Mmm! What can I say about this phone! Its too light, there is just no no substance to it, when holding it if you know what I mean, The sound
clarity is fine, as you can adjust the volume to suit, but on handsfree it does vary sometimes with you straining to hear your callers conversation, but if you take time to adjust the settings it does an acceptable job of it.One problem we had, was with multiple phones in the house, the main one with the answering machine downstairs would ring twice before the other handsets started to ring!!! so the answering machine would cut in sometimes before we had the chance to answer one of the other phones, you can select which phone will ring first! but how the hell do you decide on that one eh! because fools logic has it, you are never next to the bloody first one to ring anyway....but why I ask you is this function on this phone anyway,why dont they all ring at the same time, answers please on a postcard.

This product is not well designed. Whilst looking fairly smart I regret that the quality did not come up to something I had expected from BT. Firstly the display is one of the worst I haver seen. The leters are thin, and of varying heights and seem to be made up as if by children playing with matchsticks. I had a job recogizing some of the names I programmed in.
The quality of the speakerphone was very poor too. If you turned it down low enough to avoid distortion you had to bring the phone almost to your ear to hear the convesation. Pointless.
I\'m glad I was able to take mine back to where I had bought it and get a full refund.
