Same experience here. Broke down after 2 years. Paid repair company £150 but after 5 vibut c to fit into the space in my kitchen

Same problem as everyone else. Would definitely not recommend! Engineer says it is due to the type of refrigerant being used.

This nice-looking wine cooler broke down 30 months after installation. It started heating the wine and I paid Caple £150 to call out an engineer. It could not be repaired, so I received £106 pounds back. Over £600 down the drain and about a month chasing Caple over the telephone - would not recommend.

Moved into a new house with this lovely wine cooler. Only to discover it had been repaired every year since installation & now in less than 3 years it cannot be fixed. Problem with gas leakage. Wouldn't waste 600 quid on a new one.

I bought on and it just seems to cycle on and off every 10 seconds and it's driving us all mad! I have complained to the company but the private repair contractor says it's normal, what?! I am still persuing them to get it repaired or my money back but at this stage i would recommend you stear well clear of this product. If it gets sorted i will update the review but at the moment avoid at all costs!!

This cooler lasted 22 months before it failed, It became unable to retain a low temperature and I had to switch it off to stop overheating. The company has contracted out maintainance, the engineer repaired it once then when it failed again 3 weeks latter he described it as unrepairable due to a leek in the air conditioning unit. £550 down the drain.
