Reviewed by Rebecca Trapp on 12/09/2008 I have had similar problems with this machine, although our warranty repair was free of charge. Repeated pump errors caused by socks etc being pulled between the bowl and the rubber seal. Have had the pump replaced. Clothing still being torn and destroyed. Now machine is out of warranty and we're still having the same problems. Am almost too scared to wash anything special as at least once a week something is damaged. Rating:
Reviewed by Paul Ovenden on 21/09/2006 Have had the machine for 4 months, keep loosing kids socks down into the pump which blocks up and returns a clean filter error. keeps cutting clothes and fraying straps. There is a 15-20mm gap between the rubber seal and the bowl. Have to push the door to get wash cycle to start as it shows a door fault every time. Have been told by service agent that he will have to replace the bowl after he charged us $20.00aus for the visit. Have been waiting 3 weeks for replacement bowl and when you ring the help line they are of little help at all. Is going to charge us another $20.00aus when he returns. Have paid $1035.00aus for the machine, has chewed up around $200.00aus in clothes and then they charge for a warranty repair $40.00aus. Would not reccommend this machine to anyone. Rating:
