Reviewed by Melanie on 21/11/2011Had Zanussi machines before with no problem. This one has been a disaster from the minute we bought it. It rocks round the kitchen sounding like a DC10 engine and has never washed anything properly. After only 2 years it's been written off. Rating:   Reviewed by Mike on 12/06/2011 Broken down after 2 years. The engineer could not yet pin down the problem but suspects the PCB - cost exceeding the value of the machine. Rating: Reviewed by Miles on 11/09/2010 Beyond economic repair after 18 months. Needs new motor and PCB. Shocking experience - avoid!! Rating: Reviewed by r johnson on 19/11/2008 update on previous review,the service engineer called today and has ordered a new tub front / tub rear & new drum and gasket where is the quality control ??? Rating: Reviewed by anon also on 16/11/2008 Have the same problem when washing towels. Machine jumps all over the floor and won't drain. Wont even allow you to change program to try to fix problen and comes up with error code. When washing clothes and mix of towels it is good though. Would still recommend it though Rating: Reviewed by r johnson on 15/11/2008 this appliance was delivered on the 22/5/08.on 14/7/08 a new door lock had to be fitted then on 1/9/08 a new pcb (program control board) this had to be ordered which took a week before it was replaced now it has started making a noise like a pnumatic drill when spinning it never completes a cycle without some problem occuring today it overheated singing the bed sheet and the drum was red hot so we have asked for the engineer to come out again this is the worst washing machine we have ever had the misfortune to own.
