I have received quad.set as present since 2 years, since 3 months all the data on the screen gone permanently, starts to go fo a period of one month, in 2 of them and the rest two followed in about two weeks after. I tried to solve the problem without success until now. I could not find the same rechargeable batteries. Can anybody help? My e-mail:hmhassouna@gmail.com

this is a good phone for the price, no problems if set-up instructions followed corectly---don't lose the instruction booklet!!!

I have had 2 of these phones for some considerable time now and found them both to be excellent. I had had no problems whatsoever. I feel the other reviewers have possibly not set up the phone correctly. I would rate it 10 out of 10.

I bought this twin handset from Argos and after about a month it broke down. I lost my receipt so I couldn't take it back. I will never buy Binatone again

Unable to receive messages,peole have left messages but there is nothing to listen to. Can anyone help me to resolve this problem as I appear to have lost the instructions on how to correctly leave an OGM, thanks.

Same here about the answering machine, when i try to listen to messages, its just the dial tone - constant then pulsing about 3 times. Phone is a waste of time, the instructions dont even give a solution to this problem.

i have just bought 1 of these phones as above but a twin not a quad, the problem is i cant hear the ogm myself when someone calls. so i dont know who is calling me , is anyone else having the same problem ? as far as i know i have set it up correctly. otherwise its a great phone ! at a reasonable price unless i have a faulty one!HELP SOMEONE PLEASE !! email on oldbaby_12@hotmail.com

this phone was fairly easy to set up, but the ringtones are very annoying and when i tested it it would not allow incoming calls. will take it back to shop to change for a better model. i'm very disappointed but at least we wont have to listen to the high pichted tones.

Just brought this phone today. Spent hours playing on it. Had a problem with answer machine and caller I.D does anyone have a caller ID prob? please email me if you know anyone who can help me on this one. its kateoneil585@msn.com. Apart from that fantastic phone

I find the machine good. However have been unable to sort out the answer machine. Has anyone else had this problem.

Excellent product. Allows intercom and works perfectly Amazingly good for the price. Additional handset are hard to find.
