This insurance Replacement machine arrived in April 08,5 engineer visits to date still not working!!!!!!!!Parts on order could take 28 days! Customer Services none existant,2 hours to get through no help whatsoever! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

New in February - stopped working on 3rd June - 6 engineer visits later still not working now 8th August - don't buy SERVIS - USELESS

We purchsed this washing machine last week on the selling point that it could wash a king size duvet. We have a standard 13.5 tog king size duvet and after several attempts to load it into the machine it just won't go. Please do not buy this machine if you intend to use it to wash your king size duvet.
