Had w123 for 10 years no problem, I reblaced snapped door handle Cost £4 repaced Door seal because it smelt £14. Its just started to be noisy on spin, time to replace, I whant the same machine but it's not avalable anymore, the repacement I think is the iwb5123 but its not analogue controlled.

Had ours 8 years and used at least once a day, never had any problems. (Touch wood).

We have had it for 3 years and in use almost every day - the drum bearing is now rumbling and a replacement is £17.

Should be a zero option, replacement has been repaired twice, caught fire after 18 months, been leaking water over motor for months - absolute rubbish.

Poor spin cycle for 1200 rpm, minimum warm fill from multi point boiler. Unable to do short cycle wash at higher temperature.

This washer broke down after 2 months of use- and the enginneer never repaired it. Only one of the cycles ever worked. Now 1 year later it has completely gone.

This machine has lasted for 6 years with constant daily use sometimes on 3 times a day. Very reliable BUT The spin cycle is rubbish and I have always had to spin twice which is a real drag and time consuming!
