i commented a while ago about how great it is. well i had mine 2 months until the screen completely cracked on the inside! it woouldn't accept my memory card or charger. i now have the LG COOKIE PINK :D hopefully this one will last

Excellent phone with all the features. Would recommend. MP3 player sound quality through headphones is comparable to an iPod. SMS made easy with the qwerty keyboard. One Note - Different networks add different features. Don't get from orange because the branding is stupid on it. You might get live square but that is the only advantage. After trying on most networks Virgin is the best to get it from... Or sim free from the CPW

just don't do it to yourself. don't bother posting reviews when you've had it a day either because i'm 99% convinced this phone waits until after 28 days to unleash its true poor performance on you. it turns off constantly, its slow and it crashes and the ringing delay is driving me crazy. i like the look of the phone and i suppose it was cheap but that doesn't excuse general shoddynes. LG, i will not be buying anymore phones from you.

JUST DONT BUY THIS PHONE! i have had mine about a month and i am chaning it now because i cant stand it i am already on the 3rd one, glad im on contract cus you get sent a free one if u have a problem. but now i changing the phone!

Hii x well im hoping to get this phone tomorrow as my sister has it and i love it i used to have a sony ericsson w350i but it broke yesterday so hopefully this will last me a while im not sure if i should get it as my sisters is cool but when you bluetooth something you have to move it to a folder and also when she takes a picture it takes ages to save x

this is the WORST phone i've ever had the misfortune to buy! overall it's pretty shocking, but these are the main reasons why you need to stay away! - when ringing someone you will not hear anything for about 30 seconds or so, but the person on the other end may have answered though you won't know and they can hear you. - the novelty of the side-sliding feature and QWERTY keyboard quickly wore off, and i realised that it is in fact, god-awful. - a half-arsed touch-screen feature that is only available to use when putting in a phone number to dial or save, and even then it's pretty pathetic. - incredibly slow reaction time when you press ANY button (apart from when texting). too many times i've pressed a button to delete a text or file, or i've tried to call someone and it's not worked first time so i've pressed it again only for both of the pushes to finally be recognised and i accidentally so something completely unwanted. - the camera is poor and slow. - LG phones are very limited for the themes you can have your phone on (how the interface of the phone looks) so even looking at this phone is boring and unappealing! all in all, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! a very cheap phone, and the price is reflected in the functionality of the phone. also, this is not just me, i know of a lot of people who have this phone and they have all experienced these problems, especially the problem with calls and the slow functionality.

I bought this phone at the weekend on tesco mobile and its a great phone. The pic's are very good, its simple to use and looks good (I got the blue one). Definately good value for money. Wish i'd bought my daughter the same phone now but, she has different tatse. Best phone I've had to date. Well done LG.

welli am very impressed with this phone wasnt expecting a lot considering the price bbut i just love it and the colour good to the features are great the best part the keyboard i am a txting mainiac and love this feature so easy to use and u can type just like a comp (which i also love ) i would recommend

I have this phone, I really don't like it and I can't wait to get a new one. It's great for texting but it ends there. You can only use the touchscreen for dialling so that's just a pretty feature that doesn't really do anything. The core memory holds like 3 songs and 1 picture. The camera is okay, but you can't ask for much more with 2 mp. Plus it turns itself off a lot, and I asked my friend who has it and it happens to her too. Plus the battery life is so not great! It doesn't last long at all. I got it for christmas and I'm selling it soon. Still, it was a good feat, and it was only £70 so I guess you get what you pay for after all, even if it was hyped up with all these fancy features ;)

absaloutly rubbish, i have had mine about 3 weeks and i am on my second one and goin to change it cus it keeps turning off wen i am using it and its really annoying if u have just wrot e a message cus it dusnt save it it just gets rid of it. and i had a important number saved so i cud rinng to sort the phone out and it deleted it!!!! my second one it doin the same TRUST ME DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!

This phone is really gd and i wud recomnd it 2 people hu like txtin. Its bad points tho r its average camera and its screen. I dropped mine on the floor and the screen cracked. I took it back 2 the shop 2 ask them if they cud fix it but they sed they cudnt cos it was an eternal crack. U see the screen is flexible so if u drop it the screen bends in and cracks the phone eternaly, which is stupid cos if the phone screen wasnt flexible then the screen wud jus crack and u wud be able 2 get it fixed. Other than tht its a gd phone but it means u hav 2 be very careful with it.

