The Miele Premier 520 is available in white and comes with a 5 Kg drum and spin speed of 1200rpm. It has a water control system feature, and time remaining display.
It has the following programmes: reduced ironing, express wash, handwash / woollens, and automatic (40 C) for mixed loads.
The reduced ironing programme is for polycotton or cotton mix fabrics. The express wash at 40° C is for washing up to 3kg in 30 minutes. The handwash / woollens (Cold - 40° C) programme is even gentler than hand washing, and prevents shrinkage.
The automatic (40° C) wash is for mixed loads of cotton and minimum iron fabrics.
The water control system feature raises the water level and/or adds an additional rinse, should it be required.
The time remaining display is a useful feature that lets you know how much time is left to run on a cycle.
It is A+ rated for energy efficiency, graded on a scale of A+ - G (A+ being the best)
Overall this is a good washing machine with many programme options, and is recommended. It's slightly more expensive than other similar washing machines, but has good features too.
