Bought new, had to send 2 back because of faults, the one I have now had to have a new drum and bearings fitted after only 13 months of light usage, machine is now leaking from the draw, and door, this machine has been a total nightmare, and a sheare waste of hard earned money, complained to Whirlpool MD he didn't want to know,this machine was recommended by Which Magazine as a best buy. "Beware".

14 months and some kind of belt has broken so it's out of action. Only bought this because it was a Which best buy recommendation.

after 18 months and small loads our circuit board has gone. very dissapointed in whirpool
