The worst buy I've ever made. The first one went wrong about every two weeks until after 6 months it was replaced. The replacement went wrong every two weeks until after 6 months I replaced it with an Indesit that has worked without a hitch for a year. Servis themselves were inefficient, rude and incompetent. They failed to keep appointments on several occaisions and once even tried to deliver a fridge/freezer instead of replacing the washer/dryer! Don't touch it with a barge pole.
