The seal disintegrated after a week, it was repaired and the same problem happened again after 3 months. Tecnik are very UNHELPFUL - don't buy from this company as their engineers even admit their machines are useless!!!

As soon as we started to use the washing machine it had developed a major leak from the powder drawer each time we washed a new load.
