Had machine since jan 2007 (now apr 2009)worked great until power drop/surge, and control card blown. No power to machine. d & general taken 2 weeks to supply card.?? HAVE BOUGHT NEW(whirlpool) in desperation £250. need to buy control card and fit.

I bought the LG WM16336FD for £400 from Dixons online. In the process of trying to get a refund which has been a nightmare. The reason for requesting the refund is due the amount of soap residue left on clothes. Rinsing is poor.
