we purchased the W26 in 2007, we had issues with the machine after two and a half years, in the end (after months of it working/not working) we were informed that it was unrepairable and we could purchase another one at a reduced rate!!. In September 2010 we eventually decided to purchase another one at the reduced rate, paid for it in full in September, November 2010 it turned up and had been working until Jan 2011 it has stopped working, engineer has been out, ordered new parts, its now March 2011 and its still not working! My review do not purchase.
