Absolute rubbish.I have had two of this macine in the last 5 years (insurance replaced like for like when previous broke down after 2 1/2 years.Today the second has broken down! I will not buy this product again Spin cycle very poor leaving clothes wet and very short life span !!

cheap and unreliable the drum on our machine split along the seam. the result shredded clothes

My first ever washing machine was an Indesit and it lasted for years. However, I bought this one just over 2 years ago and it stopped working, which apparently is very common. My engineer has advised that it would cost just as much to fix as to buy a new one and has advised against buying an Indesit (they are now manufactured cheaply by the same company which makes Hotpoint and Whirlpool). I'm buying a Bosch this time on his recommendation.

do not buy this machine i am on my second one in 11 months and it blew up again last night, it has always been noisy and then last october 5 months after purchasing the first one the drum sheared off of whateverf was holding it in place, so bad it pushed the side of the washing machine out at least 2 inches, ruined clothes, replaced as i thougght this was probably a one off, until yesterday when the same thing happened again damage is even worse this this time with numerous items of clothing chewed up in the metal drum nside.