My Sister Got This Phone This Morning :) . The Keyboard Gives It That Extra Uniquness , Its Defiantly More Aimed For Teenagers And On a Plus Side She Hasnt Had Any Problems So Far *touch wood* . And By The Sounds Of It , It is Easy To Get The Hang Off Quite Quickly :) , For The Price Aswell ! .i am Very Jealous -.- Defiantly Reccomend this Phonnee x)

This is a pretty good phone except for the battery life. It lasts 2 maybe 3 days and then you have to recharge it. That is the only thing that bothers me about the phone. Other than that it's really great

dont get it, it's rubbish. mines broke twice. my friends broke 3 times. my screens broke and so has my cousins. and everyone else who i know who has it says its rubbish, it breaks simple as.

Ive had this phone for just over three months and its been fine up till recently. for some reason it wont allow me to call anyone or for anyone to call me, it just switches on and off! which is ridiculous. if anyone knows how to stop this let me know? before i send it back!

This phone is terrible my sister and I bought the same phone and they both broke after a few months. My sisters turns itself off with no warning, as well as freezing and not turning on properly. Mine too is terrible after a few weeks of it being a decent phone it wouldn't even let me hear the other person on the other end of the phone. Freezes just generally rubbish. I would not recommend it ever. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, you will be let down.

this is a good phone but has one major fault that annoyed me so much, when u text quickly the phone wont keep up and the letters kept going after the cursor, for some reason it was mainly a and k. i took it bak to the carphone wharehouse and they have sent it off 3 times to be repaired and they still havnt fixed it, althought i have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be returned on the exspress repair. if u have one try pressing a and k quickly and see if it works. hope this helps, the rest of the phone functions work really well

Im so not happy with the battery on this phone, I only got it 2 mnths ago and the battery don't last longer than 24 hrs, fully charged and im not even making phone calls! Video's are so bad, you cant see nothing at all. Only things which is worth is picts, but these dont have any good contrast.I def wouldnt buy it again Lookwise this phone is nice and modern, but the features are rubbish

To be honest i got this fone as a gift and it could just be this particular 1 but it has a mind of its own.i.e turns of randomly, skipps letters or entire typed words in texts and then flips to the next line also for a while it had a delay wen u called someone so you would be listening to silence on the fone whilst the other person shouts hello thinking you're ignoring them. the transition between the portrait and landscape screen...when sliding out the keypad is a bit odd too ..it will go blurry for about 3 seconds and then switch screens. i guess u get what u pay for and is a good fone for £70. another problam is the VERY SHORT battery life...

do NOT buy this phone. It lags on the videos (the sound is slower that the movement). The ear phones that come with it are the most pathetic pieces of plastic. And the only way u can use the touch screen is if u dial a number. Overall its cheap and nasty!

rubbish! i had this phone for 2 weekss before i sold it and then got a rubbisb nokia 7130 supernova, before settling for an lg cookie which is amazing, so much better and sleeker! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU LIKE MUSIC! it is extremily quiet aswell! all in all, fashion phone on a budget not a good phone!

Do Not buy this phone, Its supposed to be designed for texters but when I used it after about 150 in my inbox it became VERY slow and unresponsive, especialy when I turned it on, it takes in excess of 5mins just to load the contacts, the touch screen is useless and pointless, the ONLY upside to this phone is its amazing camara, but this DOES NOT compensate for its lack of performance everywhere else, HONESTLY DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE YOU WILL REGRET IT, IT LOOKS BRILLIANT BUT TRUST ME IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

just got this phone with orange in pink for a bday present. am very happy with it atm and have no complaints! It is easy to text+ i love having free facebook for 2o mis per day! :) Get it if you want free facebook/bebo/twitter and an easy, quick way to text :D

This phone is bad! No wonder its 60 something pounds! Good thngs :- Good sound Good internet - bebo, myspace, facebook. Good for messaging Touch screen dialing pad Bad things :- Loads of memory left on the phone memory and memory card, but doesn't save anything to normal memory or memory card after awhile. MSN doesn't sign you in, and when you register with Orange, still doesn't work. Ebuddy works most times, but then you get Orange Safe Gaurd. Battery life isn't very good, daily charging. The USB doesn't work with your PC or Laptop after a few send overs. Regular deleting of songs to get newer songs. Turns itself off Freezes Video's are short I am now using my old samsung, and getting the Blackberry soon. Overall, it is a good phone if all youwant is the internet and messaging. Otherwise, not good for anything else. I do nor reccomend.

