Reviewed by Angela on 24/04/2008I bought the phone in May 2007 and did not like it from the start. When it rings, I pick it up but it does not allow me to speak to the caller. I called BT helpline and they told me I should remove the phone from the cradle periodically. Which I do. I gave up in March this year and bought a BT 1300. It has faults too. I do NOT recommend that anyone buy this product.
