LCD on 1 of 4 handsets became unreadable after 2 years. BT advice was unhelpful "you have a faulty handset and need to buy another one". Limited off base range; sound quality very poor; ugly; handset does not always respond to calls when lifted off base on ringing (setting is to press button to accept call) leading to lost calls; handsets do not sit snugly on base units leading to frequent annoying inexplicable beeps; Very unfriendly user manual; non intuitive user interface; AVOID like the plague and find a better unit and manufacturer

This phone is cheap looking and not the best around. The buttons are small, but give a positive response, although someone with large fingers would probably find them tricky. The ringtone is loud, but quite annoying and the phone beeps at you annoyingly at every possible opportunity. Reception is more like an analogue phone than a digital one. It's OK if you stand next to the base station, but once you are a few metres away, then you start to get a buzz and interference in the earpiece. Shop around for something better!
