Just read this review - experienced the same problem myself - intermittant spin cycle - Servis Engineer advised that this model had a very sensitive 'drum' - therefore if too many clothes in machine - would not spin likewise if too little clothes in drum - would not spin - this was NOT deemed to be a fault!!!!

Bought in Jan 03, has never worked corrdctly, intermitant / no spin. Motor and numerous modules replaced, without success :o( Servis very unhelpfull, will not replace machine after 8 site visits. Just waiting for warranty to run out - then off to the rubbish tip I guess. Definately recomend to NOT buy Servis equipement.
