I bought mine 3 years ago from Comet and have had no problems at all until recently. When the drum stop spinning I called for someone to take a look at the problem. I was told that a new circuit board is required at the cost of £170!!! That's almost as much as I paid for the thing in the first place.

What can I say? Excuses, excuses, excuses. Comet, who sold the product, seem only able to abdicate responsibility for saying Servis need to sort it out, Servis say the same about Comet. The result I am a very unhappy customer of both Servis and Comet - neither of whos door shall I darken again at this rate. This machine chews clothes and piles your small items in the drum door to collect the dirt from your washing. It is a design fault. I've had a service engineer out to look at it and he says there is nothing wrong with it. As for me, it's a brand thing - neither company seems to be interested in the customer and seem quite happy to take the money for a device that has the appearence of a washing machine.
