I have had my answerphone for 2 years, connected to a BT Homehub.Since I bought it, it turns itself on and off, it disconnects (I can't make or receive calls), I receive calls but can't make outgoing calls and the reverse I can make outgoing calls but am not receiving incoming calls. The problems are intermittent and for 99% of the time it works but it isn't the most relyable piece of equipment.

I have had two of these, the one with one handset. The first failed within a year for no reason the, second now wont let me dial out. I think they are not robust enough
