And It Just Like Sucks Tbh Rating: Reviewed by tim on 22/01/2008 my phones is great but i have something i wanna know how do u get internet without the 3g network Rating: Reviewed by David on 11/01/2008 The U8360 is a great phone for the price with many features but...... -It is very quiet -When you put a memory card into the phone it makes it slow done and it can take time to do simple tasks -Despite the minor inconveniences it is a pretty tough phone, i've dropped mine several times from fair distances and it has survived undamaged -the buttons are a good size but my volume button on the side only lasted about 6 months before it started to show the effects of aging, it still worked but were unresponsive sometimes -Also the cap that covers the headphone plug is annoying to get off, i ended up removing mine completely!!! and i also found that the headphones can fall out resonably easily. -In conclusion, it is a well priced phone packed full of features that are usually found on the more expensive phones and if you are a gentle and patient person you will enjoy this phone. ps: dont go swimming with it in your pocket :P Rating: Reviewed by fjfjfjfjf on 15/09/2007 its an excellent phone, but it has a farely small memmery.it is a great phone for the price of it Rating: Reviewed by JM on 18/07/2007 This phone is average. Whilst the battery life is decent, the texting is appalling. Not only is it stupidly slow when you try and text anything longer than 3 words, it misses out letters if you are too quick. I don't need bells and whistles on a phone, just a slick texting system, and this hasn't got it. Have sent countless unfinished texts because the back space and send are too close together, and have sent ridiculously worded texts when I haven't noticed that whole parts of words have been missing. I FIRST SIGNED UP WHEN AN UNSCRUPULOUS DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN CONNED ME WITH A SWAG OF FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT THE PLAN ON OFFER. I FOUND OUT THEY WERE FALSE WHEN I RECEIVED MY FIRST BILL, BUT BY THEN I WAS UNDER CONTRACT AND HENCE POWERLESS. MY EX-WIFE RE-SIGNED WHEN THEY OFFERED HER A FREE NEW HANDSET IN RETURN FOR RENEWING THE CONTRACT FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS. HER ERICSSON HANDSET HAS BEEN BACK TO THE SHOP 4 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS. SHE HAS REQUESTED ANOTHER MODEL, BUT ALL THEY'LL OFFER HER ARE PHONES THAT ARE KNOWN TO BE NOTORIOUSLY UNRELIABLE. The camera and video quality was good and the volume was good enough for me. The battery life sucked but it could have been worse i guess. I had a bit of trouble with reception but it wasnt too bad.. I think it was just the company. Sadly I didn't get to experince all of the phones features because some old biddy stole all of my accesories in the shops (lucky I took the phone out of the box before she got it). I ended up getting another free charger from the shop and my Dad bought me a new battery for it so no real trouble. The only bad thing is I took some photos and videos of my Stepdad and he passed away recently and my phone just died so I've lost them all now because I couldn't put them onto the computer :(. I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow to see what the can do about it. Wish me luck!! Overall though I would have to say it is a pretty good phone and great value for money! The outer casing seems to scratch the screen when closer quickly, the weight is an obvious issue and so is the styling of the thing-there is none! a rather ugly looking thing. the battery life and signal are also pretty awful; yet i have encountered no major problems with it over 18 months which isn't too bad!
