ours is just over 2 years old and has broken down 4 times. on the last
occasion it needed a new drum which took 5 weeks to deliver leaving a family with 3 children under 8 without a washing machine - nightmare.

Not very reliable - ours is less than 2 years old and it's broken down already (the drum won't turn)
