This is the worst machine I have ever bought. It has failed 3 times in its first year. The company service was very very bad: not turning up, difficult to contact, expecting us to pay for their parking. It has failed again.

We have had this washer for over a year now and its used at least once a
day. the only problem I have come across is that it only seems to cold
fill even when on a 90 wash. other than that no complaints.

This machine from new when on a spin cycle (even slow) moves about the Kitchen. We called out an engineer from Currys and he blamed the floor. I have checked the floor and put more screws into the floorboards no different. This machine moves about 1 foot out into the middle of the Kitchen when it is spinning. PS our last machine a Hotpoint fitted in the same place did not go walkabout when spinning. We are about to write to the maker and complain. paul.israel@blueyonder.co.uk
