I can't believe the other comments.. i have had this machine since 2008 and every single wash it has done has been perfect. yes the was cycles are long, but its a cold water fill machine so what do you expect as it has to heat up the water to get its 'a' status.. thanks to the eu. it is reliable and quiet and i would purchase another zanussi/electrolux again

This is the worst machine I have had. I bought in a hurry and should have done more research. t takes ages to do the basic cycle, t doesnt dissolve the washing tablets sometimes. One redeeming feature is that it's quiet.

wash poor - leaves powder in clothes! Spin poor - more like an 600 than 1600! I thought my first one was faulty, Tesco relpaced it without delay, unfortunately the second machine was the same. Tesco refunded me without question. Zanussi not just poor but completely unsatisfactory. Tesco, however, was outstanding!

Great range of programmes but bitterly disappointed. Programmes take forever, water collects in door rubber as drain holes side on. Poor spin for 1600, my old 1100 took more water out of the clothes! Very noisy spin & horrible whine. Would not recommend the ZWF16070 to anyone.
