I brought my machine from Agros, and from day one a noticed it was very nosiey in spin. Within less then a year it refused to heat the water I had it insurance for breakdown, they came and it took 2 months to get the parts, I have had it now 3 years, and it is very noisey on the it washing, I used to be in the trade and got in touch with a few mates, one checked the machine for me says the belt is slipping when it is washing they is no adjustment can't make it better says it was one of tha last models they made and it not good he said possible a new belt would help, I had had servis machines before and the build quality was much better this model bad.

bought this from argos then discovered manufacturer gone into admin! it does the job as far as a large kg washer goes but its very very noisey on the spin! so bad it sounds like its trying to take off! argos should not have sold a product when manu was in liquidation, they (argos) referred me to sevis company when i complained about the noise) phone no they gave just tells you company gone bust very annoyed as a single parent this was a lot of money wasted definitly dont buy it unless you can place it at bottom of garden to get away from the noise it makes!

Just bought this machine from Trade Appliances Direct in Keighley W.Yorks on the 25/01/09 with full man. wty, only to find out that Servis went into Admin on the 16/10/08! Basically, got stuffed to the tune of just over £200 for a machine I might as well got off Arfur Daley! Also, prev. review said: "Very noisey from day one". I found it's too noisey to operate at night as my young-un's bedroom floor vibrates as the machine spins downstairs in the kitchen below. It also needs a 2nd spin to wring the clothes out more otherwise they'd be dripping! Should be more efficient as it's supposed to be a 1400rpm machine! Though I was getting a bargain but got a "lemon" instead. Trading Standards weren't all that helpful either!!

Well had this machine for just over 3 weeks and it has failed!!!Very noisey from day one and now will not empty any water on any cycle.Not impressed at all!!!!! (had the last Servis machine for 5 years not a call out to that.)This was an insurance replacement,so has cost nothing directly out of our pockets but would be most upset if i had wasted my hard earned cash on this heap of rubbish!Avoid at all costs.
