I have had this washer for 10 years only rarely cleaned or maintained. It did begin to stick between cycles very occasionally 2 years ago but i put a descaler through it every 6 months after and it works perfectly. Highly recommend Zanussi!

Had the washer for only 17 months and it has stopped taking the fabric conditioner out of the tray, even though the tray is cleaned out on a regular basis and is spotless. With no extra warranty taken out on this product it looks like costing money to put right. This is annoying as a previous zanussi washer we had lasted 14 years without letting us down. So if you buy zanussi it might be worth taking out extra warranty, even though I believe you should expect a product to last longer than twelve months without having any problems. A very dissapointed Zanussi customer.
