we've had different machines down the years with 4 of a family to cater for.This whirlpool model AWD/049 is the worst machine we have ever had.It's only 3yrs old & we've had endless problems with the pump,this is the 4th time we've had to call the tecky out to fix it.As a matter of fact i'm getting rid of it as it's just a bad machine.It does'nt even wash right on 40 degrees it takes for ever & even the quick wash of 30 mins takes a hour.Be warned dont buy 1 of these machines they are your worst night mare,STEER CLEAR OF WHIRLPOOL AWO/049,YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !
