusion, it is a well priced phone packed full of features that are usually found on the more expensive phones and if you are a gentle and patient person you will enjoy this phone. ps: dont go swimming with it in your pocket :P

This phone is average. Whilst the battery life is decent, the texting is appalling. Not only is it stupidly slow when you try and text anything longer than 3 words, it misses out letters if you are too quick. I don't need bells and whistles on a phone, just a slick texting system, and this hasn't got it. Have sent countless unfinished texts because the back space and send are too close together, and have sent ridiculously worded texts when I haven't noticed that whole parts of words have been missing. Loved the U880; dislike this heavier, bulkier brother.

Very Stable phone. It is a heavenly phone compared to a u8120. Owned it for a year and a half and had no problems whatsoever.

I'VE BEEN WITH 3 FOR 2 YEARS NOW. I FIRST SIGNED UP WHEN AN UNSCRUPULOUS DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN CONNED ME WITH A SWAG OF FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT THE PLAN ON OFFER. I FOUND OUT THEY WERE FALSE WHEN I RECEIVED MY FIRST BILL, BUT BY THEN I WAS UNDER CONTRACT AND HENCE POWERLESS. MY EX-WIFE RE-SIGNED WHEN THEY OFFERED HER A FREE NEW HANDSET IN RETURN FOR RENEWING THE CONTRACT FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS. HER ERICSSON HANDSET HAS BEEN BACK TO THE SHOP 4 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS. SHE HAS REQUESTED ANOTHER MODEL, BUT ALL THEY'LL OFFER HER ARE PHONES THAT ARE KNOWN TO BE NOTORIOUSLY UNRELIABLE. I'VE BEEN WITH A FEW DIFFERENT COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS, BUT I'VE NEVER KNOWN SUCH CONTEMPT FOR CUSTOMERS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLAN, BY-PASS 3. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT 3. THEY ARE THE EPITOME OF CORPORATE GREED.

I reckon this phone is great, but can someone help me. I want to upload a song or two from my computer to my phone via a USB cable, but I have lost the disc that came with my phone. Is there something i can download that can help me do this? please help

Only a year and a couple of months after receiving the phone, the keypad is losing its funcionability and the phone either turns off randomly or freezes (a couple of times a month). Not impressed.

I have had this phone for about a year and it has done me pretty well. The camera and video quality was good and the volume was good enough for me. The battery life sucked but it could have been worse i guess. I had a bit of trouble with reception but it wasnt too bad.. I think it was just the company. Sadly I didn't get to experince all of the phones features because some old biddy stole all of my accesories in the shops (lucky I took the phone out of the box before she got it). I ended up getting another free charger from the shop and my Dad bought me a new battery for it so no real trouble. The only bad thing is I took some photos and videos of my Stepdad and he passed away recently and my phone just died so I've lost them all now because I couldn't put them onto the computer :(. I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow to see what the can do about it. Wish me luck!! Overall though I would have to say it is a pretty good phone and great value for money!

this phone has been great for me! ive had no troubles with it untill a few weeks ago when the casing for the flip part cracked and i was advised not to use it. however its been fixed and ive had no furthur problems. i highly recommend this phone for its quality and price

not a very good phone. freezes all the time, the flip bit of the phone has snapped and now folds all the way back and the battery life is shot. deffinatly not worth the money i paid for it $230 AUD

Good phone Good features Speaker needs to be louder and freezes every now and then I have moved onto a Nokia 6288 recently and loving it. The LG U8360 is a great phone for a really good price

I've had this phone for 18 months and it's clear that it really isn't a great handset compared to more modern phones. The outer casing seems to scratch the screen when closer quickly, the weight is an obvious issue and so is the styling of the thing-there is none! a rather ugly looking thing. the battery life and signal are also pretty awful; yet i have encountered no major problems with it over 18 months which isn't too bad!

Having owned my LG8360, for nearly a year. I,ve been offered a free upgrade on the 3 network. I,ll take the free upgrade phone and sell it. No way would I change my current LG u8360 phone. Anyone who's lucky enough to own one of these phones, knows how good they are. total perfection.

i ant actually got 1 of dese but mi m8s got 1 n the ceameras gd but de bad fing iz dat i played on 1 of de games (which woz poo) n after i finished i went back 2 de menu n den ome n wen i flipped it down it froaze n wunt work 4 ages! i dno if ne1 elses does dat? iz it js a 1 off?