In my opinion this is a really cool n stylish fne. Im on it right now typing this lol. I bought mine on orange because the pink colour was exclusive to this network. Im going to unlock it after i use all the free texts and credit tht orange gave me. The phone is pretty basic, it has all the features that are necessary on a fne, nothing more nothing less. I think tht the design is absolutly fantastic! Its easy to use n just looks great wheb your holding it. For sum reason the internet n msn is free on mine!

Arghh... i have this phone and the majority of the time i hate it... its broke 3 times, been sent back to LG once, screen freezes and sometimes it switches itself on&off?!... loved it until it started to pack in..... 2 stars seen as 1 seems a bit harsh..

I just want to say that the LG KS360 is amazing!! i absolotly love it!! its the best phone ive ever had.. i love how it reminds me of my laptop and how i can personalize everything on the phone!! i also have it in pink.. witch is an extra bonus.. i have a 2Gb card in it and i think the music player is very loud.. i cannot find one down thing abt this fone.. although i wish it had flash sumtimes haha!! Love it guys!! x

phone is good as it moments though, mine switches it self off if two messages come through at once. battery life is a little poor i charge mine everyday. memory is rubbish so you need a memory card i have 2gb in mine still not enough. all in all good phone!

I really liked this phone at first, aesthetics were nice, it had a QWERTY keyboard which was the main appealing factor for me and the camera was ok. But barely even six months down the line and it's malfunctioning already! It turns its self off when I'm texting or when its sitting inactive for too long. The battery lasts two days on a full charge and then decides to die when I need it most- ie when I'm at a pub or at work. The phone also takes quite a while to shift from vertical to horizontal which is really annoying. I wouldn't recommend getting this phone as I've had too many problems with it. I'm seriously thinking of taking it back and swapping it for a better handset. Only thing I'll miss is the QWERTY keyboard as I prefer that for texting.

Good phone. A word of warning. DON'T PUT YOUR OLD SIM CARD IN! It somehow drags up texts that youv'e deleted, so be prepared for all those texts about your annoying best mate or ex to come back to haunt you.

This phone looks like it does the job, and it would, if it didn't turn off on me so much. I might be texting or doing anything, I close the keyboard and it just turns off on me. Once it wouldn't reboot and I had to take the battery out and put it back in again. It's just software bugs, I'm gonna take it back and ask them to get it fixed. But persevere with it because it's a good phone.

Its a nice phone with bags of features but the bad point of this mobile is its battery....It only lasts around 2 days. I have to carry the charger with me around now just in case. The battery bar shows 3 bars..once the first bar goes then you know your in trouble!!

Bought the phone 2 weeks ago and have had problems retaining phone numbers re messaging. When a message comes in you extract the data to make a new contact or you can add your own contact by putting in the number and name. During those 2 weeks every time I charged the phone (3 times) I lost the contact details of every person I had extracted details of. The numbers I put in myself stayed on the phone but the rest dissapeared. I have had it replaced, so once the new one needs charging for the first time it's cross your fingers time. Phone is also more thirsty on power compared with what is claimed.

I thought it was going to be a GOOD phone, but i guess i was wrong! This phone is no good, when you go to see your videos all you get is moving mouths + no talking, FINALLY you get the words you been looking for. It's looks are stupid, a sidekick phone is MUCH better! Unless you wanna look like a tramp + get this phone, think again !

