Had my n300 for about sixteen months, working fine to start with but suddenly started acting up, would not start unless battery removed and reinserted, now doesn't even do that. Started opening up as Smartphone display ?????. Hard set but did not revert to factory settings.. Would seriously rethink about purchasing an Acer product again.. Have bought my old Psion 5mx out of mothballs

This product is useless. Fine with XP, but a non-starter with Vista. And the support is non-existent.

Yeah its a great little thing although windows media player could do with being able to play more formats but apart from that no probs at all. Its even better now that i have a 2GB SD mem card. Neil, Louth, Lincs
