I have had my machine almost 18 months and have no complaints. It was
expensive, but then it came with a 10 year guarantee and considering that
my previous machine which cost £350, died after 3 and a half years, I think that's comparable value. I just love that I can leave it on a timer to start the next morning and it will be ready when I get up, without everything being creased from spending all night damp and crumpled in the drum. I also love the optional buzzer which lets you know when the cycle is complete. It's great having a machine which is fairly quiet, especially noticable as the previous machine, at the end of its life, sounded like concord was taking off in my kitchen. Love my Miele machine. Have to say my previous machine was a Hotpoint Aquarius, which could have been repaired, but the labour cost would have exceeded £200.00.