I Like the phone its pretty easy to handle and its great if you like to go on the internet since it dosent cost anything.....but mine keeps switching itself off and sometimes the messages dont come through but other than that its pretty cool

I have this phone. I have had it for about 5moths know, I got it a christmas after druling over it since the first time I had seen it. Its amazing for texting espesially if you have orange texting. But almost all of the people that have bought it have had a problem. either the screen going black, or turning its self off and not turning back on. This has happened to mine even though it isnt insured it has been sent away. But when i was in the shop, someone came in and had the same phone with the same problem but there phone had been sent away 3times!. This has happened to 8 other people i know. you're phone gets sent away for about two weeks and comes back with nothing that you had on it before. But if this didnt happen it would be an amazing phone :) x

I have had the KF600 for a year and now changed to this one. It is half the price ok not as much gadgets but not far off it. Better screen and pictures took holiday videos and pics on 600 transfered to 360 what a difference easy to use too internet slow but useable everyday when not at your pc. I've had a lot of phones over 10 years this is in my top 2 well done LG and i'm hard to please one of your best models to date. From ex motorola fan

i got this phone for my birthday in jan at first i thought it was brillant but all of a sudden my calls stoped work,when i slide it the screen goes black. it turns it self off, and is really just Slow. If your thinking of geing it really dont its a rubbish phone

tbh i love my little ks360 i couldnt live without it, the camera is great the memory isnt great but you can eaisily buy a memory card and its great for texting :) well worth it.

I have this in blue and its exellent i love it the keyboard is easy to use the screen is a good size i use mine for the internet a lot and its fast i think i will keep this phone for a longg time lol buy it now

When I first bought this phone I thought that it was great for how cheap it was, but i did upgrade from i reallllly old phone. I really liked a few features e.g. how messages are grouped together by sender and i really liked the qwerty keyboard a lot. After about 2 weeks when the novelty had worn off, various things started to annoy me, like how quiet the headphones are especially when walkin along side a road or sitting on a bus. How hard it is to find a particular track when using the mp3 player and how it is impossible to listen to tracks by a particular artist, you may as well just listen to it on shuffle all the time. It also got annoying how you cant text with one hand (you dont realise how good this is until u cant). After about 3 weeks, one of the front buttons fell off without it even being dropped or knocked. And it also turns itself off quite often (which seems to be a problem with most people). It started to turn itself off on its own even on the day that i got it but i could deal with this. Just incase you are wondering, I am 24 years old and i really believe that this phone was made for younger teenagers. I have now had the phone 4 weeks and have sent it off for repairs. I have told them that there is software problems so hopefully they will give me a full refund or a new handset that i can then sell on ebay. I hope that I have been helpful.

I got this phone in october 08 and it was a great phone up until now. Texting was just so easy and quick. the qwerty keypad makes it a pleasure to text. This phone is definately for people who text alot because there isnt much else to do otherwise. Up until now i thought this phone was the best thing around, but after being in a long car journey and texting my mate non-stop for about an hour it completely broke. after i sent a text i would slide the phone back to its origional state and wait for the reply. After having to close and open it so many times in one go, the screen function just stopped working. It's a disappointment really because i thought it was a great phone, im taking it back to the orange shop and seeing if they can do something but i wont get another one. I'll probably get the blackberry 8120 next.

looks good keyboard is good good price for fone. but... SLOW CRASHES WHEN ON PHONE PEOPLE CANT HEAR YOU AS MIC BEROKE. all this has happened in less than 6 weeks. its away for repair atm, then its going to be sold for something more reliable.

well... i have had this phone for exactly a month its great i love the keyboard but...memory was rubbish so i bought a 4gb memory card from the carphonewarehouse :P after this i try to download songs but it says memory full! even tho i have settings to memorycard so that's really rubbish???? i rate this at a medium 6/10 and would advice people to buy this phone but if u do ask how to use memory card at the shop first!!!!!

ok i saw my mate with his LG and i wanted one so i bort one for maself, and why does every one seem to think there only on orange, i went to my o2 shop and they were selling them. i gots mine for £78.99 with £13 free call time and i could of got more money off but i didnt have the charger for my old fone with me so i just kept my old fone as well, its a great phone 5 stars

Bought this phone recently and i have to admit im more than impressed. I am normally a Sony Ericsson guy but this LG phone seems to have taken to my liking on par with Sony Ericsson phones. When i first started using the KS360 i felt at home using it, like i am with my K800i. I do a lot of texting and the qwerty keypad is what attracted me to it and its very easy to use and i have big fingers. The sound and screen quality is great, not overloaded with functions, camera takes good photos. I get 3-4 days battery life. Just perfect for me.
