I am pleased with the washing quality of this machine but after only two months it started making a really loud noise when the spin starts and ends. It sounds like someone banging on a water pipe with a big stick! It seems this is a common problem with Miele machines when the springs holding the drum bed into the metal 'hooks'. I had the parts replaced but after a month the problem is starting again. Why can't they make the metals in the hooks and springs more compatible?

I would recommend nothing other than a miele. Quite simply in a class of their own when it comes to build quality. Stunning!

i brought is machine 2 years ago and i love it,s features quite happ with it o wont by anything again
